AAA Pest Control

We have used AAA Pest Control several times in past several years. They provide prompt service, they are professional and do what they promise. The price is good and the service is fast and friendly.

They were honest to tell me that I did not have ants and they were molds. They don't treat molds. The man that came out was really nice. Overall, they were excellent. They didn't charge me anything. They got back to me right away.

Frank was dispatched to my home the same day I requested service. He treated the affected area and the perimeter of my home as noted above. He discussed the pesticides he was using and what we should see as a result. He explained the company warranty. I am so grateful that he could come so quickly. I have the side of the house opened up to reveal the damaged area and I am anxious to get it secured.

Pleasant conversations with sales and appointment staff. Technician was scheduled to come out next day. Technician precalled to confirm arrival. He reviewed the scope of work with me prior to starting and reviewed the work with me upon completion. He was very careful to avoid contact with my food garden. Pleasant, professional experience.

I was stung by a yellow jacket during the night- and figured one had gotten in during the day. Only to wake and discover several live ones in one corner of the bedroom. My husband came to reach up and kill the 2 I saw, and to touch a dark spot in the corner of the ceiling- only to have dozens of yellow jackets fly out of a small hole they had chewed in the wall. We got the Angie's List Magazine and found a pest control business- called immediately and Josh was out in an hour. I was told the charge beforehand. Josh found the entrance outside the house, where a nest was being built in the upper wall of the house- he sprayed (a virus) inside and out, and said this should take care of the problem, but the work is guaranteed, and we should call him again if more insects showed up. Since we have never needed insect control before, we had no idea of costs nor which business to call. We are pleased at this point, and appreciated the quick response. The charge seemed reasonable to us.

Chris appeared promptly for the inspection and presented very professionally. We explained that we had sold the home and needed the estimate asap so that we could correct the problem and proceed to closing. Chris promised to email it to us the next morning. Unfortunately, he didn't follow through. He eventually emailed a price, but no detailed estimate so that we could submit it to the buyer. We spoke with him twice by phone and he promised to provide an estimate, but never did. We went with his competition .

They were great, very professional, got ride of what i asked them to do.

These guys are the best. Job gets done and they provide great customer service. Josh was great!

We thought we had carpenter ants. The inspector found no signs of them and did not sell us on other services when he was finished. We were pleased to have the peace of mind of the inspection. Thank you!

They did a good job. They were on time. They didn't overcharge or overdue what they were supposed to do. They were good. They came in. They did their thing. They came back out and picked up a couple of local foot wrench all around.

I've been using them for six months now. The guy was very helpful and went above and beyond identifying possible problems.

It went great. They did a great job, haven't seen any ants since they sprayed. Frank, the man who sprayed was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job.. Very pleased.

Mike Z came out and did a great job! he was very informative let us know exactly what he was going to do and gave a good review of our house overall! I really felt Mike cared about our house and wanted to rid of us the ants completely. He was very honest and complete in his care of our house. I would recommend Mike and AAA anytime!!

Overall, I am disappointed in the expertise, technical, and customer services received by AAA. I selected them based on a solid Angie's List rating, and the fact that they also coordinated exclusion services (which I suspected I needed at the time). Upon signing up for the service, I was informed that the office would always call to schedule the next appointment. Although this happened after the first visit, it did not happen after the second. I called a month later and the owner, Susan, apologized and offered a free follow up visit. I have yet to hear from the office to schedule this. The technician was friendly, but relied heavily on my anecdotal experience to identify the problem. He zeroed in on entry points in the attic that turned out to be incorrect and set traps that did not catch one rat (despite many opportunities). He offered plenty of traditional advice (cayenne and clean yard), but I wish he would have taken the time to talk to me about the exclusions necessary in my crawl space that would eradicate the persistent problem. I don't blame AAA for my own inability to make permanent corrections to my home, but this was entirely the wrong service for me. I wish they would have recognized this on the first visit, correctly diagnosed the root of the problem, and worked with me to build a plan that solved this.

They come out 3 times a year for us and always do a good job.

