I love my Reve roofing experience. Misty W (the sales rep) was so helpful and thorough. Other roofers gave bids with limited choices. They were just looking for work. Misty wanted me to remember that protecting my home is an investment. She provided me with price and color choices. I have a new silvery-sage colored roof that reminds me of the bedding plant "Dusty Miller". I truly love hearing the rain as my new roof protects me and my family. PLUS, it is the envy of the neighborhood. Thanks so much Misty. I love Reve Exteriors.

Misty Waters from the Vancouver office was very professional, proficient and personable. I appreciate the time she spent with me in measuring and inspecting to deliver a bid for the project.

Matt showed up when promised to and was professional without being a “salesman’. I say that in the best way possible and as a compliment.

I appreciated Bianca's easy demeanor and thorough explanation of what needed to be done to our roof. The previous day we had water dripping from the ceiling in our living room so I needed help and assurance quickly. She was up on the roof and in the attic to make her assessment. We have had a tarp put over the roof to stop the drip. The work is out 3 weeks so that was a necessity. I will be able to report on the roof itself once the work is completed. But if Bianca is any indication of the work to be done, I will be very happy.

We searched for companies and found Reve Exteriors LLC and associate Paul T. came out to discuss our options. He measured the house and quoted the house. Under further thought, because the presentation and knowledge of Hardie siding by Paul was so impressive, we decided to get the detached two car garage done also.

Skye and Cody were courteous to my needs and put a sweet new roof on. Currently waiting for siding to begin

The actual window manufacturer and installer that Reve works with (Alside) were great. 👉🏼Reve was terrible at best. They are salespeople with one agenda. Sell sell sell and then upsell. Then after they have your money the customer service is awful and their responsiveness is the same... awful. I would encourage everyone to do business elsewhere. For the money I spent, which was $5000 for 3 windows by-the-way, I would like to be treated better. It also took 2 months to get our windows.

Just trying to get an estimate but they don't know their schedules and keep making excuses. Made one appointment and called back to reschedule twice. Not a big confidence builder in their quality of work.

Sellers people are professional and have a lot knowledge, that's the result I chose them. The work was done pretty smoothly I'm happy I was able to get the roof replaced before the raining season. One small downside is the roofing team and gutter team did not communicate with each other. So there was a gap between them for couple days.

The contract has been signed and we're waiting for the work to be done. But I found Chuck willing to listen and help work through my concerns. I searched for a while to find the right product and price for a new roof. When Chuck and Jeremy came out they were both knowledgable and willing to take the time to discuss all that I needed, in spite of being in the rain. Jeremy put my concerns at ease about the condition of the wood on the roof and Chuck helped me learn more about the GAF products and their warranty. I'll update when the job is done.

We found reasonable financing and was able to get what we wanted. They very nice and friendly ... enjoyed the process.

Installed in 2 1/2 days by manufacture approved crew. Thank you Paul Rhoton of Reve Exteriors LLC. Your crew did a great job, answered all questions and cleaned up great.

John Benthin was very knowledgeable about the GAF product. He took his time inspecting our roof and explaining our options. He is friendly, courteous and I felt comfortable having him in our home. We are scheduled to have our roof replaced in a few weeks so I can't attest to the end product. We could have had our roof done for less money but the GAF materials and warranty make us feel confident that our roof will last a long time or Reve will fix it

Mateo DeLeon and Paul tilton were very professional. They were very knowledgeable about product install and company. I really liked the demo on the product. It was very thorough and was easy to understand. It was a lengthy appointment but by the end I knew the company and product I wanted. All the questions I could think of were answered. Looking forward to install and energy saving.

It was excellent. I did not contract with them, but it was a good experience. They did not charge anything for the estimate. I would probably not use them for another estimate, their price is kind of out of where I would be going.

Not done yet, but have signed sales contract. I look forward to the install next month.

Joel Satterwhite and Ryan Baclay, Reve's sales pros were punctual and professional. They were willing and able to answer questions. They knew I had been talking with other roofing companies and were confident in Reve's service and product which helped in making our decision.

I have a unit with LP siding, it's a rental and I live offsite. It's a bit of a hassle for me to travel to the unit during the week and Reve made it clear they would not come out to do an estimate when I originally mentioned it being a hassle to get to the property during the week. I called back an set up an appointment promising I would arrange to be onsite and asked if they could have the service person confirm when he was en route to make sure I was arriving in time. I never got a confirmation call. I arrived at the unit and waited for 30 minutes before calling Reve who told me the appointment had been silently cancelled because of the previous call where I mentioned it being a hassle to get to the unit. I spoke to Brody Hess, the manager of the Kent office who apologized for the misunderstanding and said he would get someone out. Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to get the extra time off of work, and Brody agreed to have the service person come out to do the inspection and call me with the bid, making an exception to their policy. This would be an agreeable resolution so I was okay with it. The day passed with no communication. I called the office and left multiple messages for Brody or anyone to call me back with an update, and to this date (4 days later) I have received no communication from Reve. If this review is still up as-is, Reve never attempted to get in touch with me to resolve the issue. If they do ever call, I will happily edit this. For the time being, I cannot recommend Reve exteriors as their responsiveness and professionalism was very poor in my case, and this is a deal-breaker for me. **UPDATE: After the initial review was posted, Reve Exteriors got back to me to resolve the issue and provided a bid. They were friendly and they followed up to make sure I was taken care of. I appreciate the follow-up.

The 2 girls were unprofessional and the bid was the most expensive of the 5 I got.

They could have done better follow up. The could have been better with the sub they used whom I'm not sure has the qualifications and roofing certifications that they sold me. So their quality is a big issue. The people they had doing it did not work for Reve. They worked for a sub-contractor. None of them spoke English, so I doubt they don't have the certifications required that they sold me. They did the job. The roof is probably OK, but I can't verify they used certified people. That's what I paid an additional $5000 for. When you tell me you are going to do something, you need to do it. It's more than just coming in and doing the work. I wanted the quality and I wanted the certifications that they claimed they had, not some sub-contractor with an unmarked white van that wasn't even there. That's a bad thing to me. I mean the roof can last but the problem is I can't refer them. I can't give a referral to a neighbor. I was lied to. The roof might be OK. It might not. I could have paid $5000 less and I didn't. They sold me on their quality. If I can't verify their quality then who knows. The roof looks OK but I don't know if it is going to last.
