Tay Huynh, the Salesman for Reve, was quite professional. Knew the product. Knew what to look for in respects to roof issues, as well as what local building codes were. Went the extra mile on working with us about pricing. When the works is performed, I should have a favorable update to this review.

This review is for the in-home appointment to learn about Reve roofing services. Paul Rhoton was the representative we worked with. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. Paul has a great sense of humor and was very polite through the whole process. We were still researching options when we first met with Paul, so we didn't sign the agreement that evening. When we called to have him return and talk more, he was happy to hear from us and agreed to return and continue the conversation. We understood going in that replacing a roof is an expensive venture, however Paul illustrated the value to us of not only replacing the roof, but of using the 3 ply product versus the 2 ply. Though the consultation process took a while, that helped us gather the information we needed to make our decision. We did sign the contract that evening and are looking forward to having the new roof installed. When that part of the process happens, I will return to update this review. Looking forward to having the final product installed and returning to write the review about that part of the process!

I was very happy with this portion of the transacton. Paul was personable and professional. He answered all my questions to my satisfraction. He called the manufacturer to get clarification on some warranty questions I had. He took all the time we needed and didn't rush anything. I signed a contract with Reve as a result. I'll update this review after installation to rate that portion of the transaction.

Paul Rhoton and Kevin Marshall who work out of the Kent, WA. office were the sales persons. Paul and Kevin are very knowledgeable about the Reve products. They gave us a complete rundown on the product and the installation procedures. They answered all questions that we had for them right off the top of their head. They took full measurements for the job, and discussed several options to be able to fit the job into our budget. Their professionalism is exemplary. As for the work quality I can not rate that as the work is not completed, but I expect it to be a 5 rating.

While moving things around and messing with the blinds in my upstairs bedroom a few days prior I had noticed a build up of condensation on my wooden window and they are pretty much the worst right now. There is mold growing on them and they appear to be original to the house which was constructed in 1930 and have been held together for the past however many years with paint. When they came over to my house (they were a little bit late to the appointment ~10 mins, and they called ahead to warn me) they looked at all the windows I want to replace and took measurements along the way. Then he explained using models and pamphlets what types of windows they sell, the options for specific window types such as the ones in the basement, colors, styles etc. I only want the basic style with white interior/white exterior. The whole meeting took about 1.5 hours- 2 hours. The employee that came to my house has been with the company since its inception and he was very knowledgable and answered all my questions about the windows they offer and about the other types of windows out there. The customer service this far has been above average and I look forward to seeing how the installation goes in a few weeks.

The appointment went well. Paul had a good presentation and appeared to be very knowledgeable on the products. He took all measurements and discussed options while we walked around the house. He asked probing questions to help identify what our requirements/desires were and provided options for us to choose from. We asked a lot of questions and Paul did a lot of explaining. Before Paul left we had a guaranteed price and a contract in hand. We have worked with Reve Exteriors on a previous roofing project and are happy with the work they did at that time. We should have our new windows and door in 6-8 weeks and will update the review once complete.

I had John Rhoton from Reve roofing come and gave me a estimate on a new roof. He was very helpful and explained everything about the roofing material and the way it is installed in a way that I could understand it.

They have been ordered and we are waiting on installation. Paul our salesman is the reason I am leaving this review. He was awesome. We weren't going to buy windows until he showed us the price for such great quality. I will update when they are put in!

Paul Rhoton came by our house to provide a bid for a window project we will be having done after the new year. We made sure to let him know that we were collecting other quotes, and would like to hold our decision on whether Reve would be right for us or not until the final bid was performed later that week. He was respectful and maintained a professional courteous demeanor the entire time. Paul brought samples of their products, to include a bisected window frame to show why Reve windows are worth more than the standard big-box home repair store quality. He explained the physics of why the contents of their multi-pane windows isolated better than the competition in the area. He didn't push us to make quick decisions, and even though it was late and he had to drive through a wall of traffic to and from our house in Silverdale, he didn't short-change the meeting. We were respectful of his space by pulling the dogs into another room when he arrived, which he thanked us for, but let us know dogs were no trouble for him. He and our son (Shaun) even hit it off; our son was entering a talent show at school to showcase his beat-boxing skills, which led to both Paul and Shaun beat-boxing for a couple minutes in the living room. When Paul listed off the various services they perform and included bathrooms, our interest was immediately peaked. The prior home owners had renovated a downstairs bath to include a huge 5 shower head walk in shower with a very... personalized tile, grout, and calk selection. We had already had some service professionals by to assess fixes for the space (its an eye-sore) and had not been impressed by their recommendations. Paul didn't skip a beat, and was quick to identify the things we didn't like about the space, and discuss solutions to maximize functionality and restore some of the downstairs storage that was removed when the giant shower was put in. After we finish our current collection of scheduled work on the house, that bathroom will be the next to be fixed with the help of Reve. In the end, Reve Exteriors Kent and their sales-person Paul offered us a great quality product at a price that was too good to pass up, and we signed papers that day. Though I offered to put money down when we signed, Paul let me know their company doesn't process down payments for at least 3 working days in case buyers have a change of heart so the company can quickly process a cancellation if the buyer so chooses. Reve`s commitment to customer service, Paul's professional attitude, their high quality windows and competitive prices are all reasons we chose Reve and will be doing so any time we need services in their portfolio in the future.

