Chad came in to our home knowing we only wanted 3 windows and Chad showed us after looking at our home how we could get 4 windows and a back door. Chad also showed us a bay window that would replace an I sore in our home. Chad was always very professional and kind and worked well with us when we had to change dates and times.

I like the work because they will take care every aspects of the job, so I do not need to find another plumber, contractor to do the remaining job.

Paul from Reve is very high energy, very knowledgable about the product that he sells and it's place in the market. He's very passionate about the product and service that Reve offers, to the point that he can frankly be a bit pushy. My wife and I never make big decisions like this quickly, so we gathered more information about Reve and GAF products, compared the info against other big companies in the area, and decided that Reve was the best solution for us. We reached this decision because of the simple fact that GAF, the shingle company that Reve uses, has a truly legitimate 50 year warranty, and they are willing and able to offer this warranty because Reve uses install teams that are GAF Certified, and after the job is done, an official GAF representative comes back to check the work to ensure it's compliance with their standards. This speaks volumes about the workmanship and quality of the product, as a bit of research will tell you that most 50 year warranties aren't actually good for 50 years, but rather some prorated and greatly reduced coverage after ~10-15 years. All of this, along with the pricing they are able to offer, and their willingness to install custom skylights for us, helped us make the decision. Paul was a good salesman, he worked hard for our business, and earned it. I will warn that if you are like us, and are determined to take time to make the decision, you may find Paul a bit pushy as I said above. After getting to know him a bit more and understanding his motives, he's pushy because he truly believes he sells the best product and service on the market, and I do too.

Talked with someone named Evan? When I explained I had a detached garage that needed a new roof, he said they don't do detached garages unless it's done with the entire home. Something about they don't deviate from that plan? After asking him to explain further, he admitted the job was too small for them. (which is fine) I couldn't get a quote over the phone, but I am assuming this company would have been at the high-end of what it would cost for a new roof. It seemed like an unnecessary run around, just to say "your job is to small for us. A 600 sq. foot garage is not worth our time." I get it, but you may want to establish a minimum square footage for your customer service rep to work from. Might help him get to the point, rather than rambling on about a bunch of nonsense.

We haven't had the roof installed yet.

Our experience with Reve Exteriors has been amazing. The sales consultant met with us In our home. He had a wonderful excitement and extensive knowledge on the subject of siding. Not only did he take time to answer our many questions in a thorough way, he asked us about what we wanted and created a custom look for our home that is very personalized, unique, and exactly what we wanted. He and his supervisor have made themselves readily available to us and our needs throughout the process. We truly feel like our home and we, as people matter, no detail is too small. We are so excited to have the finished product here shortly and will update when all is said and done. I would definitely recommend using Reve Exteriors.

We met with Joe and Paul with Reve Exteriors who gave a great presentation. Joe and Paul were very professional, very fun likeable guys. Joe and Paul made sure we got exactly what we wanted within a budget we could afford. Joe and Paul laid out a timeline in which the work was to begin and to be completed and the time lines were met. The roof looks absolutely amazing! The quality of the roof is a 1,000 times better than the roof we had put on 25 years ago. After the roof was done next came the new siding. Just like the roof the siding looks amazing! The quality of the siding was far superior to our old siding.When all the work was done they made sure everything was cleaned up and things that had to be moved was put back. We are very very happy with the work and the way our home looks now. I would highly recommend Reve Exteriors. Great job guys!

Prior to the appointment Paul called to let me know, due to circumstances beyond his control, he was going be to a bit late. During the call, he gave me the option of waiting or changing the appointment which showed me he valued my time. When he arrived, he was very professional and friendly. We discussed the current roof, my options for a new roof and were able to write up a contract today. For a person who does not make big dollar decisions often, this had the potential to be an intimidating process. Paul went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, make sure I understood everything, and to make me laugh.

When Paul arrived at the scheduled time, we discussed areas of concern I had on my existing siding and then Paul took measurements of the exterior. Paul explained the quality of the product and its life time warranty. We discussed several siding options and colors as well as options for the soffits and roof end boards. Paul also had some short videos that hi-lighted the quality of the product he was representing. One of the things I was impressed with is that the siding for my home will be created in the factory based on the specifications taken from my home rather than just pulling siding off of a shelf in a warehouse. At the end of the appointment, Paul and I agreed on the price and I signed a contract. I'm looking forward to seeing the siding on my house in 4 - 6 weeks.

My husband and I recently bought an old 1880's built home in Tacoma. Though most of the home is in good shape, the roof was something I really wanted to be able to have re-done by next year (2016) - though I wasn't nuts about having to wait (due to expense). Happily, sales consultant, Paul Rhoton (REVE Exteriors, LLC in Kent, WA) came by for a complementary consultation this evening. He inspected the entire attic and took several pictures. He and my husband then went outside and did a walk around the home and Paul went on top of the roof and examined it thoroughly. He took a lot of pictures and was able to show us things we had no idea of. Firstly, we found Paul to be an outgoing, upbeat, professional and entirely knowledgeable consultant. He knows his stuff. Very impressive! He is extremely thorough and explained everything one could wonder about roofing and about REVE Exteriors, LLC and what truly sets them apart. After learning about the superior quality products REVE works with (a REAL 50 year warranty!) - we are thrilled to be going forward with a new roof! Not only do they have the best products on the market - we're able to use financing so we can get it done THIS year rather than wait until next year. Yay! And... it's actually WAY cheaper than I thought it would be - another Yay!! We're really happy with the professionalism of this Company and Paul Rhoton. My husband checked out the Company online prior to us meeting with Paul and they've got an excellent reputation. I can see why.

