Overall experience was great. We had a wind storm come through and several large branches fell on our roof. We had gotten quotes from several different companies that were cheaper but it seemed like they just wanted me to sign then be on their way. Reve went above and beyond, i have a super tight schedule and they were able to meet with me late at night. Despite their 2 hour commute from Vancouver. The crew came out around 7:45am and were done by 3:00pm! We're talking full tare off, replacing a bunch of rotted wood, replacing the solar tube and laying the new roof down! Their crew is like a well oiled machine. It's very impressive. The gutters came a few days later, now my house looks completely different. I am a very happy customer!

They were quite gracious when I cancelled the contract.

Earnest Borthwick and Anthony Cossano were great. Took a lot of care to explain all the roof options and warranty. So nice to have such a quick response and complete service. Really excited to get my new roof and gutters.

We have not started our roofing project just yet but expect to have it completed later this month. Mike calculated the estimated cost and although it was higher than we expected, we are confident that we will be getting a quality product with a 50 year warranty. The materials they will use, which Mike displayed for us, are a much higher quality than other roofing materials I have seen in the past. Although they are willing to finance the project, I am going to my credit union for a loan with a lower rate. I know I could get my roof replaced for much less but I want a quality product that will not only increase the value of my home but also save us money on heating and cooling by being properly ventilated.

No work has been performed yet. If the work goes as good as their presentation we should be very happy. I will post again after the work is completed.

We just bought an older house and had planned to get the roof replaced eventually. When we had an active leak in our kitchen we had to move much faster than we had anticipated. We received quotes from 8 different roofers and went with Reve for three reasons: the price was competitive, the roofing system was guaranteed by a larger organization (the rate of turnover for roofing companies is extremely high and we wanted to ensure that the company were using would be able to stand by their work 5-10 years from now) and the financing options available allowed us to get it done much sooner. Our sales lead Paul was tenacious but not aggressive. Once we agreed to have the work done, we got financing within a couple days and the crew was there to work the next week. The work went quickly (2 days) and the crew was respectful and definitely hustling the whole time. In the process of getting some ventilation installed to keep the roof dry on the inside a wire carrying power to half of our upstairs was cut. There was no way the guys could have known it was there and so was an honest mistake. When we contacted Paul that power had gone out there was never any argument over whose fault it was and they were immediately ready to make it right. Once we had electrician over to fix it, Reve reimbursed us immediately for the expense without any haggling. I have had mixed experiences with contractors but would definitely use Reve again. We are getting our siding re-done next year and will definitely get a quote from Reve.

The consultation: John and Joel are professionals. They're very personable, friendly, very knowledgeable and well versed in exteriors. They educated me about materials; benefits & vulnerabilities, beauty & longevity, performance differences, and how materials compare to withstand water/fire/pests. Then they educated me on the installation processes for the materials, and how process is as important as the material itself. Next they educated me on fine details, down to the caulking joints. Finally they educated me on their company, their partners, and how for multiple jobs I would have a single source for warranty support that is transferable should I sell my home. My impression is Reve seems to use the highest quality modern materials with attention to detail and has earned a ton of awards for excellence, thus the quoted price reflects that. But again, given the clear education that clearly explains the why and how, there is little question as to the benefit of what I would get for the quoted cost. While I am sure I can find a lower bid, I'm skeptical that I will find a better bid.

Not well . Nothing more than a sales pitch for aspecific product. Sales pitch was to badmouth other contractors and their work and product. Extreme pressure to get me to sign "today". I told them from the start I was collecting bids only. I did sign with another company spending about the same amount of money.

Very smoothly and well, each item (gutters, windows) has taken one day to complete, which is great for coordinating with differing schedules. The techs on each part of the replacements were very helpful in terms of summarizing their work and detailing the functions of the installations. Mateo DeLeon and Erik Deiban, our reps from Reve, were exceptional in their presentation; they very thoroughly covered every aspect and option with us, and have been there for any questions that we've had (which usually center around coordinating installations).

Fantastic The three guys Paul,Vic and Nic from Allside who did the installing were on time, knowledgeable, cleaned up after the work. I would ask for them to install the rest of my windows.

I didn't use them because another company was cheaper. One person came out to do the estimate.

Anthony C. was a Great Guy to work with.Very knowledgeable and professional.He explained the whole process to us. I can't wait to see the finished product.We would definitely recommend this company.We would use them again for other projects.

