Description of Work: I had them re-roof my home, it was originally cedar shingles and needed to be redone with asphalt. They showed up when they said they would and completed on time. Work looked good and they cleaned up when complete.

Description of Work: They replaced the full roof on the house. But the most expensive part was a flat roof on an added room that had been roofed by two other roofers and was still leaking. Perfect Circle guarantees there work and will come back out and fix any problems for the lifetime of the roof. They warrantee also has a one time transfer to new owners if we decide to sell, making our home more valuable.

They gave an estimate quickly and started the job when they said they would. I went up to the roof several times during the construction, and they cheerfully showed me what they were doing. Now, I have a roof guaranteed for many years.

Description of Work: Complete Roof Replacement Services were performed on time and for the amount quoted. They came back to do work the next day for a minor issue I would have been happy to let go had I known the issue.  + -1 moreWork started and completed on date as scheduled. Workmen did a very thorough job of cleaning-up yard of all debris created during the reroofing. I was very satisified with professionalism of the installation and the overall appearance of my home.
Description of Work: My old cedar shake roofing was removed and replaced with Owens-Corning Woodmoor shingles. Additinonal roof vents were added as needed to bring my 35-year old roof up to "Code." Perfect Circle's bid package included a list of roofing work performed by themselves. The list included addresses and type of shingles used. This allowed me the opportunity to see various shingles I was considering actually installed, which I found more helpful than simply inspecting samples in showroom. Bid included pricing options for three grades of shingles, e.g., different manufacturers, wind resistance and warranties. Perfect Circle's work includes a lifetime warranty on their installation. If home is sold, then new owner has warranty in-effect for a five-year period.

 + 0 moreVery simple. Call them and talk to John or Denny. Denny usually comes out to price the job and get the estimate worked up. In a couple of days, you get the bid and make your decision. I think its wise to get multiple bids but I don't do that if Perfect Circle can do the work because I trust them. Perhaps if I was going to reroof my entire house and shop, then I would get several bids.
Description of Work: Roof maintenance to fix small leaks. I have also used this company to roof a patio cover I built. They did an excellent job that has exceeded the warrantee period.

 + -1 moreThe morning after the windstorm, we called Perfect Circle fully expecting to have to "get in line" because we assumed there were many homeowners trying to get repairs done. Sure enough, they said they had several jobs to do that day but would get to us as soon as they could. We had called about noon on that day. The next afternoon the job was done. And done very well. We were extremely happy with the professionalism and quality work well done. We will return to this business in the future. We'll be calling them first.
Description of Work: After a nasty wind storm, we had several roof tiles missing. Perfect Circle repaired the missing tiles.

 + -1 moreI contacted Perfect Circle 2 times. I did not recieve return email contact. It's probable that they are technically challenged. My opinion is that if they do not invest in modern forms of communication (like email) I am likely to avoid working with them. If you're an analog user (enjoy hanging on telephones) you may still have success with this company. Good luck.

 + -1 moreThe entire experience was like clockwork. They gave me an estimate with some choices and had samples on display to help me decide on the material. The job was scheduled a couple of weeks in advance and completed as planned in one day. The large crew of about 8 guys was courteous, professional and very hard working. A manager came out after the job was complete to perform an inspection before I was billed for the work.
Description of Work: Removed old shake roof, removed all debris and used tarps to protect shrubs. Installed new composition roof including adding vents and attic ventilation fan. All traces of construction cleaned up at the end of the job. Existing gutters were undamaged and left in place.
