It went great! Jon was able to come almost a week earlier than they originally estimated. He left a clean area and functional dishwasher and happy housewife when he finished. And we even got a senior discount. Great folks!

The plumber arrived on time, quickly figured out what needed to be done, got the equipment he needed and had the sink draining normally in no time at all.

The company as a whole is a good company. Sometimes it's the employees. They tried to convince me I didn't need a winterized faucet but they did install it. I've used them for years.

Work was done quickly and efficiently.

I think they're a little overpriced for the quality. They're consistent and a little expensive.But, they did what they came to do. They showed up when they said they would.

Very good. A plus: the plumber rerouted a drain pipe that freed up some wall space - making it possible to hang a picture. Nice. A minus: in hind sight, I should have asked why the plumber didn't insulate the incoming hot water pipe. I was quite able to do it myself, but it would have been a nice touch if the Riggle plumber had included it in the install. Over all, I am quite satisfied with their service and recommend them and hire them again.

Initial service call was handled during off hours for a weekend visit, another company was contact and call was not returned, Riggle quickly handled the call and placed me in contact with the employee that completed all of the work. Good communication was experienced from everyone associated with Riggle, work was performed as stated in time frames quoted. I would without hesitation use or recommend Riggle Plumbing.

Repairman arrived and assessed the hot water heater tank. He determined that the hot water heater tank still had several more years of trouble free use remaining if I chose to just replace the burner and thermal coupler assembly (a combined unit) at a cost of around $200 (parts and labor included). Less than 30 minutes later we were back to making hot water. Great response time, great value (although I was prepared to pay $1,200 to have the tank replaced and the technician knew it, he still provided me with his best recommendation). Honest, trustworthy, reliable business!!!

On a sunday, of all days, I discovered that my sewer drain was backing up into the laundry room. I selected Riggle's based upon the Angie's list rating. They were out here in about an hour and an hour later they have cleared the clog and cleaned up their mess. They had to go through the toilet to clean out the drain and two days later we noticed water leaking from the toilet. To their credit they came out that day, removed the toilet, replaced all the washers and wax seal and reseated the toilet. They replaced several pieces that were over and above what was required but they wanted to ensure there were no problems. There was no charge for this service. I found them to be very professional. They ensured that everything was restored and cleaned up. The charge was fairly high but I guess if you are going to call a plumber on a sunday you best be prepared for that. I hope it is awhile before I need their services again but if I do need a plumber I would not hesitate to call them again.

The problem was fixed immediately, and courteously. I have had them return for 3 other jobs because of the excellent service that they provided in my emergency situation.

Contractor wasn't interested in bidding they were to busy. This was not a small job, it was to plumb in a complete second bath in a Richland Y ranch house.

I expected it to cost more than ~$130 to replace a toilet judging from prices I found online. They did a good job and he showed me how to clean out my garbage disposal and shower drains as well. The $130 included a new toilet seat, which I thought had come with the new toilet but apparently did not.

Excellent! Shawn and Micah were very professional. called to say they were on their way for the appointment. Both were very friendly and business like. A+++++ all the way!

Called for a bid and was told that they would be out between 12:00 and 2:00. At 2:00 I called and asked what was going on and was told that they got caught on another job and they would give me a call in an hour or so to let me know what time they would be there. I understand things happen, but my time is valuable and I just wasted 2 hours without even the courtesy of a phone call to tell me what was going on. I'll do my business with someone who actually values it.

Sean came on time as the on-call member and recognized the problem right off the bat. He crawled under the house twice, first to confirm the problem and take out the bad piece and then again to install the new faucet. Riggle Plumbing was very good in getting us in late and even though it was overtime billing we thought the $159.75/hour was worth it. Sean was here less than an hour and was very good in explaining how the cracks occur (take off the hose in winter, which we thought we did) especially since there was such a quick and cold winter this last year. Would use Riggle Plumbing again in a heart beat!

I called on a Thursday and got an appointment the following Tuesday with a window of 2-4pm. On Tuesday, the guy called right at 2pm and asked if he could come over. He was polite, worked quickly and tried to be quiet each and every time he had to go in/out the front door to get tools and parts. He had to supply some parts to fix the sink trap and I initially cringed at this expecting a horrible fee, but the parts were less than $20. Overall, this was a very stress-free experience and I paid (what I think was) a reasonable fee. I would call these guys again or refer them to friends/family without hesitation.

The plumber showed up on time, determined the cause of the leak from the upstairs shower. He calked all the openings, the way it should have been done when the house was built. This completely solved the problem. The leak was bad enough that it was running out of the smoke detector just below the shower downstairs. I will use this company for all my future plumbing needs!

He gave us a courtesy call to let us know that he was on his way and showed up on time. I do not remember his name, sorry, but the gentleman was super friendly, and got straight to work after hearing what we had to say. He worked until the problem was resolved. This gentleman also answered several of our questions, and cleaned up nicely after himself. He filled up my washer and had it drain a few times to be sure that he problem had been resolved and then put my machines back in place the way that I had them. He offered to send us pamphlet info on the things that we had asked him about, which is super nice considering that he had already explained them to us. I really would use this company again, we are looking to do an addition next summer and to replace our older plumbing when we do, and this will be the company we call. Thanks Angies List, we found him here and are very satisfied. So hard to know who to trust when you are new to an area!!
