+ -1 moreQuick to provide an estimate on a couple wind damage repairs on a couple different occasions. So-so on the communication, TERRIBLE on the scheduling for execution of repair. The last straw was telling me they would be here at 1000 to fix the damage and then not showing. When I called, repeatedly, apparently it was my issue they are busy. I get it, wind damage gets crazy, but come on, it's your biz. Eventually moved on to a different contractor.

So I called back and the let me know they got pretty busy, but they were going to get to it by the end of the week. Nothing. So I called a third time. They were coming soon. Nothing. Six weeks later I still have water leaking into my house. Time to move onto a new company.

+ -1 moreJohn came out for an estimate for both the house (all of roof) and all of garage roof; We decided it was too much to spend, so we asked about back half of house roof, since front half was done in a previous year. They gave estimates everytime we changed our mind on what we wanted. They gave advice on needed repair that we didn't know about. We decided on the front half of house repair of chimney flashing and one new flapper vent on bathroom vent and then re-shingle the back half of the house. Upon removing old shingles, they found they needed to replace plywood where the leak was around a vent pipe. Workers covered with tarps all areas of yard and shrubs where old shingle pieces may fall, removed all old shingles, replaced plywood where pipe vent was leaking, repaired chimney flashing and bathroom vent flapper and installed new shingles. They made sure all items were done according to L&I. When L&I came out to inspect the repair, it was exactly as it should be. I am very pleased with Perfect Circle and would hire them again without hesitation. Thank you Perfect Circle for doing a great job.

+ 0 moreRemoval of existing Cemwood tiles was very labor intensive due to size of roof and weight. Crew did a great job on installation and cleaned-up thoroughly each day. I used Perfect Circle to replace roof in my previous residence in Richland. I liked dealing with them then and recent went just as well. Estimate included four shingle types, with costs ranging from $24K to $39K.. I opted for Owens-Corning Woodmoor 130MPH composite shingles, which while being most expensive option provided 3D quality I wanted due to thickness of shingles.
Description of Work: Replaced tiled roof on home, which was ~7,400 sq.ft.. and included installation of new vents to meet current Code requirements. Replaced wind damaged roof on garden shed (14'X20'). Replaced four sky lights.

+ -1 moreCould not have asked for better. Perfect Circle replaced the roof shingles on our house back in 2002, they look as good as new. Recently we had a windstorm that ripped the shingles off of our garden shed. Even though my prior experience with Perfect Circle was many years ago I have been so happy with the roof on my house that they were my choice for my shed. Even though Perfect Circle was inundated with shingle problems due to the windstorm they came out the next day to inspect the job and provide an estimate. We were having many rainy days where they could not work but as soon as the weather cleared Perfect Circle arrived to replace the roof shingles. The crew that was sent was courteous, professional, quick but thorough, and the cleanup was excellent. IMHO, you don't have a roof unless it is a Perfect Circle Roof. They get my highest recommendation.

+ -1 moreWe had a leak in our roof that had leaked through our ceiling. We called an "A" rated roofer from this roofer's list for a bid and he didn't sound like his method would work. We had an unsettled feeling about what he proposed. I then called Perfect Circle and we had a really good feeling about what John suggested. He really sounded like he knew what he was talking about. His men came out a week later and it seems like they did an excellent job. It hasn't rained yet but I expect things will be fine now. If not I'll update this rating but I have no doubt that their work will be great. John gave us a drawing of what they did and charged a fair amount. We're happy.

+ -1 moreThe owner showed up the afternoon we called, evaluated and assessed what needed to be done, gave us an estimate and then the workers showed up two days later and completed the project. It rained that very night and no sign of any leaks was found. So far we are very pleased with the response, the time they took to look for future possible problems and their professionalism. We did find the expense was high but are pleased with the rest. Time will tell as winter and spring approach, if this was a successful fix.
Description of Work: Fixed and repaired roof where leak occurred. Also laid down strips and nailed down places where future problems could occur.

