AAA Pest Control

The prices are fair. They are great! I think there is very good training. They offer very good advise to my clients on different perspectives and alternatives. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

They did a fine job. The price was very reasonable compared to their competitors. They were very responsive and came out the same day I called. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

He is the most thorough person that I know. He explains everything very well. He informed us of things that needed to be taken care of right away and also things that could wait a while. Dwayne is very nice to deal with. I would use him again in the future for home inspection and would definitely recommend him to others.

This price is per year for the service contract. I pay them on-line, which is convenient. I did not grade the price because I have not compared prices. I did not grade punctuality because we do not schedule appointments with them. They come out on their own. They always come when they are supposed to. They are quiet. They come and do the work with no complaints. They always spray and leave a detailed check list with comments and tell me if there are any hazards for critters to get in. I can always tell that they have come and have done the job well. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

They sent someone out most recently and he could not fit into the access space that I needed him to fit into, so they did not actually do anything for us. They did not charge us anything for this most recent service. I do not remember what they charged for the previous service. I was a little disappointed with the most recent service, but fortunately we have not had any more problems. I would probably have them come out again to spray, but not to access the crawl space again.

This price is per year. I believe it is about $100 per treatment. We have used them for a number of years now. The prices are very reasonable. They have been very helpful in answering questions and making recommendations. I appreciate this. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

They did not show up for the initial appointment that I had scheduled, but it was a mistake in scheduling. I called and they came out on time for the next scheduled appointment. They set traps correctly and did a good job. I feel the price was reasonable for what they did. They came initially to set the traps and then came and checked those three times after that. They stated after the last visit to call them if I had any more problems, and I have not. They even advised me on how to close the holes where the rats where getting in. They did a very good job. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

They were on site within two hours, and they did get rid of two different nests. The guy was very nice.

I visited the store in Kent, and bought everything I needed to do the job myself from Joe. He explained exactly what needed to be done, and was very helpful. I will go there again if I have any pest problems in the future.

They were great; they came after I'd ID'd the problem and were available one business day later. The service person (Max) who came out was great; checked the full perimeter of our foundation inside and out for other possible infestations then carried out the treatment, cleaning up when complete. I routinely experience great service from their home inspection side of service, but will now recommend their pest control as well.

I call AAA Pest Control about a problem I had. I had discovered a place where the siding on my house had gotten wet from an uncaulked area that had allowed rain to leak in behind the siding. It was a fairly small area, but it had rotted the siding and when I pushed on the siding it was soft and just fell away. When the siding fell away, ants started coming out of the small hole. I researched on the Internet and thought that the ants were moisture ants, but I wasn't sure. I called AAA and explained what had happened. After asking me questions, they said they thought that it was moisture ants. What they recommended I do suprised me. They told me to have the damage repaired first. That if the moisture was not removed, the ants would come back. They said that after the repairs were completed, I probably won't have an ant problem. They told me that they would be glad to come out, if I still wanted a treatment after the repairs. They recommended Advanced Home Repair to do my repairs. I used Advanced Home Repair and my problem was solved. I was very pleased!

I called them the day before, and they came out the next day. The fellow showed up at 6:30, he was a very pleasant fellow and he did a really good job.

One call resulted in a quote of $450, when we called again to set an appointment the next day, we were quoted a cost of $650 for the project. This was almost double what other companies were quoting. Also, the man who took our call was VERY rude and unprofessional when we explained our confusion over the significant difference in price of the two quotes. I would not want to invite anyone so inconsiderate and uncaring into my home. Especially when I am paying for a service.

They have been fine. Well they are very responsive, punctual, and professional. They are very available. They answer all my questions. They have reasonable pricing. I feel I got my money's worth.

They were on time and very professional. They were very knowledgeable and understanding. When I called they came out the next day. After setting traps, they came back in a week and cleaned up. The entire service took about two days.

