Description of Work: Although the initial response time was a bit slow, everything from then on was perfect. The dude arrived right on time, seemed to be thorough and was very professional. Time will tell as to whether the spider treatment was effective. Based on professionalism and punctuality, I will use again...unless I see spiders again anytime soon.

Description of Work: They exterminated spiders in and around the house...though the spiders are still clear and present. The technician told me to call back after two weeks if there were still spiders. When I called back, the manager told me that it wasn't part of the service that I had paid for. | |Less it to say, it was a huge waste of time and money.

Description of Work: The service itself was fine but he didn't call to report like he said he would and he didn't send the paperwork or leave it with my tenant. It wasn't clear when he would go back for a second treatment.

Description of Work: Treated the unit for bedbugs. They used chemical treatment. We requested a follow-up treatment which they performed without question. Ben is a great guy. He was interested in us and our comfort and satisfaction. He arrived when he said he would and did what he said he would do. We like him.

Description of Work: They inspected my attic for rodents (!!) and sealed it and recommended another provider for clean up. They were great to work with!

Description of Work: I have been assigned a lovely woman who is conscientious, knowledgeable and keep the pest situation under excellent control. Coverage is greater and cost is less than the last company I had. I'm very happy with the move to United Pest Control and definitely would recommend them.

Description of Work: We had an issue with rats after a construction job in our neighborhood. United Pest Solutions came out to inspect and set traps. They were excellent and being helpful and creating a plan to reduce the population significantly. We are on a subscription plan with them and they come quarterly to reset the traps, brush down the spiderwebs, and help with managing any other insects that are bothersome. Very reasonably priced and super responsive. Love them.

Description of Work: The technician was professional and very polite. We appreciated the fact that before he left the house he made sure to turn off all lights and locked all entrances.
