We found the siding and support beam at the northeast corner of the house were full of holes; we found we had moisture ants. We made an appointment for Monday, and Ben arrived promptly. He performed the work and told us what to expect over the next few weeks.

Ben came out and sprayed a solution that would prevent pavement ants from coming into our home.

When someone has a pest-control problem, especially one involving aggressive and dangerous insects, you can be pretty sure that it's an urgent problem. I certainly understand that in a small business, someone can't always be available to answer the phone during business hours. But there should be some mechanism in place to see that messages left during business hours, particularly urgent ones, are returned within a few hours. When I did not get a call back from United within two hours of leaving a message, I called another highly rated company. This company was very responsive, came the next day, and took care of the problem quickly and professionally.

Great Job! Kevin was on time, polite, and very helpful. I'd hire them for other jobs in half a second!

Initially, I was scheduled for treatment for carpenter ants using both the injection and spraying method. Kevin determined that both were not necessary and did the perimeter spray only. He was punctual and professional, and although he told me it might take several weeks before the ants were actually gone, they disappeared overnight and I have not seen any since. PS. As injections were originally going to be done as well, Kevin told me that all bushes close to the house needed to be trimmed back, which I did. Turned out this wasn't necessary as the injections weren't done. However, it was a good thing to do, so thank you, Kevin.

I called them twice, and both times received a voice mail. I left pertinent information and detailed the reason for my urgency. I placed a second call to back up the first when I never heard back from them for one full day. They never responded so I used another Angie's List contractor who came out only a few hours after I called!

This was an excellent company to work with. David responded when he said he would, and he was efficient and friendly. He showed me what he found (or in this case, didn't find) in the fan and didn't make me feel at all stupid for having thought it was an infestation. He showed me how to look for bees and wasps entering my house and gave me some information about ants when I asked about them. I felt like my $50 was well-spent for the peace of mind I now have. I hope I never to need pest control services again, but if I do, this is the company I will call.

Despite a minor scheduling snafu, I highly recommend UPS. Dan Huie took care of us and he was really great -- very professional, clean and conscientious about our home. His evaluation seemed very thorough and the pricing, to us, seemed reasonable. We hope this is the last of our pest control problems, but if not, we'll definitely use them again.

They kept all appointments and were very professional. I had 4 companies give me estimates for the work, they were the only company able to identify how the rats were getting in. Prices were reasonable.

Sean was prompt very professional, he came to the appointment with a folder outlining the company policies and problems covered. He took care of the problem, which I had explained to him on the phone, and I have not had any more trouble with birds.

Kevin showed up on time. He listened to what had to say, examined the area and then told us what our options were and how the chemical worked. We had the exterior of the house sprayed.

THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. HE IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM, SURVEYED THE AREA FOR THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM AND GAVE US AN ACCURATE, RELIABLE BID. HE INFORMED US OF THE TREATMENT AND THAT IT INCLUDED FOLLOW-UP UNTIL THE ANTS WERE NO LONGER A PROBLEM. AFTER TWO TREATMENTS WE HAD NO FURTHER PROBLEMS.