Reve sent out a salesman to educate us about the re-roof process and give us a bid. Tay, the salesman, was a high energy nice salesman who definitely wanted us to buy a roof. He was very knowledgeable about his product and did a good job of explaining everything to us. However it felt too high pressure for us and we were not happy with that. For example the bid started at around 19,000 and after my husband and I indicated that price was too high it came down to about 16000. Since we still wouldn't bite, Tay called him manager and offered us the promotional price (meaning that we promised to review them on Angie's list and let them put up a sign during the process) that price was the 14500 price and then a price of 12500 was dangled in front of us as a price that was only good until he walked out the door. We were told that this deal was better than the offer on Angie's list so we couldn't use the coupon advertised on Angie's list. When we indicated that we didn't make instant $12,500 decisions, we were told that the $14500 was only good for a week. Some other things that bugged us was the Tay made a comment about politics and he wrongly assumed that we, too, blamed Bush for the economy. I would suggest you never bring politics up when you are trying to make a sale as you never know who you are offending. Finally Tay scheduled a follow up phone call by date and time that day was yesterday and he failed to call us.

It was a very positive experience as I was skeptical of the entire process from the time I scheduled. Kevin came to our home at a time that was convenient for my husband and I to both be there, and he was very personal. It was not a cold business feel. We sat and talked about our needs and showed Kevin all the windows we had and what our wishes were. He gave a great presentation to us and even included our two boys! He was easy to talk to and he was able to answer all our questions. I had no intention of buying Windows that day and after talking with Kevin and seeing these windows from Reve, we did not hesitate. We now are just so anxious to get them installed! Can't wait.

The estimate visit went well. Tay was professional and personable. He explained the service very well and covered what I thought were the salient points. Tay did a good job covering the condition of our roof and also was clear on what he could not see due to the layout of the house, and therefore could not comment on or estimate. I appreciated the fact the Tay adjusted his explanations to account for the my level of understanding. He started out with basic language that a Jane Public would understand and then met me in the middle when it was apparent that I had a good understanding of roofing and construction. The only thing that bothered me was not knowing that the visit would last as long as it did. This was not communicated by the person who I spoke to when setting up the appointment.

Chad was an excellent representative of the company. He was very knowledgeable and explained how the material of the product was important for the quality of our bath. Chad was very open about the price and quality of services. He explained he was more expensive than the other companies. He was good and trained well.

A huge tree branch fell on my roof last week, and it penetrated my roof with a 7-8 inch hole in my roof. The hole goes all the way through to the ceiling in a bedroom It has also caused water damage to that room, and the room adjacent. I met with Paul Rhoton on 12/9/15 to discuss how best to remedy this situation. He was prompt, efficient and very professional. After discussing the situation, I decided to ask for a bid to replace the roof, and gutters, since the roof is approximately 25 years old. I will give a follow-up review after the work is completed. So far, I am very pleased with this service.

Chad showed up on time and helped me decide to do my whole home instead of just the front two walls. He was able to use the soffits for my skirting like I wanted. The price was fair for the quality that I was getting. He did good.

They gave us an estimated date that they should be able to begin work but then called us weeks early and said they were having the materials delivered the following week. We were not quite ready for them based on the estimate we were given and had to make some quick changes to our schedule. It worked out and the roof is working as expected.

He was very knowledgable and took time to answer all of our questions. Of the five companies we had out to give a quote, Paul was the only rep that actually got up on the roof to see the full extent of the job to be done. On a low note, we could of done without the "beat boxing" during the paperwork. I felt it was unprofessional and annoying. Also Paul, your boss should trust you more to make your own decisions. Having to"call my manager to ok the deal" reminded me of a sleazy car salesman and almost cost you the sale. Overall a great experience. Now we wait 3-5 weeks until the job starts before we can comment on workmanship.

Paul Rhoton with Reve Exteriors showed up on time after making an appointment. He was very knowledgeable about all the products, the pros and cons of each product, and was very patient with all the questions I had about each and every product. I knew he had another appointment, far away, but it didn't seem to bother him that I was very cautious about this venture. He has a great attitude, a large part in what made me decide to do business with Reve Exteriors. Can't wait until we get the house done, which is pretty good, considering I wasn't expecting to have to do anything like this so soon after purchasing the home. I feel confident that this is a wise choice and a great investment. Thanks so much Paul!

