This is a review of the sales process, Dakota Gibson and John Chappell came to my home and gave a thorough estimate. They knew the product line and were very helpful with all my questions.

From the beginning was super professional and friendly, very informative , about pricing was very competitive with high warranties , i was super impress, loved doing business for owr home remodeling thank you. 😊

Michael- sales representative was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

Do not even show for estimates even after confirming the night before!! I will say I never did hire them do to the happening above.

They promised a ~3 week turnaround, but after 2 months of waiting I still had a leaky roof with no work done. Scheduling was a nightmare, and several times crews would show up to my house only to disappear I suppose because they went off to do another job. It's now 3 months after signing the contact, and the work is finally done. Reve subcontracted my job to another company, and for the most part they were fine. The sales team also promised I could request an inspection after the job was done, and when I went to do that the company told me "no sorry we don't do that we're all good." Okay... so in the end I felt pressured and even misled by the high-pressure sales tactics. Reve puts on an air of being so dreamy and high quality, but what they're really doing is sending sales teams around, pressuring people into signing contracts, and then turning around and hiring someone else to do the job. One of my skylights was not done by the end of the roof job because a honest mistake happened ordering the part. They promised it fixed a week after the roof was done, but it was 3 weeks after when they finally got it done. In fact, no one called me to give me a heads up the work would occur, so I awoke pretty afraid when loud banging began, ripping plywood off the roof and replacing the skylight. I'm glad it's done, but I don't like the way it was handled. It seems like the roof is good to me, but time will tell. Given the sales tactics and the way I was treated as a customer, I won't be doing business with Reve again.

Love the windows, did not care for the company. I was so angry at them by the time I got done. They started jacking around with me and that?s when I said, ?no?! They were supposed to have the windows in by a certain date, that didn?t happen. Then the second time, didn?t happen. Then some of the windows were the wrong size, it was just kind of a boondoggle. They did try to apologize, I?ve got to admit, but I was just so angry at that point that I could have done bodily harm if they had been standing there in front of me. They were holding up my siding. Where I live its rain and it get cold and it didn?t turn out well. The job that they did was nice, great, but all the messing around with dates and times to be having to move the other guy back, it didn?t turn out well. I told them I was going to grade them very low on their service all the way around, the guy begged me not to. I said, ?hey, I?m a senior citizen, I?m on a fixed income and my time is just as valuable as yours!? So, the guy knows that I was very upset. The guy, he apologized, he said this was a total boondoggle, I?m sorry!

The name of the representative that they sent to my home was Cole LaBar and he was very friendly, professional and had great knowledge of the materials used by the company. I really appreciate him taking the time to explain everything to me, including their warranty. I am excited to work with them!

I did not hire these guys and I would not and here is why. I have a very prominent sign on my front door that reads in part, NO ADVERTISING, DOOR HANGERS, ETC. However, a Reve employee decided to ignore that sign and leave a huge door hanger on my house. Now I thought, well perhaps they contract out there advertising and it wasn't actually a Reve employee that did this so I called their Vancouver office to find out and the young lady who answered the phone confirmed that they do indeed do their own door to door solicitations. What this says to me is that this company at the very least does not vet their employees well, or the company itself has a policy of unethical behavior. Either way I would not give access to my home to people who cannot or refuse to follow simple instructions.

As stated above this is a pre-work statement. Having read the BBB review and having Paul already have explained their procedure in his home estimate and sales pitch, I am very satisfied and assured to have Reve Roofing do the job for me.

Once the job is completed, I will gladly finish the review.

Very quick crew. Most modern materials and vents and 50 year warranty. Beat the other roofers by far. Very happy with the work. e

This is a Front-End Review – Will update later upon roof completion. My first contact with Reve came from a gentleman that was going door to door offering free roof estimates. He was courteous and timely, as well as was able to offer some pointers about the inspection the Rep would perform. I ended up having to cancel last minute because my baby and I ended up getting sick. Even though I did find it a bit tough to leave a voice message, they emailed back right away and were understanding, we were also traveling a bit after that so I asked for someone to reach out in a few weeks and they respected that as well. We didn’t end up calling back until a big rain came and so did a new leak. We worked with Keegan Chapman on our quick inspection and overview of the process. He was able to confirm a lot of what we thought about our roof (the not so good job the previous owners did installing it among other things) and was able to walk through not only what Reve does and the history/science behind it, but what all our options were. He also did this in a short amount of time with our 11 month old offering a great deal of distraction. We’re looking forward to our new roof and while it wasn’t on the cheapest side we’re excited about something long-lasting and efficient. New update to come soon!

