Description of Work: Performed a back flow test on our water service as required by the city. The performed the task on time and filed the paper work in the city.

Description of Work: It was almost raining in my garage from the shower above the garage. They were able to come out the next day, it was 2 guys, and they came in and got right to work. They reset a toilet and also did a quick repair on the shower drain. Very professional and friendly, my wife and I were both quite surprised after doing those couple jobs it was a very low bill of $149 and change for somewhere between an hour and an hour and a half.

Description of Work: Replaced 85 gallon water heater that was leaking.

Description of Work: Riggle Plumbing also employs a man (John) who does sheet rock besides plumbing, which is handy if the plumbing job is going to effect walls. Sets a time (not range)they will be coming, and if running late you will get another call with adjusted time. |

Description of Work: I was expecting a higher bill because they had to drill a hole into our bedroom wall to get to the pipe to fix our outside faucet. But it took them only about 1/2 an hour and they charged me what they estimated, and they did a great job. I'm recommending them to my friends.

Description of Work: Replaced a hot water supply valve in my bathroom sink. Came out on short notice and rescued my sink replacement project. Had my house water off until this repair could be made so I really appreciate the quick & professional response.

Description of Work: Came to my house for estimate. He took a long time to look at a couple of plumbing issues. He then wrote a very long winded estimate explaining why estimate was so much. Then offerred a more expensive annual plumbing plan to join. I was very frustrated that my time was wasted with this company. Just wanted an estimate but got a sales presentation instead.

Description of Work: Replaced a leaking exterior frost proof hose bibb. They had to cut into a drywall type wall and installed an access door to make it easier if this happens again. They replaced the faucet with a much better type.

Description of Work: Came to fix outside faucet. Actually didn't fix it because it required cutting through the wall in my newly remodeled kitchen/dinning room. I really didn't want to deal with repairing the wall. He suggested we contact the manufacture of the faucet and see if the sell the part. The repair man left and called about 15 minutes with a name of a local company that sells the part. The follow through was above and beyond.

Description of Work: Replaced a plumbing manifold

Description of Work: Sean installed a tank and ejector pump in my basement to handle my washing machine. Due to unforseen circumstances, changes were made to the original plan that required more time and appointments to remedy. All the appointments were met in a punctual manner. The job ended up requiring more labor and different equipment to complete, but I was only charged the amount provided in the initial bid. Sean was friendly, knowledgeable and committed to solving the problem. He also performed several small tasks that I needed done, which were also not part of the original bid. He fixed an outside faucet that was not working, leveled a drain line that had a sag in it and even cleaned the liquid softener dispenser on my washing machine! He involved me in the process through the entire job. I will definitely call Riggle Plumbing for my residential or commercial plumbing needs in the future.

Description of Work: We highly recommend Riggle. They came to look at a very difficult basement bathtub drain repair, gave a free estimate, called back with another idea for correcting the problem, and always had our best interest in mind. When they did the repair, Chad and Kevin were amazing. Chad works like a tornado-he is so fast, yet does an excellent job, and clean up-a real plus when the clock is ticking! Everyone we talked with in the company, Shaun, Ty, Chad and Kevin, were clean, polite and a pleasure to do business with. They came in under the bid.We are most pleased!
