Description of Work: Exterminated yellow jacket nest. |After my call they scheduled me for the next day, arrived on time and the work was done in 1 session. The original quote was high but the final cost was less and reasonable.

Description of Work: They performed an area spray for pests. When yellow jackets started to build a nest a few weeks later they came back free of charge to handle it. Overall they were very responsive and did a good job, I've used them on two separate occasions.

Description of Work: Inspected attic & crawl space for carpenter ants. Sprayed exterior |perimeter of home for an ts plus garden shed, walkway and fence line where ants had been seen. Came on time, very courteous and did service to areas beyond exterior of the home.

Description of Work: I was not sure of a pest/rodent issue so I called for an inspection. The woman who answered the phone was very informatiave and explained what to expect with pricing and the service, including how to get the most for my dollars. The gentleman who did the actual inspection was informative and, also, shared ideas for some preventive steps I could take and how I could cut cost by doing some of the work myself if there was a problem in the future (luckily, there wasn't evidence of a current problem).

Description of Work: a VERY complete home assessment (for ants) including the attic- |did a perimeter application (drilled hole and applied ant killer)

Description of Work: eliminated a paper wasp's nest in my attic and blocked means of access and egress. Almost instant relief from wasp traffic and no call back necessary. The technician was very informative and completed his work in less than one hour, leaving no mess.

Description of Work: Advised over the phone about white powder from wood boring beetle. Talked to Sue, the owner, she said they had been in vanity since it was installed three years ago and once they bore out they are gone. I would definitely hire this firm if I have future problems because she did not advise a costly visit, but helped me over the phone.

Description of Work: Very friendly and professional on phone. Transferred to tech on phone. Also very friendly professional and knowledgable. Serviced home for possible ant issue per house inspection. Service tech very friendly and knowledgable. Explained process as he preformed the task. Only slight blip in appointment setup where no one got back to me and I had to reach out. It was worth my extra effort to confirm and follow up.

Description of Work: I have had a serious ant problem for quite some time. They have been coming into the house from many locations in the house. I believe that most were coming from under the house up into the rooms and also up through the under side of the furnace. The man who came out was very nice, informative and seemed pretty thorough. The price also includes a second visit within two weeks He sprayed all around the house outside, inside around baseboards, patio cracks and under the house in the crawl space. I have not seen any live ants anywhere close to the house since he left.....what a relief!!!! I will have them come back next week. I will definitely use this company again when I have a problem with ants.

Description of Work: Good responsiveness to phone calls and discussing the problem prior to sending somebody to do the work (wasps nesting in eave of home). Day of service, the rep was on time, courteous and friendly, explained what he would be doing, etc. The price matched the estimate quoted over the phone.

Description of Work: Mice we paid $400 for their service in which we are still catching mice after three visits. when we ask for additional service they were interested unless we wanted to pay extra

Description of Work: Checked the areas of our concern. Explained fully recommended application. Sprayed the entire perimeter of the house, under the house and the total inside. Had suggestions about keeping the problem under control and recommendations for prevention. The work and explanations were all very well done. We would have this company and individual do the work again, if needed.
