Ryan arrived on time, was courteous and explained everything and very efficient. He gave us very helpful information.

When I called for a repair to my fridge that was 60 degrees inside they said fridges have high priority due to high cost of food loss. They scheduled me immediately. They called when they were close to arriving and arrived right on time. He immediately diagnosed the problem, told me the estimated cost, and said he had the necessary part in the truck. Everyone was extremely professional and really nice. Their policy of wearing shoe protectors is great, and everything was completely cleaned up when the job was done.

Since he did not repair the machine, he charged me $75 for the service call. This charge would have been waived if he had repaired the machine. I appreciate his honesty, but $75 was the most expensive service call of all the people I contacted. I went with Mr. Appliance simply because he was on Angie's List. I probably won't do that again because I have sense had contact with other appliance repair who have lower service call charges.

We are very happy with Mr. Appliances services and would call him again.

My 6 year old side-by-side Maytag refrigerator/freezer essentially stopped cooling the compartments. The freezer was completely warm, and the refrigerator was really cold at the bottom (where the crispers are), while the rest of the refrigerator compartment wasn't being cooled at all - the temperature at the top of the fridge was 55 F. I called Mr Appliance at 7:30 a.m. on Monday morning and spoke to Ryan. He set up an appointment from 11-2 p.m., but at 9:30 he called to say he could come over earlier. By 10:00 a.m. he was in my kitchen investigating the problem; by 11:00 a.m. he was finished, no mess, and the system was back to running. I asked him how he managed to come out so quickly and he explained that refrigerator/freezer problems were prioritized due to possible food loss, which can be quite expensive. Ryan was professional, on task, willing to answer my many questions about how the refrigerator works, and very responsive. I would recommend Mr Appliance to anyone in need of quality repair work.

He told us he could install a new belt, but it was also leaking transmission fluid, making a repair cost as much as a new washer. In other words, our washer was toast! We asked for and he gave advice about what types of washers are best and worst. He was very nice, and we won't hesitate to use him if another one of our appliances goes on the fritz.

I would highly recommend Mr Appliance - will definitely call again if I need any repair and will be sure to recommend him to my friends. He gave me some advice on purchasing a new range. Was professional and personable.

I found Mr. Appliance on Angie's list. Called Ryan I him told what I thought was wrong. He told me he could get the part for a reason able price. I asked him if he could install it and he said it would be no problem. I set up an appointment. He gave me a time range when he could be there. He called approximately 15 minutes in advance to let me know he was on his way. He replaced the part. In doing so he discovered we had blown fuse in the the dryer and replaced that at a fair price. Great service at a fair price. Thanks Ryan!

I had attempted to change the door direction on my dryer (harder than it looks:) and was unable to reassemble. They scheduled a time frame and confirmed that when they would arrive with a 15 min. call. Although my situation was unique, Ryan knew who to call to ask about my specific model and it was resolved. Ryan was personable, considerate of my time and property.

I was VERY impressed with the customer service, quality of work and professionalism Mr. Appliance demonstrated. I would recommend them over any other company! I know that in the future i will use them again and will be thrilled to do so.

I called Mr. Appliance and left a message on Sunday, after seeing our refridgerator/freezer had quit working sometime early Sunday morning. He returned my call first thing Monday morning. I was at work, and arranged to meet him at my home at noon. He arrived punctually at noon. He actually put on paper shoe covers to keep our floor clean! That was a first. He quickly determined that the refridgerator had frozen its last T-Bone. Although it was disappointing to learn I had to buy a new fridge, he was honest and did not try to perform additional services on a lost cause. The price was probably fair, but I gave the price a "good" rating only because it seemed a little high for a 10 minute evaluation. I was completely satisfied, though, and would hire him again without a moment's hesitation,

Ryan is great ! We have used him before for our dryer (a quick wire change) and were pleased to see him again regarding the washer. He was here within about 24 hours, friendly as usual, and very professional. Unfortunately, he was not able to repair the washer transmission for a reasonable price (compared to new models), but he was great in guiding us to purchase a higher quality one this time around. He is very professional and tries to be unbiased towards companies, and look at the individual model. We will use him in the future for ALL appliance needs. J

I was surprised at the amount of time and work the replacement on my dishwasher door hing took and felt bad for Ryan, but he was so nice about it and joked about the time it took. He also worked on my refrigerator the same day and that didn't take him long and the repair was "cake walk" compared to the hing replacement. When Ryan came to work on the stove, he was surprised to see an electrical spark on the glass top. It took him no time to find the problem and solve it. I like that he told me he hadn't seen this problem before but was confident he could fix it. Which he did! When he came to fix my clothes washer, I was expecting a major repair bill. It took Ryan about 20 minutes to go over troubleshooting to make sure all was in working order before telling me the only problem was overloading the washer with clothes, which became unbalanced and has an auto shut off, which I had no idea off. He was very kind about it and I didn't feel bad about such an obvious thing. He showed me where the switch is and advised about the size of load and type of laundry soap to use on my model. Whew, what a relief it was to see the small cost of my "repair". I will always call Ryan for any problem with any appliances. I tell other home owners about him and express my trust in his service and honesty. I will always welcome Ryan into my home , I'm very comfortable with him.

The response was quick and kind. A repair person was at our door in a reasonable time frame and within the hours they specified. They diagnosed and repaired an electrical part of the refrigerator that was malfunctioning. They explained the repair and cost, had the part on hand (it was not a standard part), and repaired it quickly. They diagnosed the garbage disposal and determined it was leaking internally and did not charge any extra. The whole visit was proffesional, quick, complete, and reasonably priced. Very trustworthy. We will be calling them again when we have this kind of need.

Ryan was on time, friendly, and willing to check all the angles. The dratted washer did not leak at all, even though we did a load and ran it through several other checks. As he was putting everything back together, Ryan noticed the machine was very much off level, which could have caused the problem. He leveled it, and said if it leaked again any time in the next week, to leave it as it was and call. He would come out ASAP and check it out without another service charge. You don't get this kind of customer service from the "big box stores" like Sears, Lowe's, Best Buy, etc.. Thanks, Ryan!
