Central Fence & Deck

Description of Work: Central Fence installed new fencing all around our property in Bellevue. It is just perfect, and what we hoped for. Such nice folks to work with!

Description of Work: I called this company 2x and left messages to return my call to schedule an appt for an estimate to a chain link fencing. On both occassions, I left my phone number butI never received a reply. They were located in my local area and was hoping I could get a prompt response for their service. Moved on and found another company instead.

Description of Work: Contacted Central Construction via a form on their web site, requesting a bid for my deck and fence. I gave enough information (rough dimensions) for them to see that this was a reasonable-sized job. It's been three weeks and I haven't heard a peep from these guys. |First impressions are everything...if they can't take the time to respond to my initial inquiry, then why would I ever do business with them.

Description of Work: Central replaced a line of fence that had deteriorated between our house and one of our neighbors. Their crew showed up and completed the work as they had promised. Quality of materials and workmanship is excellent. They will be the ones I call when we replace the rest of our fence.

Description of Work: Tore down and replaced fence on side of house. They also built gate, levelled ground near fate and built small walkway with pea gravel and stepping stones. I also had them tear down and replace fence on other side of house after wind storm earlier this year.(cost for that was additional to what I paid in 2013.) |

Description of Work: Lynne was prompt with coming out and giving me a bid on my fence. They did a fantastic job and it looks great!!! I am going to call them in the future with any fence work that I might need.

Description of Work: Kyle came out to discuss our plan for expanded porch. He was very good at listening and giving us suggestions. He e-mailed us an estimate itemizing supplies needed and cost of labor. My Wife and I reviewed this for quite awile before consulting with him again after our ideas became more solid. Kyle and Lynne came out with samples and we nailed down exactly what we wanted. They were very gracious with their time and made suggestions along the way to finished product design. Lynne e-mailed us a revised estimate and cost breakdown. We called them back. The crew showed up as planned and did a great job with steady work and completed porch in 2 days after pre-staining everything. Couldn't be more pleased with their work and communication throughout process!
