I like them because they will come out and reasonably take care of the problem, or if it's something the homeowner can safely take care of himself, they will sell you professional products to do it so you can save some money. I like working with a smaller company like this rather than a national outfit. If it's something easy for you to solve they'll sell you the products to do it.

They pretty much have eradicated my problem with rats. I live in an area where there is still quite a bit of ground cover that allows rats to harbor. I have recommended them to other family members and I will use them again in the future.

I have nothing but great things to say about them, they told me when they would be here, and they were here at that time, and the man that did the work explained to me what he was going to do, and he did it, and charged me exactly what they told me they would, and my problem disappeared after he was here, and he was extremely professional.

They were really good, and the price was good. It cost $200; for getting rid of the rat and the follow up, and it was around $100 to get rid of the bees, which was very nominal. It was really good; the guy was very informative and included all the follow up. He came right out, and was friendly and nice. I would use them again in the future.

Their estimated price was right on. They did a really thorough job.

I got their number through Angie's list. I was actually able to get quite a bit of information, and was able to get products from them to do the work I needed myself, so they were pretty helpful. They were very helpful. They were willing to help me help myself, which was somewhat refreshing. They wanted to sell the service, so that was nice. I thought the material was on the expensive side. They probably seemed to do the job. I did had to wait for the call from them.

They came out on the 17th of July for the first time. I discovered more ants after that in a different place, so they came out again two weeks later and sprayed again. Now, I have discovered more ants, and they are coming out tomorrow to spray again. The first time they came out, I knew who the person was going to be and what time he would be here. They were very prompt and efficient. However, the last time around, I called them three times to get someone scheduled. There is a six-month warranty on their work, and there is a flat rate that covers that, so there is no charge when they come back and take additional measures. Their prices seem to be average in terms of the other companies that I looked at. I think the quality of their work is good. I would use them again in the future.

We are delighted with the service and professionalism and the price. The very next day there was already a rat in one of the traps. Mike was extremely helpful and the price was very reasonable compared with what other services like this have charged us in the past.

I called AAA Pest Control to find out how much it would cost me to get rid of what seems to be Bees between my garage sidings. The lady who answered the phone kept asking me what the insects are even though I kept saying I don't exactly know what they are because I'm not an expert in this area and too high up to really have a good look at them. I understand that she was trying to make a point that if the insects happened to be the kind they can not treat, I still have to pay $50 for the initial visit. They do not provide free estimates. That's fine, but she was extremely rude that after 5 minutes phone conversation I told her I'll contact another company. I believe in good customer service on the phone or in person that I would not call or use this company again.

I noticed a pile of dirt (dusting) on my upper outside deck and called to have AAA inspect the area. I received a prompt response and an inspector arrived at my home at the appointment time. He determined that it was carpenter ants and scheduled a time for him to return for treatment. I paid upfront for the inspect but was told I would receive a partial refund if his services were requested to complete the job. We agreed on a date for him to return and the treatment was completed. I received a 68% refund from the inspection fee in addition to the Website Coupon. I will use their services again should the need arise and highly recommend them.

Although AAA Pest Control does not remove animals, Joe was very helpful. He suggested companies for me to call, and when I asked about buying a trap and doing it myself, he gave me suggestions. I was very impressed with his helpful attitude.

They took our call immediately for an estimate, and were able to schedule a treatment time that fit our schedule. The rep was extremely friendly and professional, and took his time completing the entire perimeter.

I don’t find any fault with them. I am very happy with their services. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.

The people from AAA Pest Control Company worked quickly. They were on schedule. They took care of the issue. I had to get some drywall work done. I saw some ants once I tore the drywall out. So they had to get rid of the ants before I could patch the wall back up. They came out promptly and took care of it. I would use them again in the future if required.

I had noticed some small holes in the siding of my house that appeared to be caused by insects. I called AAA Pest Control in Kent and they said they'd be happy to come out and inspect and then recommend and/or perform any treatments needed. They scheduled the guy to come out between 5p and 6p so I didn't have to take time off work, that was nice. The guy called mid-day to confirm, that was nice. Then he called around 6p and said he'd be there at about 6:15p, that was nice of him. He was very curteous and really knew his stuff...he knew right off the bat what my problem was, thankfully it turned out not to be the dreaded carpenter ants or termites and in my case there was no treatment needed so I only paid the inspection cost which was very reasonable. It literally took only one minute for him to confirm what my problem was, yet he walked the perimeter of the entire house with me to check for any other problems, checked inside the garage, and in the attick. He said everything looked really good so provided me with advice as to how to keep it that way. I was thrilled, I will definitely use them again if the need ever arises!

I had rodents in a crawl space. They did the inspection, I fixed all the perimeter holes, and they came back 2 more times to check and reset the traps. We didn't find anything in the traps, so the exterminator said that his presense in the crawlspace probably scared them off/disturbed their scent. And since we closed off the holes, there was no way for them to get back in. So I can't really comment on the total effectiveness because they didn't have to really do much, but the man who did the work was very professional and explained everything. I've also purchased products from them for insects at their store, their staff is helpful, the only negative is I feel they are a little pricey.

They do well. They give you feedback on what you can do to eliminate the problem. They take pictures of the areas, like where the mice are entering under the house, and they suggest that you cut down the bushes. They are asking you to help stop the mice from entering. This is essentially cutting out their future business.

We dropped in to get advice and maybe buy some products to deal with spiders in and around the house and a mole in the yard. Owner Sue was extremely helpful, patient and kind. She walked us through the different product options and made sure we understood how to use them and what to expect. Compared to my experiences with other exterminators, I felt like Sue was really listening to me and understood my fears and concerns. We purchased a few different products and hope to see results!

They were prompt and fairly priced. They came on the committed time and were very professional. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

I had been hearing noises in the attic so I thought I had rats because my neighbor said she had them but it turns out I didn't. The serviceman checked all over very carefully to make sure there wasn't any or any signs of any animals up there. There was no charge.

They were all gone the following day and my sons were able to remove the nest. And I was able to use a $25 Angie's List coupon.

From Start (initial phone call) to finish (on site service technician) their profesionalism was excellent.

The man set traditional spring traps in the basement and under the house. Said he would return in 12 days. Found 3 dead mice the next morning in basement so disposed of them and reset traps myself. Decided didn't want to wait 12 days for any mice caught under the house to decompose so went under and sure enough 5 caught. So reset traps. Was told that I needed to clear perimeter of foundation of leaves, so did, and to call National Bird Co. for estimate on digging trench, placing wire and gravel to prevent mice from tunneling in under the foundation. 2 more visits from AAA resetting traps with many fewer catches but still evident activity under the house. With me going under house on my own in between visits. After 3rd visit was told that I could not get a certificate that the problem was solved as there was still activity and that would only be solved with the foundation work. AAA collected most of the snap traps but left a couple (gratis?). I called National Bird (or something like that), explained what service I needed. There was a long silence and they said they never had heard of such a thing and certainly did not themselves provide any such service. They work with birds in attics. I called the AAA office and was told that AAA provided that kind of foundation service and that usually the exterminator would have made a bid. I said he was very clear that AAA did not do that kind of work. She said, "Hm." And then referred me to a gentleman who she thought could help me. I called him and once again was told he had never done that kind of work and had no idea who did. For $371.00 I received 3 visits from a congenial gentleman, a couple of little mouse traps, a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter and some very confusing advice and referral. Anyway, I can do mousetraps and peanut butter myself for much less. Today I will check another portion of the foundation for tunneling. I did not find this company to be that helpful although they seemed so highly recommended on Angie's.
