I hired an electrician to run some wiring in our crawlspace and found signs of mice and or rats. As I was down there checking it out my flashlight was looking a rat square in the eyes like a deer in headlights. I thought now would be a good time to call in the experts. They sent Keith, who was very thorough and efficient. He was able to set some traps that have already caught 1 curious critter !!

They were very honest about what they were going to do. They did not try to sign me up for extra work. We just bought the house and had a flea problem. They suggested that we use their services to handle that. They did not put any pressure on us. Then they came back to follow up. They were very easy to schedule. The price was fair.

They were great and very responsive. The person who came out was very friendly and answered many questions.

They were great and they took care of the problem very quickly. For the results that they got, I felt very good about the price.

The person performing the work was pleasant, but I wasn't overly impressed with the sealing work that was done. There wasn't much of an effort to make the sealing inconspicuous, with a lot of expanding foam sealant, wire mesh clearly visible from the outside, and one opening patched with something that looks like drywall. I would be fine with this if I felt like we were getting what we paid for, but to pay over $500 for at most 2 hours of work seems like a little much. There were also a few holes in the siding leading into the attic that he didn't patch, and when I asked him about it he said an animal could fit through, but it would be difficult for them to gain access since it was on a vertical part of the wall. This may be true, but I still felt that for what we were paying he should have patched everything, not just the most probably entry points.

I have been using them for a couple of years now. They are good and I don't have any problems with them.

Unbelievably well! The technician, Wayne, was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Everything was explained and we were shown all the areas where work was recommended and were told why the work should be accomplished. We've never felt more confident about our choice of companies than with United Pest Solutions.

Couldn't have gone better. Both of the technicians I met with were very easy to work with and did a thorough job.

They were very great. They charged $185 for the first time and $95 to come back and remove it. I choose them because they had good ratings on Angies List. I wasn?t there when they removed it but they said it was pretty enormous and it was inactive. The price was a little high.

The experience from start to finish was excellent. Phil the technician even came earlier than appointed but called before to make sure we were available. He took care of the situation quickly and even educated me on the habits and nature of yellow jackets. A week later we again called United for another nest which we believed to be yellow jackets in the gutter of the house. Again, Phil came out, inspected, and determined it was a small nest of paper wasps. We were informed the wasps were not aggressive and Phil advised no action be taken. This was all done without charge. I am very satisfied with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

He did the work quickly and efficiently. Treated 2 nests and did a good job. He knew what he was doing. The price seemed higher for a smaller job in this case, I did get an Angie's List discount of $25.00.

We no longer have any pest problems.

They had a coupon that I was able to use, through Angie's List. They came when they said they would and were very professional. It was just what I expected. They told me to call if I had any problems. They gave me a folder with the customer care agreement and receipt when finished. I would call them again.

My experience with them was fine and I was satisfied. The person was right on time and he did the job with minimal supervision, which I liked as I had other things to do. He was clear about the materials that he was using. We have a vegetable garden near the place that he was working and a cat who does not go outside, but he told that the concerns that I might have about that. He was pretty thorough and did everything that he needed to do.

I contacted Puget Sound Energy, through ECOS, & they sent United Pest Solutions to evaluate my need of attic insulation. I had purchased my condo 4 yrs. ago and didn't know if the insulation was adequate. Phil was prompt, polite, and suggested I contact my Hm.OwnersAssoc. for regulations regarding attic insulation. He found my attic and storage room beneath my condo to be wel-insulated already. No charge.

They are very effective. They are also very friendly, courteous, and prompt. In the past we had a wasp problem that we tried to get rid of ourselves, unsuccessfully. They came and it worked.

I had what I thought were infestations of carpenter ants on an outside shed and wooden planter. I also found a couple of ants in the house that I suspected. I called United and they came within week. The tech checked the outside and inside (including crawl space) and did a perimeter spray. He determined that they were not carpenter ants, but rather moisture ants, and not a problem. When he did the crawl space inspection, he found an infestation of Norway rats that had tunneled under the foundation and were nesting in the crawl space. So glad he checked! He told me exactly what to do to get rid of them. He also said someone would be back in two weeks for a follow-up inspection.

I have been using them for 20 years and they are great. They are very responsive and reasonable. I like them because they are not a franchise but an independent company. They are phenomenal overall.

They were right on time. They came in and assessed the area. They told us all about the pesticides they were going to use. They told us that their work was guaranteed, and if we had any returning pests we could call them and they would come back out. It only took them about 15 minutes to knock the nest down and spray. They were the best bid that we got, and they were rated very well on Angies List.

I called when I found an occasional purring/virbrating/crackling noise above our bedroom window was not the blinds, as I had thought, but an insect infestation. I wasn't sure if they were honeybees or wasps, and the receptionist put a message in for an entomologist on staff to call me. I was worried that if it was bees the wall would need to be opened extensively for the hive to be cleaned out (pest services usually don't do this, it would be drywall/contractor, and it's not covered by homeowner's insurance) Meanwhile, Phil was scheduled to come out between 2 and 4, he called with a cancellation and was able to come earlier at 11:45. He was very knowledgeable and identified the insects as yellow jackets. He found the heart of the nest (where the sheet rock had been eaten away, leaving a soft spot in the ceiling), reinforced it and sprayed in a chemical to kill them. He advised me to call back in a week if I still heard activity, and that the treatment was guaranteed until the end of the year. He also took a look around the exterior of the house to see if there were any other issues. He did not sell or push additional services.

Their price is competitive and I like them. I would use them in future and would recommend them to anyone.

They always call ahead and show up on the day they commit to. The are courteous, very thorough and professional. It is so nice to do business with a company that knows how to treat their customers. No wonder they are #1 on the list. I highly recommend!

I live by a greenbelt and it seems to be a spa for rodents. When it gets cold, they move to the next spa--my attic. United Pest Solutions has been terrific to work with to put a stop to the problem. In the beginning, they set traps in my attic and bait stations in my yard. They have the best employees who are always pleasant while do the unpleasant task of emptying the traps. I am on a quarterly schedule with just bait stations in my yard now. They always call to tell me when they are coming and they always show up as scheduled. Their customer service is tops.

Professional service--arrived when promised and took care of the problem in 10 minutes. My only complaint is that the price was high.