We are currently using Reve Exteriors to get our roof replaced, and while the job is currently in progress, I would like to give an interim review of how my experience has gone thus far, just in case anyone out there is looking for a place to start and probably finish their search for a new roof. The gentleman who met with us from Reve was named Josiah Owinyo, and he spent pretty much the entire day with us, educating us on "all things roofing" from roofing products to how conversions from shake to composite work to how shingles are made to the history of the shingle industry, specifically the products they use, and most importantly the warranty. Josiah patiently went through all the typical points the other vendor had, and then let me ask what probably seemed like an endless stream of questions about the process, the product, the warranty how everything would work and financing.? Having never gone through this process before, I was more than a little terrified, but he calmly answered all my questions and put my mind at ease.? And, because I'm a data junkie, he even let me jump online and spend a bit of time researching and reading to confirm his statements about his company, their product and the warranty guarantees behind it.? I seriously ran this poor guy through the ringer!? And he held up under the interrogation at every point.? It was like he had a PhD in Roofology and the patience of a saint. So the roof replacement process at this point is about to begin on our house any day now, and I am super excited about having the new roof and gutters that Josiah helped us pick out!? If you are reading this review and are on the fence or in the dark about who to call, I highly recommend calling Reve Exteriors and asking for Josiah! I'll update this review when the work is complete, but so far, I couldn't be happier.

Nicole Lyle and Chuck Hohner provided us with a quote for our roof. They were very friendly, informative, and personalized the experience. They brought samples, a model, and quotes from other companies to help us get an idea of what we might be shopping around for. It didn't seem like they were trying to fluff things up, but kept things realistic with what we needed to get done. They had tremendous respect for our home and belongings and were very careful in keeping things clean when going through the attic entrance. We were impressed with the warranty they had to offer as well as the thoroughness of checking that we covered all of our bases.

Roof to be completed in 4 or 5 weeks. I will post details when the job is complete.

Today, 3-01-2016, is the scheduled work start date. To my surprise, the work has been subcontracted out to a company called H&B Roofing from Gresham, Oregon. I will update after the work is complete.

Why such a low score, you ask, when we love both our new shower and our new tub? Because I spent about 20K and would expect A+ customer service when an issue arises LESS THAN ONE YEAR LATER. But that didn't happen. My wife called a total of 5 times, heard lots of "she/he's in a meeting can they call you back?" when she could hear them in the background. It's laughable. Really...would have made a great sitcom moment. When she finally was transferred to Debella Exteriors, the corporate office, she was promised by Ashley she would hear from someone by the end of the week. Furthermore, Ashley promised she would call my wife by Friday to make sure some one had. I truly wish people would stand by their word. I truly do. Don't they realize that all we have to go by in business is the integrity of someone's word? It changed my whole outlook on this business. We considered siding. Even got an estimate last fall so we could save for it. Now, of course, we will not be using Reve for siding. Poor customer service costs a company money.

My husband and met with Paul on 2/11 to get an estimate on replacing the roof on our small house in West Seattle. What I didn't realize was that the sales style of Reve Exteriors was more of the "high pressure we want you to make a decision right now" style of sales. That being said, my sense is that the product is high quality and the price seemed fair. I did get other quotes from other contractors and Reve appeared to be the best value. The actual installment should happen in the next 2-3 weeks so I will see how well the actual work is done soon. My expectation is that it will be a positive experience.

We met with Tay Huynh on 2/16/16. He was timely and professional. Tay took the time to explain who Reve Exteriors LLC is. He inspected our roof and urged us to accompany him during the inspection. He showed us what was in need of repair and why. He explained the excellence of GAF roofing materials and the advantages of using them. Tay was very patient with us. He took the time to explain - in layman's terms - just what we needed to know in order for us to make an informed decision to re-roof our house. We liked Tay's personable, yet professional, approach. The information session went very well. Paul shared cost analysis, the history of the company, technical information, comparative data, price ranges, The entire process took 90 minutes. Paul measured the window, explained cost based on United inches. This will be a custom window replacement. Paul is exuberant and knowledgeable about window products. He was receptive to our cost concerns and provided incentives to encourage us to accept a bid. He was patient and gave us time to crunch the numbers. The initial bid was not within our budget, but after giving us discounts for military service, cash and marketing feedback, Paul accepted our counter offer, close to 18% savings. To accommodate our schedule, Paul returned a few hours later to write up the contract and provide us with written guarantees and Right of Refusal documents. Paul showed integrity and honesty and though we never do this, we accepted Reve's bid, our first of three scheduled. We will write a follow-up review upon completion of the project.

Roof was installed very quickly right after the Christmas holiday. Kudos to workmen who accomplished this task in 2 days! Disorder kept to absolute minimum and the cleanup was careful and thorough. Gutters and downspout installation took a little longer, but the work was carefully and thoroughly done--difficult parts, e.g. routing downspout around plantings, accomplished imaginatively and with similar care and thoroughness. Roof looks great, just waiting for rain now.

This review is for the initial estimate and meeting. Paul Rhoton came to our house to give us a quote for a roofing job. He was polite and knowledgeable. He is clearly passionate about his work and the product that Reve uses. He was certainly pushing more than any of the other companies we talked to to get a sale that day. My husband and I don't generally like that kind of sales, but the product and price were certainly the best option for us. We were told that the job would happen within 2-5 weeks, and they've already gotten started. The weather kept the workers from finishing the following day. Once the roof is finished and cleanup has happened, I will return to update the review.

Tay Huynh, Reve's sales representative, provided a thorough inspection of my current roof and attic. He pointed out where the roof is failing and factors leading to its demise. Tay showcased Reve Exteriors accomplishments, awards, and customer data with such passion that you just want to buy into what ever he is selling. His knowledge of the roofing industry is unparalleled and he even answered questions I didn't even know I had. I'm looking forward to getting my roofing project started.