+ 0 moreWonderful, wonderful! I recommend this contractor. Very professional and quality work. Garage roof was in horrible shape, but now looks great. They cleaned up after themselves very well. Contractor went to the extra effort to match roof tiles to my house. They even saved me some money by re-sealing the skylight rather than replacing the skylight. I will replace the skylight at a later date and will use this contractor to perform the work. I've recommended Perfect Circle to a friend who already has them scheduled to do some work for her.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. A technician experienced with tile roofing brought two helpers and completed the repair promptly. The channel for rain water was obstructed, causing water to back up and sneak down next to the chimney, causing water damage on the garage ceiling. It's an old tile that would be hard if not impossible to match, so they saved all of the tile that they could, repaired and reinforced the channel, ensuring that water would flow easily off of the roof. They cleaned everything up on the roof and below before leaving. There aren't many people locally who know how to repair tile roofs, so I was lucky to find Perfect Circle Construction. They were prompt and courteous and I believe the charges were fair.
Description of Work: Repaired a leaking clay tile roof, near the chimney.

+ -1 morePerfect Circle is owned by a long time son of my parents friends. I couldn't go anywhere else, mom insisted, and at 89 yrs. young,I listen to her..lol.. Perfect Circle gave me a great quote and I hired them to redo the roof on my 1940 prefab home. The first day they ran into a snag and let me know immediately what I had to have them do to fix the problem. They were very professional, did the job quickly and didn't have any more snags. My roof looks absolutely great and have been complimented many times. They only thing negative was that a new worker that they had just hired broke a bistro chair and made it look like nothing was wrong. I called Perfect Circle and they were very apologetic, offered to fix or replace it ..and talked with the worker..I was satisfied with the way they handled the situation.

+ -1 moreI originally called them because I had heard quite a few good comments about them and they had done the roof on my Dad's house which he was very happy with. I am not happy. Maybe they do a good job most of the time but apparently when they do a bad job they don't want to stand behind their work. I will definitely not be calling them to replace mine.
Description of Work: I was having trouble with my shake roof leaking with the spring rain. The outside walls of the house were getting wet under the eaves. They came right out - very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They were very optimistic about a 'roof repair' that would 'buy me some time,' probably 'a few years' before I would have to think about replacing the roof, as overall, it was not in bad shape. They did the work in a very timely manner and of course I was fine during the remainder of the summer when there wasn't any rain. Sadly, this last fall, there was rain and most of the places my outside walls were getting wet were, again, wet. This time it was worse. I made a call to them in December and spoke with the same guy who had come out and told him the fix hadn't bought me any time at all, he was going to get back to me with an email and a call. Two weeks later I called again as I hadn't heard anything. I left a message on their voice mail. Two more weeks went by and I called again as I had heard nothing back. I spoke with a very nice gal in the office who said that either she, or the original guy I had spoken with would get back to me. Two more weeks passed and I made another call, leaving another voice mail message. So here it is February and I have heard nothing from the company who "fixed" my roof and took my $525.

+ -1 moreacceptedWe had a severe windstorm the night of Sunday,16 December 2012 (top gust - 83 mph; top sustained winds - 48 mph). Monday afternoon I called Perfect Circle and left a message on their telephone answering machine (I would guess they were being swamped with calls.) On 26 December 2012, I called again since they had not returned my previous call. I got a live person that time and he took my info and promised an estimate. On Friday, I got a call with the estimate, which I accepted and was told the crew would be out 'tomorrow', Saturday, or perhaps on Monday. They were no shows on Saturday and Monday, with no contact. On Wednesday morning, the crew showed up and made the repair in about 30 minutes. They were polite, professional and did a good job.
Description of Work: Replace three shingles that were blown off during a severe windstorm.

+ -1 moreI called Perfect Circle right after a wind storm and requested an inspection and repair (if needed). The wind storm was on Sunday night, and when I called on Monday at 10AM, they told me that they would like be out that day. After repeated phone calls and several broken promises to come out to the house, my wife saw their truck in our neighborhood on Friday where they were inspecting other homes in the neighborhood. She flagged them down and was told that we were "not on their list" but to call the office. No one is answering at the office, so now we are looking for another contractor and have lost five days trying to work with Perfect Circle.
Description of Work: I attempted to have my roof inspected and repaired after a severe wind storm.
