Jose went above and beyond. He did a great job sanitizing everything and sealing all the holes in our shed. Jose removed and disposed of everything except our hand tools (which he kindly sanitized). The inside of our shed is usable again! We are very appreciative.

I have tried for a number of years to find someone to clean my dryer vent & finally was able to hire Envirosmart to get the job done. Very professional in making my appointment, e-mailed with all information & when Brian Carter & his helper arrived-on time-called ahead to say they were 20 minutes away. Excellent job, fairly fast-Brian was over the top polite & answered all my concerns & questions. Very thankful I was able to get this done & am very pleased with the results. Thank you & I would highly recommend this company.

REVIEW UPDATE: Envirosmart Solutions contacted me concerning my review. The receptionist was sympathetic to my concerns and she heartfully relayed discussions between myself and the owner to bring us to a resolution. Through our discussions, we discovered why there was a disconnect in scope and we agreed on a fee adjustment and in addition they wanted to send a manager out to my house to complete the work as agreed upon originally. I don’t believe my original review is commonplace regarding their work and work ethic. I think my experience was most likely just a job gone a bit astray and they earnestly wanted to make things right regardless of a review update. I would hire them again, but I would be clear on scope, however, this experience is going to make me do that anyway which we all should be clear on scope regardless, provider and client alike. Hope this helps!” There was a rather large disconnect between the salesman and the work the crew performed. We were assured that we had $5,000 worth of work to be done and that it would be worth every penny. We showed them another quote and they dropped the price but it appears they dropped the scope as well. The salesmen said they would seal all holes at the roof line. Did not get done. I was told that the vents and hoses in my attic that have come loose would be resealed. They just took the vent hose off and left the bathroom fan without a hose. I was told that they would leave rat traps for me to inspect later on. Did not get done and when I called them on it, they said they never do it. Not worth the money at all. The salesman will tell you things just to get the job. Go with someone else.

Job went very well! Highly recommend them. Jordan came to inspect and gave me an estimate. A work appointment was made for a few days later. The crew arrived on time and ready to work. They understood the scope of the work and did a careful and meticulous job. Cleanup was perfect and my home is much cozier than before. All in all, a job well done! Thank you!

Really top notch service. My only mild complaint was, of course, we were advised we needed the deluxe service vs. the standard cleaning that we hired them for. It has a little bit of a bait and switch feel to it, but the workers took no for an answer pretty well.

They wouldn’t go on the roof and told me I needed to replace my dryer vent for 1200.00 Got someone else in and they cleaned the vent from the roof. My new dryer works perfectly. Would never recommend this company.

Just like I expected

Envirosmart responded promptly to our response, scheduled a time to come out that was shortly after we confirmed they would provide the air duct cleaning services, and cleaned the air ducts quickly and efficiently for a fair price. They offered additional services such as cleaning our furnace, which we may do at a later date. We would definitely hire the technicians at Envirosmart again.

Working with Envirosmart was a very disappointing experience. Even though they were a higher price than their competition, we went with them because their website claimed they are “the experts in all attic and crawl space needs” and had good reviews. This seemed perfect because we needed our crawl space cleaned out, the old insulation removed and new insulation installed (due to rats getting in there). Everything was fine up to the insulation installation- it truly seems they either don’t know what they’re doing or they just don’t care. Even after pointing out what we believe to be deficiencies and coming out a second time, issues remained. Here are some samples: 1. Many of the runs of insulation between the joists have gaps at the ends (i.e. NOT snug to the wall) and even in the middle (where one roll ended and another began). It is our understanding that insulation should be tight with no gaps to be the most effective. 2. In a number of places the insulation is pinched by the wire supports. It is our understanding they shouldn’t pinch the insulation for it to be the most effective. 3. On a crawl space wall that needs insulation (because it is to the interior of the house), they left a several inch gap in the insulation they put there- even after specifically calling this out after the first time 4. They randomly put insulation here and there on exterior walls. It is our understanding this is not needed (since our crawlspace is vented). Even if it was needed it would make no sense to randomly put it only in a few spots, the entire wall should have been done in that case) All in all, given we paid a premium (compared to their competition) and they’re the self-proclaimed experts (rather than say a pest company that happened to also install insulation), the end results of the insulation installation was unsatisfactory to say the least.

painless and easy to work with

I knew i needed to have my attic clean out and reinsulated due to rodents damage from the past i just didn't have it in my budget until this year.. I called envirosmart to ask for an inspection and quote (mainly because they had great reviews on yelp and other places online) and we scheduled an appointment. Nathan arrived and performed a very detailed inspection in my attic, took pictures and explained me exactly what is the recommendations to my situation. He quickly made an estimate in his tablet and emailed it to me with all the pictures too! their estimate wasn't the cheapest and no the most expensive i got but eventually i decided to go with nathan and envirosmart and i'm so glad i did it. they arrived on time to the work, they made sure they covered all the working space so it won't get dirty, they finished the work in one day! and he cleaned the air duct for me too. (i didn't ask for it, he offered me for free) In overall, I have had an excellent experience with nathan and envirosmart solution and i will highly recommend them and will hire them in the future! you get what you pay for..
