Description of Work: They were prompt, professional, explained everything they were doing, and made dates for their two returns (included in the price). The problem is eradicated and we are very pleased with their service.

We really like their responsiveness and the time that they take to explain things we can do to avoid encouraging insects. I am not sure about prices, but it feels a bit expensive...good job though.

Description of Work: Perimeter spray of the foundation of the house. Everything went well. The only reason for a couple of "B" ratings is that it is too soon to tell if the spray was effective. It may be months before we know if it worked.

Description of Work: They sprayed internally and externally for these tiny little bugs in the kitchen and everywhere. In a couple of days they were gone. They looked like tiny ants; I don't now the name. They said they should be sprayed every two months. Anyway, I was pleased with their work.

Description of Work: decided to go with another angie's list provider, wayne's pest control as he returned my message after i had the appt with united. i felt wayne was very educated and scheduled him instead. united was personable on the phone but my 1st call to them was more of a sales pitch for different services then what i called for

Description of Work: Bought an Angie's List spider deal. confirmation email said that the company would contact me and I indicated the times that worked best. No one contacted me. I had to contact the company twice to get someone who would schedule a time. Once scheduled, the tech arrived on time and did a great job. However, 2 weeks later, spiders were even worse throughout the house and garage. Maybe a more thorough inspection by the technician and choices about where to spray would have been helpful? I liked the tech, but the results weren't really great.

Description of Work: We use United for quarterly treatments outside our house. They have always been a pleasure to work with, and make recommendations such as trimming back branches to reduce pest access to the house.
