Description of Work: Came to look at a noise the washer was making when it agitated. The washer is 10 years old and I wanted to know if it was time to replace or repair. Turned out to repair would be close to what a new washer would cost,and that there were a couple things that could be done to help make the sound go away.I wanted to make sure the things that were wrong would not cause leaks, it was confined it would not. I went with the simple fix and will wait out the life of this 10 year old machine. |There was no pressure to do more than I wanted done. I would use again and tell my friends.

Description of Work: Did an on-the-spot repair of my washer and evaluated my combination microwave/wall oven. Ordered parts and returned to replace the control board, convection fan, and door switch on my wall oven. Great diagnosis, very professional service, and very responsive in scheduling service.