I'm not sure how, but we recieved a quote that was $30,000 HIGHER than any bid we have recieved. Bringing the total bid on our very modest 2,300 square foot home to $90,000. If I had a million dollar home that would have been fantastic. But i do not. The salesman also stated that he knew that was much too high for us and the suggested we use his licensed and bonded side business instead. Which turned us off even further. After looking at all of the reviews here and the pricing paid on average, I can't help but think we were given an extremely high bid in order to get us to use his side business from the get go. I'm so baffled by all the much much lower pricing folks paid on here for siding and windows, versus the extremely HIGH quote we received for our modest 30 year old 2,300 square foot home. We were quoted 65,000 on our siding removal and replacement, gutters, fascia and soffiting, 2 doors and seperately around 30,000 for windows.

Clinton was very knowledgable and willing to share references for other trades outside his own, which we would need to complete our remodeling project. He was well informed and seemed honest and trustworthy.

Reve Exteriors and Jon Carter, Sales representative Jon was here today to quote a re-siding project for our home. Reve was the first to respond to our Home Advisor request for a complete restoration of our home exterior. Jon was very proactive in his representation of his company and Hardy siding products He was very adept in describing a quality product and the virtues of the products and Reve wok capability. Questions were always answered with Jon’s obvious knowledge of the product and company capability. Hardy and the executives at Reve should be proud of their sales representation. Well done Jon! Bob

Work is not completed yet, but the initial stages of the projects have been educational and smooth. Excited to complete this and move on to other improvement projects with Reve.

I have had other estimates done for the roof and feel that the one for REVE was honestly presented.

Sales team was great. Very informative, lots of choices of roofing materials, and thorough. I signed up for a roof to be done in 2-4 weeks. Their names are: Joel Satterwhite and Chuck Hohner

Initially everything was fine. However about two months later I have a hole in my roof and they won't even send anyone out to look at the repair. When they sold me the roof they spoke about this awesome warranty and outstanding customer care. I've been trying to coordinate a repair for two months now. Every time I call they say no one available and they will get back to me in 24 -48 hours and needless to say they don't. my sole purpose for going with REVE over other companies was to avoid situations like this. Unfortunately at this time it's looking like I made a hugh mistake.

Our old roof needed replacement, Reve Exteriors did the entire job well, roof was replaced in 2 days. Dakota G and Paul R. gave us good estimate, they were very helpful. Warranty and product quality is amazing.

Paul Rhoton and Dakota Gibson did a great job explaining all aspects of roof replacement. They are very knowledgeable and professional guys. Our roof was replaced quickly, crew did awesome job. We are very satisfied with work that Reve Exteriors did for us.

I contacted Reve Exteriors (and other companies) concerning replacing my roof shingles. Cole L. and Wyatt P. are knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and NOT greedy. They explained why Reve Exteriors does not do good or better work; only ‘the best practices’ as recommend by the shingle manufacturer. Using all of GAF’s recommended options (I confirmed their statements on GAF’s website), Cole and Wyatt’s bid was $8,000 lower than their nearest competitor. None of the competitors’ price included GAF’s recommended starter strip, the heavy roof cap shingles, or two replacement skylights. The competitor’s price did include the installation of skylights I would have had to have purchased separately. Of the five contractors who inspected and bid on my roof contract, only Cole and Wyatt mentioned drip edges. Several bids did not mention valley or fireplace flashing replacement. I will update on completion of the roofing. Updated information. 27 April, the high definition shingles, high definition/heavy roof caps, starter strips, rubber weather seals, Tiger Paw deck protection (think of it as a HEAVY grade Tyvek), drip edges, and metal flashings (valleys, skylights, & fireplace) arrived. Delivery crew was courteous and professional. They even placed D.o.T. warning cones on the street. 27 April, late afternoon. Roofing boss arrived to verify correct material (he climbed roof to take his own measurements. :) ), had been delivered. Stated his crew was working another roof and would attempt to deliver waste dumpster Friday and would begin work, depending on weather, as soon as possible. 28 April, afternoon. Partial crew arrived and introduced themselves. Begin removal of shingles and piled old material on roof (no waiting for the dumpster). One section of roof was stripped, nails pulled, drip edges installed, Tiger Paw (not felt paper), and shingles were installed (just short of cap). Impressive 3.5 hours of work. Crew asked how early they could begin Saturday morning. 29 April. Crew arrived a few minutes early and began prep work. Compressor started, men were on the roof, and began work at the agreed time, 7:30am Workers were professional and did show pride in their work. Crew supervisor showed were new roof ventilation system was installed on two sides of roof. Supervisor explained the rubber weather seal around the skylights and fireplace, (neighbors had been noticed pointing and asking). The rain held off until clean-up was done. Less than twelve (12) work hours from the beginning of tear-off. No, I have not gone onto the roof for a close inspection. But I did verify the material delivered was what was ordered. I did observe the tear-off and installation. I did walk around the house with the crew supervisor after the clean-up. They did a great job. I am very pleased. Neighbors were impressed with the crew's speed and the roof's new appearance.
