They were good. They were responsive and they took care of the issue that we had. I have no complaints. They are customer service- oriented and they took care of the job at a reasonable price.

They came out on a special service that costed me $129. They told me what to do to get a strip to go on the bottom of the garage door because a mouse had chewed a little U-shaped entry hole in it. They made a recommendation that I hire them to make a door for my crawl space. There was cover but they recommended a door and they also indicated that there was no damage to my crawl space. I reported a problem for spiders but they didn't do anything about spiders. He was here for about 2 hours. It was my first time using them. The person they sent out was very personable and seemed to know what he was doing and knew his business and he listened to what I had to say. When I called the office I told them the sooner they come out the better because the wasps were in my house; about 20 of them. And I only waited 3 days until they came out. They were very responsive.

My experience with them has been excellent. They do service every few months on a regular basis. I have been using them on a continual basis for several years.

They're very good. The technicians that come out are fantastic. But I don't think their chemicals are as good as I've seen from another company. Because they'll get bugs immediately up to 3 months but not after that. They're a bit expensive but their workers are fabulous. I would say the customer service is good and the service is OK. With other services if you miss a treatment then you don't see any bugs but with United you have to have them come out every 3 months. They won't tell me what chemicals they use and that also bothers me. But other than that they're OK.

They were good. I just find their price expensive. I would use them again in the future.

I would say that the gentleman that was up to the house was very polite and professional. He was organized. He had all his equipment. He came more than once. He came the first time, went through it, and looked it over. Then, they had a follow-up inspection like three or four weeks later to see if the traps had worked and if the mice and the rats were gone. It was a positive feeling that we had about them. The price was a fair price for what we got. I had no problems with their timing and everything. They were pretty close right on time. I would call them if I had to deal with that again.

Our experience with them was good. The ants are gone. We would use them again in the future.

Miguel was our technician from UPS, and was awesome and pleasant to deal with. made recommendations on how to stop the mice from coming in and gave us a quote. I wanted to save money and performed the work myself. On follow up visit, 2 weeks later, after 7 dead more mouse after plugging entry points, we look good now, and Miguel inspected the work i did and said it looked great. between inital visit and follow up visit, UPS was not able to schedule a visit for a whole week, so I had to change out snap traps 3 times, and buy new snap traps each time they caught mice. I live in Bothell/Woodinville area, and it seems UPS cannot schedule quicker visits to my area, so instead of waiting a whole week for them to come by and check/replace traps, I did them myself, until they came for their scheduled visit. I hope the quarterly service plans are more responsive when an incident comes up. I signed up for quarterly svc bc of my familiarity with Miguel and bc we have a baby in the house, i want to make sure we are rodent free for a while for peace of mind.

Went smoothly

I have used this company since 2004. They are punctual with their quarterly visits. No need for me to call them, they always call and schedule a convenient time for the visit. Any issues are addressed with a phone call, prior to their visit. A few times I have had to call in between visits and United Pest Solutions is quick to come out and address the situation. I highly recommend this company :)))

Had interior and exterior prevention and pest treatment. Before they walked the house with me and listened well and I talked about issue areas. Gave me some low-tech suggestions on handling foraging wasps and bees. Had to leave them in the house since I had to leave, and they were trustworthy and locked up well behind them. Did not try and oversell anything but were honest about what we did and didn't need! They're now my go-to pest people.

Overall the guys who came were nice and professional, and pointed out a leak problem under our house that we had no idea about. We knew more work was involved than just an initial estimate, and were prepared to proceed with getting all the repairs made. My husband and another crawlspace guy saw the work under the house later on, and felt they did a great job with the exclusion work. They built a door for our crawlspace entrance that had immediate hinge problems, so I reported it and they came out quickly and redesigned the door to be an insert with handles instead of having hinges. I was happy with the end result. My biggest concern was pricing. We were quoted $613 for the exclusion work (to seal everything off). Since they came highly recommended on Craigslist, I decided to go with them. They also gave me a quote to redo our crawlspace vapor barrier along with some insulation work, and quoted $3131. That was expensive enough that I got a 2nd estimate with an actual crawlspace company. The crawlspace company that came out quoted $1500 total for the same work, but also included a lot of other work and repairs as well. The crawlspace company also said they would have done the same exclusion work for $200-300. So ultimately United Pest Solution was twice as expensive as the competitor. I am continuing my quarterly inspection/treatment with them, but will use someone else for all other work.

They communicated openly that the squirrel issue I have wasn't part of their business model.

The title of the deal is misleading as it has treatment - "R odent / Pest Control Inspection and Treatment". It was only for inspection. He found 3 entry points but wasn't sure if it was new or old ones. Anyway this didn't feel like a deal to me, I was expecting a fix as well. I'd advise them to change the deal title and remove "treatment"

Per recommendations from UPS technician Nathan, did work to reinforce exterior foundation vents and adjacent area with high-grade mesh wiring. There were small gaps in the vents circular area that allowed some small field mice to gain access to crawl space. Nathan examined area and offered feedback for exclusion. UPS offers one year warranty on exclusion work. So far so good. Next visit will determine if crawl space is cleared out of left over pest. I have quarterly service with UPS. The work here was addt'l cost.

I have an annual contract. This is my second year of using their services. They provide quarterly service. Their work is excellent and I will continue to use them. The technician is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He always explains what he will being doing prior to each job and gives me feedback after each job. I highly recommend this company.

We need to submit to our builder, recommendation is pest was brought in with new wood during home construction.

Great and thorough job and great at explaining everything that needed to be done

I was trying to stop the birds to be living in my attic . It turned out that kind of birds I had were protected species so nothing we could do . Gentleman from united pest solution inc were very kind and helpful . If I need the kind of service they provide , I will be calling them 1 st for sure .

The provider was professional and efficient and they will do a followup visit tomorrow. I have used them before and have been pleased with their service.
