stripped off the old roof made any special repairs that needed done, put the rain guard on then the cover before putting on the new shingles. replaced two skylights that were bad and added more vents for more ventilation. then cleaned all the broken pieces of old roofing and others parts that fell.

It was determined by a Reve exteriors sales consultant that the roof on our home which had outlived it's guarantee was in need of replacement to survive heavy snow or other weight. At this point we worked with the offices of Reve until a final agreement of a contract price of approx. $18,113.00 with finance total of approx. $19,834.00. We have not received final paperwork for the financing, but we understand and have been told by more than one person that the payments should be for a contract for ten years with Green Sky Credit. We have been told that Green Sky Credit will send us a payment coupon booklet determining that our payments will be 5 months of approx. $140.00 and thereafter Approx. $241.00 for the balance of the contract. All sales and office personnel were helpful in these negotiations as our children raised questions that needed discussion.

The whole experience was great very smooth. The inspectors, the sales people, and the workers were all very courteous and nice. The roofers were really hard workers and only took 15 min lunches. They did a great job and the roof looks great and im glad I don't have to worry about leaks this ever again. The workers cleaned up everything ...every little scrap. I would recommend these guys.

Reve did an excellent job on the estimate, and in setting up the job. They were responsive, and willing to revise the original contract when we needed to revise the scope of the project. The contractor hired by Reve to do the job was G&L Exteriors / PQ Construction. The Good The Work: The contractor did an exceptional job on the roof. Cleanup: The best I've seen. They used a magnet to pick up any nails and staples, blew down the driveway and sidewalks, and picked up any other refuse. DAILY. Professionalism: The crew was polite, responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Scott, the project manager, was helpful and friendly, though it often took a while to get a response to calls and emails. The Bad Punctuality: The contractor started the job two days late, and didn't inform me of their status until evening on each of the two days, and only after multiple calls and emails. Gutter Damage: On the first day, they placed a ladder against our gutter to access the roof, causing damage to the gutter. On subsequent days, after I mentioned the damage, they placed the ladder against a different side (15 feet away), which allowed them the same access, but with no damage. Why didn't they do this on day one? Follow Up: They left a very large palette of leftover materials behind, blocking our garage door, saying a truck would come by later to pick it up. The truck never arrived, even after a follow-up call to request pick up. In the end, I had to dispose of the materials myself.

Brock was right on time. He performed a thorough inspection of our roof and took the time to explain all the details. I knew it was going to be an extensive job given the age of our home and the age of the current roof. Was a little taken aback by the cost but not totally shocked. Brock was very courteous and professional. Very friendly person to talk to. I did get a little bit of the hard sell but not so much that I would not consider them for the job. Guess it goes with the business. Nothing like trying to by a new car. We have not purchased yet and will get a couple of other bids before we make a decision. Price is important but the last thing I want to deal with is knucklehead contractors or workers. From reading the other reviews it appears Reve does good work. For sure I would recommend Reve for getting a bid from. Once we make a decision on who to use we will provide a thorough rating of their performance. Ended up using another company. What pushed me away was the hard sell tactic. If you purchase now we can give you a deep discount. If it costs this much then say that. Offer your best bid up front. Don't over price your service simply to offer a false discount to make it sound like you are getting a great deal, because in reality you are not.

James came out and gave me an estimate on 9 or 10 windows. I like the product and I like the price so when I have the funds I will be contacting him again.

The installer was very professional and efficient, and also very friendly.

The gentleman, Brock Halladay was very professional and informed, answered all the question. The product appears to be of great quality. no work has been done yet, but I am excited to have get started.o0n

After receiving several estimates I selected this contractor based on the product, reviewing manufacturer certifications, and price. After inspecting the existing roof, the contractor did an excellent job of explaining the work that was to be performed, I experienced no added costs. The contractor’s crew was very professional, providing quality work and materials, good about answering my questions and concerns, respectful of the property protecting plants and pets, and observing noise ordinances. The work was very organized, starting with delivery of materials the work steadily progressed with no delay through cleanup. The quality of the cleanup exceeded my expectations, even cleaning up some of my own construction debris.

They were very professional and took the time to explain everything in full details. They went above and beyond to get the best deal that they could provide for the services they came out for. They were friendly and very polite. Although I did not have them put on a new roof, I would highly recommend them to others to provide the services they do. They were one of the best that I have dealt with for home services.

We had a very nice experience with Reve Exteriors. The sales people and the installers were very professional. The product is AMAZING! I was a bit skeptical when Mike said that our house would be warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. We just had 3 or 4 mid 80 degree days and in the past our house would be unbearably hot.We were very comfortable during the warm days! Much different than before the new roof. As Mike said, "It's all about ventilation!". We are very satisfied!

The crew was excellent, they did professional work, and they were always on time. They did perfect clean up, they minutely picked up everything that was out there and even used a magnet. They are the best contractor I have ever worked with.
