Description of Work: It went great. Karen extracted a huge yellow jacket nest from under my porch by pulling out the first step and then spraying. She slid the step back in place and there was no damage to my porch. And the yellow jackets are gone.

Description of Work: We had a wasp nest outside a bedroom window that was beyond our ability to treat. They came out, took a look, and made plans to return based on the size of the nest. It took almost a week for the wasps to stop coming and going, but that was because there were so many.

Description of Work: Did whole house assessment for pests--we had a yellow jacket nest needing to be removed and the tech checked for ants, spiders etc. He did a thorough inspection before treatment. We were very satisfied and have agreed to a regular maintenance visit throughout the year.

Description of Work: The lady showed up to exterminate the ants coming out of the sockets, who had clearly made a nest in the wall. She went under the sink, where there is no access to the walls, sprayed once (ONCE!), and said to leave for 4 hours. That was it. | |Not surprisingly, absolutely nothing happened (because she didn't even spray anywhere near where the problem was). | |Ants kept coming out, so I ended up using over-the-counter spray for the next week, and then the problem finally resolved itself. | |I wish I had done that in the first place instead of calling United. Extremely disappointed.

Description of Work: They were suppose to find out where the critters in my attic where entering and place traps there, then remove traps and critters. I liked the young lady that came out, she was very knowledgeable. Whenever I would point out what more the package said was included she would say "oh, that is included in package C." or something like that, even tho it didn't say that in writing. I think this is called "false advertising". She did find where the critters were coming in and pointed it out to me, so because of that I only want $100 of my money returned. Description of Work: The provider came and looked at 2 areas of concern. Happily, the insects I had were NOT a major destructive type. He took care of these 2 problem spots and checked the perimeter of my home as well. He discovered and removed a small wasp's nest that I was unaware of. He was very friendly, efficient, reassuring, thorough and helpful. I would certainl use this company again.