The house I purchased has a long history of heavy rat infestation. I called AAA to come out and get rid of any rats still living in the house. The put out rat traps in the crawl space and in the attic and gave me some general directions on how I could rat proof the house. They then came out every week for three weeks to check the rat traps, which did catch three rats. I am not sure this was worth $400.00. I did extensive rat proofing myself (repaired screens on crawl space vents, installed sheet metal over all rat holes I could find in walls and attic, trimmed trees away from house, etc.). I have since put out 7 new rat traps ($20 from a home improvement store) and plan to put bait stations around the exterior as I am still finding new rat droppings around the house. I will say that AAA was very punctual and responsive to my calls and called my to confirm appointments.

Our renters were complaining of moth-like insects in the basement apartment as well as small eggs in some of their pantry food (yuck). AAA knew exactly what I was talking about when I called in. They scheduled someone to come out. He did a great job and even went through all of the remaining food so that we could throw out anything that was infested before he sprayed.

Nacho was very thoughtful and thorough. He checked to see where they might be entering the basement and suggested some things that might attract them, such as my neighbor feeding birds. He answered my questions and made suggestions for things I might consider in the future.

They are honest. He called ahead of time and let me know exactly when they'd be there and they were on time.

The technician performed the work quickly, did not use poison (which was important to me as I have pets), and provided a referral for a crawlspace cleanup (which I ended up using after getting estimates from other firms as well). The technician was very helpful and informative, did a complete inspection of the exterior and interior of the house and the garage, he set lots of traps in the crawlspace, returned in five days to empty them, reset them and then returned in five days again. I was impressed with the office staff and with the technician with how helpful they were and with the follow-ups. We are now rat-free.

Generally professional and with a very positive attitude. The contractor they recommended to clean out our crawl space was a bust, even though they highly recommended them. That recommendation cost me about 8 times what I paid AAA. In attempting the help with the contractor I ran into some weird dealings with one of their crew, but they went out of their way to resolve issues in a friendly fashion. So I like them, but think I need to start over on my overall problem with another group. I eventually hired a new pest control company who found a couple of things that AAA had missed. That experience plus the weird experience with their technician and their recommending NBC for clean up would keep me from using them again.

My husband and I found a large swarm of ants around the entrance to our garage near the garage door. We also found winged insects caught in the cobwebs around our exterior lights. I called AAA Pest Control and spoke with someone describing what we had seen. The lady I spoke with helped me, by asking questions and providing information, to determine that the winged insects were likely flying ants, not termites and that the ant infestation was likely "pavement ants". She gave me the option of having their exterminator perform a perimeter spray, but also provided the option of selling us the same chemical that they spray with so that we could do it ourselves at a much discounted price. We decided to have the exterminator do the work. John was able to come the same day (within hours!) and performed the work quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend this service provider.

GREAT! After a horrible experience with Terminix, I called AAA to discuss what I thought was either bedbugs or mosquitos. The owner suggested I bring my kid down to the shop for a once-over. Owner told me he didn't think these were bites at all. He set me up with free bug-catching kits to see if we could find anything living in the places my kid spends time. I brought the kits back to the shop and the Owner put them under the microscope. NADA; no fleas, no bedbugs, no skeeters, one small spider and a moth larva. He didn't want to do any kind of spraying around kids unless absolutely necessary. He suggested that I keep the catch-kits around to help get anyone that felt like wandering through. I bought some safe ant traps as well. I have great respect for how my concerns were handled, and would not hesitate to call on AAA again fir future service as needed. The office staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment within two days. Unfortunately, it snowed and we had to reschedule, but they let me know in a timely manner. The technician, John, actually showed up early (how refreshing!). He was very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and spent a great deal of time inspecting the house, crawl space, and outside area to determine where the rodents were entering the house. John then went about setting rat and mouse traps in the crawl space, garage, and kitchen. He was very careful about keeping the area clean and not dragging debris from the crawl space through the house. John returned one and two weeks later to empty and reset the traps as needed. At no point did I have to see any rodents. I asked about ongoing service and John gave me the information. There were never any pressure to take the extra service, which I appreciate. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
