Service was great. Ulises was the person who did the work and follow-up. He was terrific. Explained all work that he was going to do, then explained and showed us the work that was completed. He was very professional, efficient, and understanding. No rat problems now. And, the exclusion work turned out great. It was so nice not to have to hire another contractor and the work he did was very good. Would definitely hire them again. In fact, signed up for the yearly mainenance.

We like them a lot. They are really good. We have a contract with them and we think it is $250 a year. The guy that we deal with is Ryan. He is our only guy no matter what our problem is. We can go to him because he is our dedicated exterminator, so he knows the past issues and knows what has been done and how to fix it. He is very professional and nice. We would continue to use them in the future.

We started this service on a Big Deal offer. We converted over to an ongoing maintenance contract. They are very responsive, personable, and respectful of our privacy and property. The original problem (silverfish) is not totally eliminated, but it is very well contained. Like night and day from before. We also have many fewer spider problems.

Kris from United Pest Solutions was exceptionally professional from start to finish. he used extreme care in the house and wore protective gear. He gave an excellent explanation of problem and treatment.

Carpenter ants were discovered in 2011. United Pest Solutions was called, an appointment was set up. The technician thoroughly explained what chemicals would be used to eradicate the ants, and he answered every question patiently (and I had a lot of them!). In the house, as well as outside, there was evidence of the ants. Soon after the initial chemical application, evidence indicated the ants were dying. About 2.5 months later the technician came to the house again and found everything that had been done to eradicate the ants was continuing to work. I am most pleased with the company's attitude of wanting to please and aiming for total confidence on my part.

They always informed me if there was a problem. I never had any issues with billing and they had great communication.

I found them to be excellent and their prices are competitive. The local guy is very thorough, pleasant, and professional. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

I had called because I had a really bad oderous/sugar ant problem. They had taken up residence in my computer equipment (modem) and I was completely stressed! I called United and they responded very quickly! I was completely impressed and would, and will use, again. And, I have already passed on their information to some friends and neighbors having the same issues. They were prompt, professional and completely understood the anxiety this situation was causing me. It went very well, I'm happy and so were my tenants. First I called a few companies around shopping for a better deal. They were all closely priced. I chose UP Solutions because they did not try to sell something I did not need. They took time to explain what I need and how they are going to accomplish that. The technician showed up on time, was very polite and neat and was very carfull with the property of my tenants. I like the most is it has been a couple of month now and no roaches. I will refer them to my friends.

They are very good. he is a very personable fellow and he goes around a checks to make sure there are no bugs. I would recommend them to everyone.

We hadn't used them and we got them off Angie's List. He found 4-5 entry points that the rat might have got into our house. He put down traps and a day later the rat was caught. And he ended up plugging the holes when he came out a next week.

I found them on Angie’s List. They had a lot of reviews on Angie’s List. I have been using them for two years. I spend $120 for a visit. It took three visits to exterminate the rats and insects. They succeeded to find the holes underneath the house. They were always on time and they were responsive. I will use them again in the future.

Called for the free estimate that is advertised not only on Angie's List but on their website as well. The free estimate is only over the phone, they don't actually come out take a look and tell you what it will cost to do the job. I was told it would cost them to much money to do that. Ok, so now it has cost them any money they might have made if I had hired them. Spoke with Adam at 10:45 am today. This company really doesn't do what they advertise they will do, I called because of the high ratings but was sure disappointed with the results. Moving on now to a different company.

United Pest Solutions Inc We had called United Pest Solutions Inc, and five or six other companies to see how much an inspection would cost. United Pest Solutions, was the most professional company when we spoke to them, and they were the most responsive in getting back to us. They set up an appointment very quickly for a day and a half later, cause it was holding up construction we were having done on our house. The appointment was set for 10:00 am in the morning and at 10:01 he was standing at my door saying "Hi, I'm here, tell me what you need me to see". He did an extremely thorough inspection and had walked me through it with him. He had inspected much more than I had expected, he inspected the entire foundation of the house not just the area infected by the construction. Then he wrote up the paperwork while he was here on site, handed it to me then went on his way. We plan to use him again.