The reason for choosing the windows is that when it is winter I freeze in my bedroom due to having all aluminum and thin glass in three big windows and 2 storm windows that are yet again thin glass that seem to serve no purpose since when it is cold outside I not only can't see out the windows due to solid ice covering the thin glass but my heater is in the front of the trailer and by the time it reaches to the back there is no heat coming through. Flip side front in the summer is super super hot and sun coming in roasts me to the max and the ac works way too hard to keep the front cool and so bill in winter is terrible and summer ac works non stop and raises it to a high cost so, hence new windows! ** Potential Buyer Beware** This review is serving as a friendly warning to those searching for a roofing contractor and is provided from a 30+ year Buyer with a very large local company who deals with suppliers, quotes and cost estimates. I provide simple examples of what to beware of when obtaining quotes and using Reve Exteriors as an example with comparison to a well established (60 year+) roofing contractor (Tedrick's Roofing) who a quote was also obtained. 1: Measuring square footage of roof to obtain the # of squares of shingles. Reve - uses a Google map satellite photo Tedrick - actual physical measurement of the entire roof Result: Reve satellite results were 10+% over actual physical measurements equating to many $1000's extra in wasted materials. 2: Measuring of roof pitch which equate to the formula of # of shingles needed. Reve: satellite Tedrick: physical Result: it is not possible to obtain an accurate or any pitch angle from a satellite as the '1' commercial satellite used was shooting from directly above (vertical), roof pitch must be measured at 180 degrees 'horizontal'! 3: other Reve: states they are the exclusive supplier/contractor for GAF Timberline HD Architectural shingles, 50 year shingle and installation warranties, specially GAF certified installers. Tedrick: offered the exact same GAF shingle and warranties (same product line cards as Reve), their installers are likewise GAF certified, they seem to use same valley, drip line, etc. materials (based on same line cards) But what then is the big difference if both companies are nearly the same in major materials (shingles), installation requirements and warranties? Price! Reve was over "2" + times the price of Tedrick!!! Bottom-line: This review is 'not' to discourage the potential buyer away from obtaining a quote from Reve, on the contrary you should, "but" please based on 30 years in procurement obtain at lest 3-5 other quotes with long established (Reve est. 2012), respected and known fair pricing companies and based on the above personal experience obtaining a quote from Tedrick Roofing (est. 1948) would be an absolute minimum requirement. In addition, you need to research and confirm what one supplier quotes over another. Then you can compare the differences and make an informed purchasing decision based on facts and not just a fancy sales pitch.

Great, we moved everything out of the way for the window installers and when I took off to go and pick up my kids it started to rain but by that time the installers were finishing up and were nice enough to put my stuff back in my garage for me before it got ruined and I got home. The only real problem that I had was that the salesman "Paul" should of had decaffeinated coffee before he came to the house. (Shhh...I offered him coffee and he took it... Do not tell him it was decaffeinated lol). As for the windows themselves, you can feel the difference on a cold day by holding my hand on the window and then to my old cold walls. Like a kid that is stuck in the moment of Wow, there I am every cold day with my hand on the window... :)

My wife and I recently contracted with Reve to have new siding installed on the rear side of our house as well as installing a window. Their salesman Paul was flexible in finding a time that worked for us to discuss the job and knowledgeable and very helpful in finding options that would meet our needs. We could not afford to do the entire house this year and I was impressed that Reve was willing to work with us on a partial installation. We have yet to have the work done but from specing to pricing we feel very good about our experience so far.

Beginning with their sales person, Joe and ending with Brody who helped us with the financing and additional work, we were treated absolutely wonderful. We are looking forward to our beautiful new roof and new shower! We will write another review when it is all completed-We are sure it will be a great one! Thanks again for all your help and your sales methods are non-pushy!

Paul is very professional. He encourage me to have whoever I wanted there to help me with all the information he wanted to give me. He came and spoke to us for a while about what a good roof is supposed to look like. After getting a thorough look at my roof inside and out we sat down and went over the do's and don't of roofing. I must say he is a very fast talker but it's because he wants his customers to know what the best quality roof entails. I don't know about you but I knew next to nothing. I wanted the lowest price and call it good. But now I know that that is not the most important part of the decision. Now I know way more and i was able to make an educated decision. They use the best materials and their workmanship is rated the highest among GAF, i knew I was getting the very best and will be well worth it. I will never have to worry about my roof again and my warranty is transferable if I choice to sell my home. All in all I would recommend Reve hands down.
