Junk King Seattle

Took a while to schedule, but when the guys came out, they were really friendly and timely. They arrived on time and notified me beforehand.

The workers from Junk King phoned the morning of service to inform me of their estimated arrival time. They were prompt, professional and the items were quickly loaded.

We were in need of hauling service, so I purchased the Big Deal on 3/29. I requested service the following week but did not hear from Junk King. I received an e-mail from Angie's List asking if I had been contacted, I responded to that with new service dates for the week of 4/15. I finally heard from Junk King on 4/24, by that time we had already hauled away the items ourselves.

It went very well. They were very accommodating and they did a good job. I had called them and made an appointment and they were on time. They cleaned out everything. The price was fine. I didn’t have any problem with them.

The service was great! Service was prompt, reliable and high quality. After purchasing the deal on Angie's List, I called them and scheduled the service. They called back to confirm the date and time and came to pick up our junk the next day. It was very convenient.

They were punctual, very nice and got the job done quickly. They rolled up and took away 2 large rubber garage floor mats. These guys were great! I will definitely recommend them to friends, and I will use them again. It used to cost me $30 to rent the truck from Home Depot to haul away my trash. And then it was another $30 dump fee. It was worth the extra money to have it all done for me.

They were very professional, very nice, polite and easy to do business with. When they were caught in traffic they called to say they would be a little late. I have already recommended them to a friend, and I will use them again .

Great, super easy to work with, punctual

The dispatch worked with me to get a time that would work with my schedule. The field techs arrived right on time and completed their work quickly. They were nice and professional, and I won't hesitate to give them repeat business.

I can't say how the service would be, since I cancelled before confirming an appointment time. The only feedback I would give is that when I booked the deal, I believe the website said I would be contacted within 48 hours. (I might be misremembering, though) In any case, it was 4 business days before I received a response from the provider.

The company never contacted me to schedule a pick-up.

I bought a "big deal". They were easy to schedule, prompt, and professional. Worked quickly. I had more debris than qualified for the "big deal" and they gave me the choice of hauling away the amount I had paid for or paying more to have the entire stack hauled away - I paid more to have it all hauled away. I felt the additional cost was appropriate and I got good value for the service. I would hire them again. They said they would recycle the debris which was great.

I purchased a Big Deal for $49 for junk hauling and removal. They have not responded to my inquiry. I have used them in the past and it was successful. I am not sure if they were overwhelmed with purchases, I still would like the work done.

The booking process was great-they came the next day, gave us an estimate and got to work immediately. Their price was significantly less than a quote we got from another highly rated company on Angie?s list. The crew were incredibly professional, productive and hard-working. They tackled our somewhat unique job without a second thought, and let us throw in a few random items we found for no extra charge. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

It went fine with Junk King - Seattle. We actually used them a couple of times and things have gone just fine. They did a good job and were professional. I don't have anything bad to say, I can't think of a lot. We had most of if outside and ready, some of it was in our garage but it was all separated already, we didn't ask them to wander around the house and pick-up stuff we pointed at or anything. They're totally fine. I can't think of any reason not to give them an A.

The team was very prompt, with a call 30min prior to confirm arrival. Every thing was removed as requested with an additional charge for a large TV and a couple of other non-included items. My wife was very satisfied.

Hauled away junk and recyclable material.

Most impressed with their professionalism. Arrived on time in clean uniforms and a clean company truck. Courteously helped neighbors navigate past their truck, skillfully parked off a narrow dead end alley. Carefully removed the defunct AC out of our home. Quickly loaded the yard junk. Cleaned up after themselves. We appreciated their letting us use two coupons on one trip and not being sticklers about the amount loaded, which was probably a bit over the contracted cubic feet - the owner said he wanted us to feel we had gotten our money's worth.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were great.

This service went very well. I was able to schedule an appointment for the Saturday morning of the same week I called which was very convenient. I got a phone call in the morning about a half hour before they showed up. We had bought a coupon and we had more than the coupon covered so the driver let me know how much more it would cost - it was reasonable and I was happy to get rid of everything. The team quickly gathered up the items we had stacked up for them to take. When they were done, they inspected the area and picked up every little bit of trash that was left. Nice guys and they worked fast - I think the whole thing took less than 10 minutes. Very happy with the service.

I purchased a groupon coupon for hauling from Junk King. The coupon cost $50 (equivalent amount of hauling would normally cost $100). When I called, the owner explained how much junk in cubic footage would be hauled for the coupon price. Additional hauling would cost more. He arrived on time (early actually) and was very professional. I paid an extra $25 from some additional junk to be hauled. I would use Junk King again.

Overall it went well. I was under the impression the voucher included more hauling then it did
