Description of Work: Kevin and his crew were great and very attentive to detail. Much of the work involved prepping the concrete flooring, repairing cracks, grinding down to level areas of the flooring. A very dirty, dusty job removing our disgusting carpeting and the prep involved to prepare the flooring. His crew did there best to keep the dust down and clean up after themselves. Once the prep was done , laying if the vinyl plank flooring went very quickly. Kevin came regularly to check on progress, and kept me updated on issues and other concerns encountered during the work. The flooring looks wonderful and is a tremendous improvement over carpeting, easier to keep clean. Thank you Kevin for having us check out the vinyl plank flooring and suggesting that it would be a better choice than laminate as has more give with the imperfections of the concrete. His crew was great, polite and attentive, did a great job!

Description of Work: Installer Direct installed the carpet in our family room. The work was performed on time and to a very high standard. Unlike many installers that leave fuzzy bits of carpet everywhere, Francisco vacuumed everything when he was finished. It also impressed me that they laid out a tarp in the driveway to work on. Many installers will simply roll out your brand-new carpet on your dirty driveway. A+ thanks guys.

Description of Work: They did a beautiful job of installing my new tile backsplash. I love it! But it took a long time for them to get the tile ordered and a long time for it to arrive. They finished today. It only took two days to actually do the job, but I have been waiting for a couple of months now. Communication was poor.

Description of Work: Kevin came out in April 2014 and gave us a free estimate and some advice on what type of flooring would be best in our laundry/utility room. Kevin told us where to go look at flooring with a good selection. a few weeks later we went and looked at the flooring and found something right away. We gave him the information, he ordered it and picked it up. Kevin and his assistant, Miguel did an excellent job installing a new vinyl floor in our laundry/utility room. They were friendly, helpful and professional. They not only installed the flooring but also the baseboards and door trim and did a very nice job. They cleaned everything up before they left. We would definitely call Kevin again, and will refer our friends/neighbors to him.

Description of Work: Kevin and his team installed a tile floor in a small main floor bathroom. Kevin came out took a look at the job and sent his team out to demo the existing floor, remove all debris and install the new tile. Bo was on time, courteous, and professional. The total job took about 1-1/2 days.We are extremely pleased with the finished product.

+ -1 moreKevin arrived on time for our appointment and was very friendly and polite. He noticed the water pipe that had just been fixed was still partially leaking and offered to come back and fix it if I was unable to get my plumber out that night. I had several odds and ends that needed to be done on this project from replacing the damaged laminate in the kitchen to adding a sub floor in the entryway and utility room along with vinyl and carpeting the living room and hallway. There was also replacing the sheet rock adding texture and painting the hall closet as well as replacing all the trim and baseboards that had been removed by a different company, but Kevin just said he liked puzzles. They started promptly at 8am and had everything done and back in its place by 6pm. They did a GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: Water damage caused from a leaky/broken main shutoff valve in the hall closet went unnoticed for about 3 or 4 days which damaged the laminate flooring in the hallway, kitchen and living room, as well as the subfloor in the utility room and the sheetrock in the closet. Kevin and his crew was able to salvage some of the undamaged laminate in the living room and repair the kitchen floor. Then they put in a new sub floor in the entryway and utility room and put down vinyl flooring. And finally the installed new carpet in the living room and hallway.

+ -1 moreHe responded to our call very quickly. He came over to assess the work and had a lot of questions about what we wanted. Kevin has a great deal of experience so he asked a lot of questions about how I wanted the carpet installed - e.g. whether it was wrapped around the nose of the stair, which side of the stair I wanted the pattern on, whether to run the carpet to the back of the landing or have it turn in the middle, etc.). I was glad to have his expertise guide the project as he really did know which approach would make the carpet look nice and which wouldn't. He and an assitant came back the next day and did the installation - and it looks fantastic and they cleaned up well after the job. I'd use him again in an instant.