When it got really cold earlier this month, the neighborhood rats decided my attic was was going to be their spa resort. I was eating dinner one night when I heard chewing in the ceiling above me. I had the same problem a few years ago. Apparently they love the heat put off by the can lights in the kitchen ceiling. I have bait boxes in my yard that United Pest services quarterly ($105 per QR) but every few years a rat or two will decide to come indoors. The overhead chewing freaks me out so I called United first thing the next morning. Their technician came out that day, set traps, went all around the exterior to examine any areas where the rodents might be getting in. He discovered there was about a foot long section on a hard to reach corner of my roof that didn't have flashing. That was exactly the spot where I heard chewing. The tech took a picture on his phone of the section without flashing. He told me that I needed to cut back the foliage all around the house but particularly the bamboo where the flashing was missing because it was impossible to set up a ladder to get up to fix it. That night when I went to bed, I could hear chewing above my bedroom. The next morning I called United and they had the technician call me back to 'talk me off the ledge' as this was creeping me out. He was reassuring that the problem was resolving and it shouldn't last too many more days. Later that day, my cat had something cornered behind the washer in the basement. I called United and they sent a technician out right away. He found the rodent but then it disappeared. He set traps in the basement. I had the foliage cut back in the next few days. United came back, fixed the flashing and checked the traps. Nothing was ever caught in the traps but I have not heard any sounds or found any droppings so it seems to me the problem is gone. I appreciate United's quick response and their expertise. I also love that they are so patient and understanding when I am heading towards rodent hysterics! All of the United employees I've worked with have been professional and extremely pleasant in an unpleasant situation. Over the years, I've recommended United Pest Solutions to my employer when we were having odorous ant problems and also to a friend who was having a major rodent problems. I think they are the best.

They come out on a quarterly basis. The water ants are almost impossible to get rid of. We spend about $150 per quarter. They are very professional. First, they call us to make the appointment. Later, they come out and do the job. They were very upfront with us about the ants from the beginning. They had informed us that it was very difficult to control the water ants. They have been really good. They treat the outside peripheral of the house. Most of the times, they have controlled the problem. The ants still show up, though. The problem is not as bad as before, but they show up when it is time for the next treatment. These guys are really good. They know their stuff. They are very careful about the way they treat for the ants. So, they do not just move the ants from area to area. We have been using them for over a year now and we have been very happy with them. We will continue to use them in the future.

Number of ants seen much reduced after initial visit, but not gone. Full elimination (zero emerging) took 4 visits over 2 full months. I had to call and request the additional visits. Each time, Ben returned on request, no complaint no extra charge, till the buggers were gone. Seen no more last 3 weeks. Considering the 4 visits the price was OK. Yes, I would use again (but hope never to have to).

Since I had noticed signs of rodents in the house, I called United Pest Solutions. Ulises came out and did a thorough inspection of the house, attic, garage and property. He sprayed for ants, set traps and made recommendations to have the garage door seals replaced and trees close to the roof cut back to deny rodent access to the attic. When the traps were full he came back and removed the rodents. I have signed up for a quarterly inspection service from the company.

We received an estimate over the phone. When Ryan came out, he performed a very thorough inspection of the house. He was very friendly and knowledgable. In fact, as he told us about how moisture ants work to invade a home, it made me realize I had seen them doing just what he was saying on another side of the house. He treated the home completely and even came back a week later for a follow up check and retreated in a few spots. No other company has been so thorough and friendly. We would definitely recommend them.

They are extremely timely, and punctual. Kris comes when we schedule him to come, and he is always here on time (often early). UPC always calls to let us know when we are due for our service, and they leave a bill on the door with a report on bait station feeding and overall state of the exterior of the house with regards to pests. They are excellent.

Wayne was our technician from United Pest Solutions. He arrived on time after calling me to give me an update on his arrival time, and was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He made me feel like he really cared about my situation and I was comfortable with him from the start which is very important to me. He explained the process of removal to me and answered all my questions around safety with the chemicals. He then put on his bee suit and sprayed white powder up into the many different openings. He then sprayed liquid all over the outside of the wall as a double precaution. The bees were gone the same night and I have not seen them since. Wayne did a perimeter check of my home before leaving as well. I am very happy that I called United Pest Solutions and I will use them if needed in the future.

The work went well. I was happy with them. They were very good.
