of the home This company is great! They came to spray the outside of my house and set traps up to protect our house. We currently had no rodent or pest infestations. We just purchased a home that had been vacant for sometime though. Miguel came out and sprayed the exterior of our house and advised us to wait for the interior until everything in the home had been cleaned. He also at that time found some spaces in the foundation that were open for rodents to get in. He is coming to close them up and spray the inside next week. These guys are honest. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They originally came out without a big enough ladder but rescheduled and it went fine. The bees did not go away by the day after but did eventually die out. I don't know if it was the Season change or the extermination. They did have to come back out as there were some bees coming in 2 and 3 weeks later. Finally died out. They do offer the 6 month warranty which is great. They were getting in my house so I would ask them to use something stronger or more next time.

Since then I have been free of rats for the first time in 4 years! I am now on the quarterly program. I would highly reccomend United Pest Solution

It went extremely well. I got the information I needed to stop the invasion of rodents. At the recommendation of the inspector, I immediately called and scheduled to have my roof replaced and all possible holes filled to make sure that the roof rats could not get in. I gave all the above information to the roofer who attended to all the recommendations of United Pest Solutions. The problem was solved and there has been no recurrence since that time.

Followup is still in progress, and I will go with the quarterly program which is very reasonably priced, to make sure the problem is resolved and in control.

We have used United Pest Solutions since the beginning of the year. We have them come out quarterly for a check and that is the price I put down for our quarterly checks. We had a serious rat problem in our attic and the guys were able to identify what the problems were, where they were getting in and how they were getting in. That service and thecost to place flashing around our roof and screens over our roof vents was approx $400.00. This also included taking care of some areas where mice were getting in to our basement and patching those areas up. We then had our trees trimmed back from the house (another provider) and after all work was completed it has been pretty quiet up there! They check the rat bait each time they come and there is no sign that they have returned or found another way in. They also spray for sugar ants each time they come out and have been helping me identify the wool moths in our home.They are very responsive, prompt, and courteous. We will continue to use them to help with those every day pests. Thanks!

They did the initial examination in April 2012 and we went into a full year contract. We are very satisfied with them. They were very helpful. They were very professional and friendly. They seemed to have taken care of our needs.

They came in the week earlier and found a few entry points. They set traps and came back to examine activity. Based on that they decided course of action which was to seal up entry points and set traps inside and out. After a period of time the inside traps will be removed.

We signed up for the quarterly service for pest control. We had an initial visit from Jonathan, which we thought went very well. He was on time, did a thorough inspection of our house, showed us in detail where problems were and had good suggestions to remedy the issues. We were supposed to get a call and an email within the next two days to schedule a follow-up visit to do the work. After five days, I emailed, and a day later got a call, saying they needed to get an estimate for materials and would call us the next day. It has now been another week and we have still not heard from them. We are very disappointed and we still have mice. At this point we may cancel the service. We have not paid anything yet, and are very disappointed because we thought the initial visit went very well. Based on our two weeks experience trying to get service, we really doubt that this company will follow through with quarterly service we signed up for. We wish we could just hire Jonathan and not the rest of the company. The cost for this service is $280 for the initial service fee, and $115 for quarterly service visits after that.

The service person confirmed the entry point for the wasps, and found the nest in the attic. He used a ladder to reach the roof entry point and applied chemicals outside and, later, inside the attic. He would return the following week to remove the nest after all the wasps were dead. He did. We were impressed with his thoroughness and clear communication.

They identified the problem and exterminated some mice. Also, as mentioned above, they sealed the house and we no longer appear to have a problem. Finally, they came back to inspect the results and verify there were no longer any mice.

They charge $100 for a treatment. They have been fine and the tenants have stopped complaining about the ants; so we guess it's working.

Communication has been great with United. They've been very responsive and easy to schedule. Ben has been very clear about the treatment options and has done a great job setting my expectations throughout the entire process.

There was quite a bit of buzzing coming from our attic so I looked through the pest control companies on Angie's List and chose United Pest Control as the best option. I chose correctly! My husband and I were completely blown away by their professionalism and prompt response. Richard was a pure joy to have in our home as he did a complete inspection of our attic and told us step by step what he was seeing and the course of action. His positive and happy attitude was uplifting and he was absolutely the shining example of what you could only hope customer service could be. Remember customer service? When once upon a time customers were treated like respected and valuable clients? It lives! It lives! Ask for Richard. :)

They have different technicians and some are primo and some are not. The one that we've had the past year is wonderful. His name is Ryan Sharp. I would rate them overall a B.

The entire experience was great. I would highly recommend this business.

I never received an email or call to discuss the request or to schedule. I've moved on to another provider due to lack of responsiveness.

I was able to get an appointment in 2 days which I appreciated. Ryan arrived early and walked around the house looking for other nests. He explained what he was going to do and accomplished it quickly despite having to work during a thunder and lightening storm.

They are very good, otherwise I wouldn’t keep them.

These guys are beyond fantastic. My initial consultation over a year ago was incredibly detailed, and they were able to figure out all of the entry points the rats were using to get into my crawl space and attic. Last quarter, they found that the rats discovered a new way in, and they took the time to block it off and no more problems with that section. The guys they send out are always punctual, extremely professional and very polite. They take the time to explain things and warn me ahead of time if they're bringing out a dead rat so I can run away :) I will continue to use their quarterly service going until bugs and rats are no longer on the earth.

They are pretty good. Few times we have had rats invade our house, they have been able to get rid of them. They seem effective. I would use them again.