Susan Froyd, President of AAA Pest Control and her staff provided excellent service and education. She took the time to show me the difference between the various types of ants that are prevalent in our area. The philosophy of this company that education is an important part of pest control results in lower costs to the consumer. The ability to avoid the costs of an in-home appointment was appreciated. Ms. Froyd's experience as a former teacher is very much in evidence in the way she runs her company. The costs reflected above are for the Yellow Jacket traps. There was no cost associated with the ant identification or education. She was reluctant to sell me the product that she had in stock for treatment of the cement ants as the quantity was much more than I needed to successfully treat my problem. Thank you.

We've had a number of them appear in various areas of the house, from kitchen to bathroom to office. AAA came out once, sprayed everywhere. Didn't seem to work. They came out second time, sprayed some more, set traps, found where the nest was. Did not charge any extra for the second visit. The ants are now gone. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing to us.

He was on time. He gave me a 2 hour window and called me at the beginning of the window to say he was on his way. I appreciated that and he was very nice and very thorough. He took a lot of pictures under my house of things that need to be done and transferred them to my cell phone. He explained the contract very throughly and I didn't feel rushed like I had to make up my mind right away.

I had a bad experience. I expected a certain service when I signed up for a appointment. When the technician came, he only did the cockaroach intial. I explained to him that I also expected service for spiders. He did not handle it professionally and went ahead in order to "help me out with the spiders" by spraying who knows what! That left an odor in my house for a week! Unfortunately, because my given work circumtances I wasnt really home much that week and I also was sick for a couple of days and stayed with family, while my husband stayed with family as well because of the smell. We would keep the windows open.....realizing that the smell would still not go away. By the time I call the company to complain....a certain manager found it hard to believe. I dont blame him, but I was telling him the truth. Finally he decided to come out to check my house the next time he had avialable time and brought the technician with him also. The technician LIED and DENIED he sprayed anything in my house to kill spiders. And the manager did not believe me nor thought I was lying. The manager only decided not to charge me the 196.00 total. It did not end happy. Two months later I still receive a bill for this service! I got mad! "SERIOUSLY?!?!?" I thought. "Do they expect I should pay???? Did he not say to me he would not bill me?!!!" I called them about two weeks ago, happened to speak with the OWNER, Sue her name is I believe.... I explained to her that I expected not to be charged due to unsatisfactory service. No questions asked and she said she would take care of it and inform billing. NOW, that was two weeks ago. I HOPE I DO NOT RECEIVE A BILL FROM THEM. Thankfully, the cockroches are gone....I happy with that. But it was a very bad experience for me.

They got rid of ants inside the house by using chemical ant bait. They baited areas where we saw infestations and sprayed the perimeters outside of the house. The tech was thorough, fast and friendly. Got in, got out, no muss, and no fuss.

They came out right away, and they were very knowledgeable. However, once the infestation was detected, we wanted them to come out the next business day and get started on the cleanup. They were unable to schedule it that soon, so we went with another company, who could schedule ASAP, and we ended up saving a lot of money on the cleanup price.

They set 12 rat traps in crawl space and also placed bait around the outside of foundation. They trapped several rats after first inspection. They have one more inspection to accomplish. On 6/18/14 they inspected for rodents. They found 1 in my crawl space and non in my neighbors. As we were not satisfied with their work we contracted another pest control company. They found 4 more dead rats in my crawl space and 4 in my neighbors. The evidence was the rats had been dead for some time and should have been found on the June 18th inspection. We would never recommend this company.

I contacted AAA Pest Control Inc. because their reviews were very good. I haven't been disappointed. The technician Joshua was right on time. He first took the time to identify the problem and did the treatment. He told me that if activity was still there I just had to call them and he would come back. It wasn't necessary. Work was very professionally done. I will recommend them to anyone.

The service man was late -- but the home office called and let me know he was stuck in traffic about 15 mins before he was due to arrive. When he did arrive, he first apologized and then went straight to gearing up. He sprayed the hive with a chemical, dug it out. of the ground and then put a little red flag to indicate that the ground had been treated by the chemical. To my surprise the entire visit took about 20 mins and then he and the yellow jackets were gone.