The appointment was made for the 10th and they showed up on time and had 70% of the roof done that day and finished by 3pm the next day. , The quality of the roof is excellent, the clean up was also very good. I am so happy that Paul Rhoton went over the quality job that REVE Exteriors would do for me and he did not let me down Paul Smith

I'm hoping the windows will be out of the world wonderful. I'll write another review after the installation.

Our Consultant was Paul Rhoton, He was very informative and was great he took several photos showing the damage that we were unaware of... I am very thankful he explained everything in great Detail. I did not know that half the roofing underlayment was wet or moldy causing more damage. due to the dampness we are going to replace the whole roof to ensure that we don't have any mold issues. I can not believe the water damage was as bad as it was. Paul was very cordial and very prompt, His knowledge of the company was very impressive and made me very comfortable with the service and a great representative for the Company. The Warranty for the roofing is the biggest seller. Thank You Paul. Thumbs up for a great presentation am looking forward to the new roof and the fix to what could of turned into a horrible night mare.

The sale person was late. He was not professional dress and worn jeans, He didn't bring the proper equipment to do his inspection. requested ladder from owner to look in attic. He was high pressure to sale and spend to long on discussing product. The bid came in 18K above my highest quote from another company. I did appreciate the knowledge the sale person have on the product but felt he took to long on the presentation. If he took 30 minute to explain the product intsead of the two hours I would be more interested in doing business.

Paul Rhoton was the salesman. He explained everything thoroughly, and was patient in answering questions. He needs to slow down his speech, though. We had to ask him to repeat himself several times. Paul also told us what was done wrong with the old roof, and how they would do it correctly. For example, he told us that the former roofer did not put flashing just above the gutters, used bent shingles for the roof, etc. and that was why our roof leaked so badly. Two workers did the job in just 3 days. The roof is attractive, and the obvious leaks in the ceiling of my porch have stopped.

Day one, they delivered a large garbage bin and roofing materials on the 7th and the roofers arrived on the 8th and went straight to work. I explained I needed some repair work done on the overhang. They inspected the damage and bought extra wood for the repair before putting down shingles. The end of the day they cleaned everything up and told me when they would arrive the next day. Day two. they were right on time. They finished up the repair work and laid most of the shingles. I had some concerns about the solar tube and they took the time to answer all my questions. Solar tube went in without a hitch. Again they cleaned up and told me when they would be back. The third day they arrived promptly and finished the shingles and left about mid day. It looks beautiful. I will recommend REVE Exteriors to anybody. My solar tube is awesome and my Skylight is beautiful. I have had many compliments on my roof from neighbors.

The installers showed up on the day that the project was scheduled and from a to z completed the roof exactly as James had described. Thanks for your dedication to superior service.

Representatives were pleasant to speak with and did an excellent job explaining the product and process. I was very comfortable with way I was treated. They helped me to understand the benefits and did not try and strong arm me into doing anything I didn't want to. Robert and Brody were a joy to work with.

Customer CP, my In home rep was Joseph. Well I expected some high pressure sales pitch but, I was wrong. Joseph was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and in the end I needed to have him return to finish because I had to leave early. He didn't fret at all and I was checking because if he did I wouldn't have bought. I paid cash two days later and I had a active leak he had charge for plywood to be replaced for one section but when the roof was done it needed more plywood. They didn't charge me a penny for the extra wood. The job is great no concerns and with the warranty my resale is locked for sure thanks Reve for knocking on my door. And I got a gift card to Freddy's as well cant be that.

Communication from REVE and the contractor were great. Materials were delivered on time, work started on time. Installation went without any issues. Workers were punctual and very professional. At the end of each day they cleaned up any materials on the grounds. Our salesperson Paul Rhoton was very knowledgeable about the products REVE uses. Paul inspected our roof and inside the attic took pictures to show us what the existing roof looked like. We already knew we had a leaky roof and needed a new one. However to see the pictures really made us realize we needed a new roof sooner than we expected. We felt very comfortable with Paul and his sales pitch. We knew after seeing the products REVE uses that we were getting a great product. We did not hesitate to make the decision to get the new roof from REVE. The roof installation went without a hitch. The only negative was after the solar tubes were installed one of the roofers put his foot through our ceiling. However REVE has been very involved in the repair and making sure the repair is done to our satisfaction. Overall we are very satisfied with REVE, Paul and the roofing contractor.

Rep joe was awesome. He provided a lot of great inspection pictures and we decided to move forward with the project. At this time we were not approved for financing so we will have to wait until we can get approved. we will be using rep joe and reve exteriors when we do.

I met with Paul Rhoton from the Reve North (Kent) location after inspection at another residence. His attention to detail, and ability to easily explain,what could be complex, roofing system components really struck me. It was very informative and very comfortable with no real and quot;pressureand quot; to purchase... yet after his way of describing the GAF master-elite 50 year Golden Pledge warranty, and the quality of those components adding 50 years of peace of mind to my investment... the decision to use Paul and Reve Exteriors LLC as my contractor was a very easy decision to make. I am and will gladly recommend this company to my friends and family. Finally, the quality this company brings to the table easily justifies their very competitive investment amount. Two thumbs up for Paul Rhoton and Reve Exteriors LLC.

stripped off the old roof made any special repairs that needed done, put the rain guard on then the cover before putting on the new shingles. replaced two skylights that were bad and added more vents for more ventilation. then cleaned all the broken pieces of old roofing and others parts that fell.
