The installer discusssed the best way to use the recirculator and other options, such as maybe installing a second sensing / control valve iunder the kitchen sink because it is on a separtae loop.

Great. They were done in about 20 minutes.

We were very pleased. I first called them at noon and the work was completed before I arrived home at five. The receptionist suggested ways to have the work done quickly and efficiently. They installed a professional quality toilet for a nicely discounted price. No problems since. We will defintely use them again in the future.

It went very well. Performed the job quickly, and did a good job. He was training someone so it was interesting to listen to what he was teaching. He stressed customer service. I do have one complaint. They gave me a three hour window for them to show up, so I arranged my schedule so I could be there. They were late. I understand that jobs may take longer than expected, however sometime in that 3 hours they know that they are not going to make it to my house on time. They should call and let me know. I had to call them when they were late. If they didn't do such a good job at a good price I would have rated them lower. I will use them again, but I hope they change how they schedule and respect others time and give a call if they are going to be late.

I'm completely pleased with the service. They're very prompt. They were quick and thorough. They're pleasant to have in the house. They're just very easy to have around. Their price is fine.

THE PLUMBER WAS RIGHT ON TIME AND EVEN CALLED ME WHEN HE WAS ON THE WAY. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. IT ONLY TOOK HIM ABOUT 45 MIINUTES. HE DID A GREAT JOB AND I HAVE HAD NOT FURTHER PROBLEMS.

It went great, Sean even helped me move the dryer from the room.

Shawn called before arrival to confirm appointment time and place. He arrived approx 5 minutes later. He was polite and professional. He found additional problem and fixed it, too (didn't charge for part). He suggested a simple, cosmetic fix I could perform.

On a Monday, I contacted Campbell company due to buying our furnace and water heater from them when they were Bruce and Campbell, hoping they would provide a better rate. I was told by a representative from Campbell on the phone that it would have to be an emergency call at a cost of $169 plus service, labor and parts fees or it would be Friday before they would come out, they said take it or leave it. I responded, I would go else where for service. I then contacted Riggle plumbing after seeing them on Angie's list. They were polite and courteous and said they could be out Tuesday morning before noon. I agreed and about an hour later received a call from Riggle's technician saying he was available to come out within the hour, if I was available, I was and he promptly showed up ready to make the necessary repairs. The technician ( Kevin K) was polite and professional during the entire visit, he recommended just replacing the bottom heating element on the hot water heater but I asked if he would go ahead and replace both heating elements, he stated both of them did not need to be replaced but he would do what I requested and replace both elements. It took approximately 1 hour, both elements were replaced, and the system was tested and verified in complete working order. The technician cleaned up and took the time ti explained the work and costs of the service he preformed. I was very pleased with the quality, professionalism and timeliness of the repair/service.

They were prompt professional and quick. One of the plummers, after the job was done told me that I need to have the main drain jetted. I wish they would have told me that during the job and asked if I wanted it done then sense they were there and working on it. The work was quality work and they stayed within the quote.

Plumber arrived on time. He didn't leave a mess for us to clean after him, explained everything that he was doing!

Amazing work from beginning to end! We have had this company do work for us in the past and knew they do great work and charge reasonable rates. We had them re-plumb our old house which meant working in an almost non-existent crawl space. They would have had every reason to be cranky. They did a great job and we are now 3 years past and everything is working great! We recently purchased a new to us, 34 year old house with a cracked sewer line running from the house to the septic system. We had the sewer line scoped prior to purchase so knew it was there and needed repair. Once the house closed we were eager to get it fixed, called Riggle Plumbing on a Thursday, came out and gave us an estimate on Friday, did the repair on the following Monday! Their crew showed up at the scheduled time, they listened to my husband's concerns about the sewer lines under the house; that there were some low areas where water was standing in the pipes. They set to work on the sewer line outside, got it replaced then headed under the house to inspect. They crawled around and checked all the sewer lines and replaced the areas that were low, rehung some of the lines so that everything has a gradual slope. The exterior faucet that needed replacement had to be done from the inside of the house. The plumber made a few measurements, came in the house and cut a neat square hole in the sheet rock. The faucet was smack dab in the middle of the hole that he cut...he replaced the faucet, no muss no fuss. They did all of this work quickly, with precision and all repairs are first rate. We are ecstatic with the work as well as the price! We will definitely hire them again, when we start remodeling the bathrooms and kitchen!

Disposal rusted out and was leaking from the bottom. Riggle sent and quot;Shawnand quot; out the same day. He called before arriving. Shawn dismantled the old disposal and had a replacement in the truck. He also checked the air-gap lines and replaced them. I asked if he could look at slow draining toilet and he performed some cleaning of the water jets. In and out in one hour. Very courteous and professional. I will call them again and I will also recommend them to friends.

Leaky pipe in garage that could have been disastrous. We discovered when we arrived from a vacation and were worried nobody would come , given it was a holiday. We were very happy to be proven wrong and have already recommended them to a friend.

We needed a plumber because we had changed the faucet in the bathroom and the main water supply in the utility room began to leak. We tried to fix it and it got worse. This company came highly recommended and so we called them first. Then my husband again tried to tighten the main and was successful and in the end we did not actually need their service. They were very polite returned our call on a Saturday afternoon within minutes. They were ready to come out as well if we needed them. Will call then in the future if we have a need. Thanks for great and courteous communication.

Service provider came immediately, was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and even alerted me to the fact that our garbage disposal was on it's last legs. Will definitely call them directly if I need a plumber again in the future.

The plumber could not find a specific leak, but he did notice that the tub spout was not sealed and that there were cracks in the caulking along the floor. He cleaned out the old sealant and resealed everything. The shower has not leaked since and it has been a month and a half with 2 to 3 kids using the shower.

The reason I give them a B is because of the dispatcher, she didnt want to send him out for only a estimate. I gave the go ahead to come and fix based on this sites reviews,I knew that if the plumbers method of repair or cost seemed to high I'd call it off. I really wanted more info. up front. I think both mentioned above were honest with me.

Sean showed up on time and ran into some problems with the drain connection for the tub. It was at a very difficult place to work in, but he didn't give up he had to leave and get some special tools and got right back to it. The job was a lot harder than anybody could even imagine and it took a lot longer to finish, it was the way the house was built.. We didn't know how much our bill was going to be with all the extra time it took, but when we received our bill it was exactly what our estimate was. They did a very nice job and I would recommend them for any plumbing job.

Called Riggle, at the recommendation of a friend, and they set up an appointment promptly. The technician diagnosed the issue real quickly: an electric box, the cheapest kind, was installed touching the hot water pipe in the wall. The noise came from the plastic of the box expanding and generating friction with the drywall and the plastic pipe in the process. Evidently a bad electrician...so I simply bought a fiber glass box, installed it a bit away from the pipe and the noise is gone. I was charged for 1 hr of plumber time by Riggle, which was fair. I highly recommend Riggle.
