Dollar estimate was given but no description for charges. Service person was prompt and did the work timely. Very professional except he neglected to tell me of damage to hall wall from bringing bathtub in. When final statement recieved still not itemized for charges. I contacted the office 3 times, with only 1 response, requesting itemized bill. Response was an email, with discount for the demolition work I had done in preparation of bathtub installation, dollar amount only. Still not itemized for charges. I had work done the year before on my kitchen/laundry room by a restoration company due to water damage and received an itemized estimate and final billing (which actually was less). I contacted the office again with no response to call. Time passed since work completed had been 2 months and I was going to be charged finance charges so I sent in my payment and again placed a call to the office. That same week I received a notice from a collection agency. Since my payment had been sent I did not make another call. I have learned a lesson from Riggle about getting an itemized estimate before work is done. I will not use Riggle again and would recommend anyone looking at them to do work, make sure you are well informed of the costs before the work is done.

Early appointment was requested. Technician came a day earlier than original appointment. Arrived promptly as scheduled (newly scheduled time). Work was quickly, cleanly performed. Left no mess behind. I have had this company perform drain cleaning, toilet repairs, and bathtub repairs. All promptly, leaving no mess, polite and courteous, and with a seniors' discount. I won't call any other plumber now.

Plumber had all his tools and new drain baskets on his service truck. He was courteous, stayed on task and completed the job efficiently. He gave us the option of being billed or paying immediately - gave us a "senior citizens discount" and we paid immediately (we are not senior citizens by my way of thinking - 56 and 59 yrs.???). We thought the work was thorough and expeditious. We will definitely use this company again, if needed!

Their man came and scoped out what would have to be done, gave me an estimate and set up a an appointment for the work. On the appointed day and time they called and said they would be late due to an emergency at a local hotel, but assured me they would be here and do the installation. They arrived two hours later and had the job done and tested by 4 pm. The men were courteous and took care to keep the work areas clean and make a neat installation.

This was great shawn came out and he was fast professorial and was great with my cats.He even replaced the pipes going to the shutoff valves in the bathroom.This company is great.they worked with us and sent someone out not allergic to the cats and were more than happy to get us scheduled asap.I am very impressed and will recommend this contractor in the future.You can't go wrong with these guys.Thank you so much for the great work, good price, fast and professional service, and putting up with my large cat following him from room to room rubbing on him and trying to lick him I am very happy

The sewer line issue affected the basement drain and basement toilet and tub, the back up problem kept reoccuring despite 3 times with Roto Rooter...it was not a root issue. We finally called Riggle, two guys came quickly, sent a camera down the sewer line, fixed the problem and urged their Bio Gard product to help maintain these drains. Second time was a shower drain leaking into basement ceiling, Shawn came quickly, knew immediately what had to be done, problem solved. Then the basement toilet was leaking in mid May, Shawn came out and put in a new wax ring, problem solved. I appreciate that Riggle responds quickly, solves the problem and does it right the first time. Suffice it to say, they know their business! They get right to it, and are very personable but hard working, don't stand around and chit chat. I appreciate their professionalism and they are a great value...you get what you pay for and to us that is "good dollar value."

Kevin and Tyrone were great. Kevin came out right after we found our flood. He was fast, honest and great to work with. We got an estimate fast and the job is going great. The whole crew has been polite and professional. I lead two of them back to my bedroom to show them where they would be working...when I got to my room, I turned around and they weren't there. They were waiting out in the hall for me to say it was ok to come in. Very respectful. They even laid down plastic outside our home where the backhoe would be moving on to save the grass from dirt and wear from the backhoe. Great cre, great job. Highly recommend them for all plumbing needs!

It went quickly, and thoroughly, the kitchen/food disposal line was fixed, and the drain was cleaned completely all the way out to the main outside drain line.

A big shout out to Riggle Plumbing, especially Shawn. We just bought a house and less than a week later discovered a broken outside faucet. The challenge was that the house is stucco sided and the inside wall is our master tiled shower. Shawn gave us the name of a tile expert (Sam Yant) and it was determined that the faucet connection was best accessed through the interior shower wall. The wall was opened and Shawn went about replacing the broken pipe. Sam did a great job replacing the tile. I want to recognize Shawn because on the day he came out to give us the estimate and assess the problem he helped out in a big way . . . I happened to be selling a concrete birdbath on Craigslist and an elderly lady came to buy it. Shawn was a perfect gentlemen and offered to load the birdbath into the buyer's car. It was very courteous of him to do so. Thanks Riggle!

Waste water coming from floor drain in basement. Called and they had 2 guys in our house within 2 hours. Looked at the situation and instead of just digging in they asked some questions about the house. That led them to a stuck anti-backflow valve on the sewer line going out of the house. FIxed the problem in about an hour and gave us advice on preventive maintenance. Great service!

Called right back after I spoke to the answering service. On time,reasonable price,good service.

Our reverse osmosis system that was installed by another contractor failed give us good service when the filters need to be changed. It was just time to just do away with the problem.

Friendly and professional. Got the job done and we now have a shower that works great and a water heater that provided us with plenty of hot water. Very pleased with the service and will call on them again if needed. We have recommended them to several people we know already.

He turned up a little late but did call ahead to say he was on his way. He didn't offer to give me a price before he started. I had to ask at the end how much it was going to cost. Based on previous reviews I trusted that it would be reasonable and it was. The quality of the work was good and he explained everything to me before he started and rechecked on options when he wasn't sure. He was polite, professional and did the job quickly. Communication with the office was also very good and I got an appointment very quickly.

Shaun was very punctial, very accomadating. I even was given a Senior discount, without asking!

Clint was very punctual. He maintained his professionalism even though our 4 year old son was very interested in what he was doing. Their bid and pricing matched and I would say I would definitly use them again. I am thinking of having them back to install a hot and cold hose spicket in the garage so I can wash vehicles with soft water.

Called to have removed a pair of sink faucets and drain from each of two bathroom sinks. Recieved my choice of appointments and technician arrived within 1/2 hour of appointment time. Worked 2 1/2 hours on a Friday and 1 1/2 hours on a monday removing the old faucets and installing the new faucets and drains t\which we had purchased at a substantial discount from the internet. All work was well done

I called Riggle Plumbing in the afternoon to report that I need a clogged drain looked at and they were able to send someone out in the morning. He arrived a little bit late, but had called in advance. He fixed the problems promptly, professional, very friendly and courteous. I would recommend using this company and I would use them again if needed.

The tech replaced the nipples and inlet/outlet pipes. He installed threaded connections (instead of soldered) on the pipe so it will be easier when I replace the water heater in the future.

My experience with Riggle couldn't have been better. Unlike the other 3 plumbers I called where I could only leave a message, Riggle had an answering service, so there was someone to talk to. Within an hour, I got a call back with at time of arrival of about 1 hr. They arrived almost on schedule, a bit earlier than the estimate. Kevin, the plumber on call, got right to work. He removed the old water heater and replaced it with my purchased one. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. He and his company clearly took pride in doing quality work. I was very pleased with their work and responsiveness. They are now my first choice plumber service.
