We've been using them for several years now. We have quarterly service. We had gotten a referral from friends and they did a fine job so we stuck with them.

The work was carried out over a period of days. They did not have all the material, that was needed to perform the re-insulation of the pipes in the crawl space. They were suppose to come back and check traps, but did not. On removal of old insulation, they did not protect carpet or interior spaces from contamination. Took a few days for them to come back, after they said they would be returning that day to finish

We originally hired United Pest for rat abatement, and then went on a quarterly service contract for inspecting our property for further problems, refilling rat bait stations, and treating for other pests as needed (examples = spraying the exterior of the house for spiders, inspecting for additional signs of rat problems, etc.) The original problem was rats burrowing under our back yard deck area, which we resolved with a combination of backfilling the burrows and establishing bait stations around the yard. UPS did great at scheduling each quarterly service appointment, usually while we were at work, and most of their staff has been friendly, especially the technicians when we had occasion to meet them at our home. Unfortunately, they started missing things during their quarterly inspections. It's not much value if I have to do the inspections myself, and that's what I started having to do because I found the following problems shortly after their visits in 2014: New rat burrows under our deck (twice) Wasp nest in one of our shrubs Unfilled bait stations immediately after a service call In all fairness, when I called their office to notify them of these or other problems, the receptionist and scheduler were always friendly and sent someone out to correct the problems, but when I escalated to their Service Manager, Rick, about this and one other major rat issue where one tech gave different advice than a more experienced tech, he made commitments that he ultimately didn't fulfill. Rather than working to save our business as long-standing quarterly clients by making an adjustment to our bill for the wasted time and incorrect advice, Rick seemed more interested in making excuses. Bottom line, if you can point them to a specific problem that requires a solution, United Pest can probably due a good job for you. But if you want regular inspections where you trust them to find your problems consistently and with high quality, or if you expect a customer service organization that follows up with you and keeps commitments when something unusual goes awry, I'd suggest working with a different firm.

Andy arrived on time, and performed the service as requested without any up sell. No more ants for the rest of the summer and fall.

They were careful and clear about how we had to get the animals and people away and for how long. Ulises was very good with advice on how to keep the prevention work working for us, to keep the ants from coming back.

They're pretty good. I didn't have to be here and just the fact that they called was really good. They got all the ants gone and their service is guaranteed. Some of them would sign me up for a monthly visit. They're very nice and I trust them. He was here on time. He was very punctual. They were top notch.

My son's house was overrun by spiders so we purchased a deal for exterior pest treatment. When the techs arrived they told my son he had to leave while they applied the treatment, so we have no way of knowing what was actually done or if they were professional or careful in their work. There were still live spiders running around the next day, but overall there seems to be less of a problem.

It was fine. It was just the $119. I don't remember one way or the other that it was good or bad.

The service went okay. They did an inspection and found nothing to be concerned about. I had asked for them to send me a report and suggestions after the service but I never received that. One technician came out and completed the job in about 20 minutes. He was very nice and polite. He did not really give me a solution for the spider issue I have, however. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They also service our traps and check all the crawl spaces. The workers that come out we have no complaint with. They are usually always prompt. I would recommend them to a friend.

While it was a minor pain to remove everyone from the house (including the cats) for 4 hours it was well worth it. The technician was very friendly and professional and arrived on time. After taking some time to talk to me and explain what she would do, we headed out and she performed the service, locking up afterward. We have hardly seen a spider all fall/winter (both inside and outside) and the previous fall/winter we had seen many spiders both inside and outside. Being that I am terrified of spiders, this made a huge difference. My main fear was of the giant house spiders (an apt name) we had found multiple times in the house, but fortunately I have found any of these since the house was service. I plan to have them perform the same service next fall too!

The job they did went beautifully. The ants were eliminated almost completely with just one treatment. They came back for a second spray and that was that. The professional staff on a quarterly basis and spray on the exterior of our foundation. The spray is not toxic for humans or animals after the first spray solution which is one that the home owners and animals need to be away for half a day. It was not as inconvenient as you might suspect. We were able to patch many of the critter openings during a kitchen remodel, but with the winter weather and the spraying, the ants have gone elsewhere. May they live in peace. Great job.

I was unable to be here but the technician went ahead and did an external pest treatment and I was fine with that. I will call them to do my interior when the spring come.

It went fine. The only reason I gave them a C rating was because shortly after they sprayed noticed I had ants, too. I called to inquire about the pesticide working for ants along with spiders and they said no. When I then asked how much for them to come back it was a very high price and they said they would have to come back several times for the ants. Maybe most pest companies do this, but not the one i've used in the past - Eagle Pest Control.
