United Pest Solutions Inc

Now they come every two months and trap for critters and insects. They also promise to come out if I have any issues and take care of it as part of their regular service. I live along a green belt so critters can be an issue. So far it seems that their treatments are working. Time will tell as the year moves on....

They emailed me to set up an appointment but I no longer needed the service.

It cost a little more than I expected from the big deal because the nest was not out in the open, but hidden inside the overhang and roof shingles. Live and learn.

We called the company to help us with a problem with cluster flies in our living room that recurs during this time each year. We were told over the phone that the technician would come out and perform a treatment which would require us to be out of the house for 4 hours. We made arrangements for our dog & 2 cats and scheduled the appointment on the one day of the week that I go to work. The appointment was for 9:30. The technician did not arrive until 9:50 and told me she was told to be here between 9:30 to 10 so didn't consider herself late at all. She then looked at the flies and was stumped. She had no idea what to do and said as much. She called her boss at the office asking what to do and he told her to treat all of the entrances outside the house, a treatment that didn't require us to be out of the house for 4 hours, so the appointment could have been made at a time that didn't make me late to work. The invoice I received said that she performed a "Pest All Seasons Service first appointment focused on treating house flies". I have no idea what they did for the $190 charge, but we still have cluster flies and have not been told if there would be other treatments.

The service technician was prompt, professional and courteous during the appointment. I would highly recommend their service for controlling spiders. Cuyler

The technician carefully inspected the whole house, attic and crawlspace, suggested solution, I have signed up for their bi-monthly service.

Went really well. The technician was very courteous and explained in detail everything he found. He made suggestions on things that I might consider doing to keep my house rodent and pest proof. I do this test every five years wand will use United again.

They removed several wasp nests around our house and treated one that was inside the roof of the garage. That one, we couldn't see and we were not able to treat ourselves. We haven't had a problem since!

I purchased an interior/exterior spider treatment deal from United Pest Solutions thru Angie's List. I tried to set up an appointment via e-mail thru Angie's List...but received no response. I then called to set up an appointment. The person who answered was friendly and helpful. The day of the appt. the technician was late so I called the office to get an ETA. The technician was stuck in traffic so would be at least an hour later than scheduled. I decided to re-schedule for another day. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and did a good job. Other than the initial scheduling issue, the service was good.

It went well. He took the time to explain things to me and did the hard work of crawling around in our crawl space and under our front porch.

UPS was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Results were excellent. This was a very positive and straight-forward experience and I would definitely work with them again if we have any other house-settling/mouse issues.

Ulises and Kyle were on time, professional, and thorough. Thank goodness there were no evidence of rodents or any other animals in the attic! We have two big attics on either ends of the house and Ulises took his time to inspect both sides even though noise was coming from only one side. They did point out all the things we need to fix to protect the house from future nuisance and gave some examples of easy and cheap DIY. The initial service was quoted for over $300 for inspection, trapping, and disposal of rodents - the bill was reduced to $175 for the inspection only. I called the office and mentioned that I'm an Angie's List member and the total came out to $125.00

I was given forced to sign a contract or recieve no service whatsoever. The provider came to my home at 5:30 pm on a Friday and when I looked at the contract that said I must use the service 5 more times, which no informed me of prior to the service appointment--I said I did not like the deal, because I did not know if I would like their service. Also, I was informed by the tech that I was supposed to have my pantry and counter cleaned off for the service yet no one informed me of this either. When I said I wanted to talk to the office about this he said they were all gone, and no one in management had a cell number to call. I was stuck with either not having the service or letting him do what he could and waiting to hear back from them. Since I had a (one month old at the time) baby and 2 cats and a dog and was supposed to stay out of the house for at least four hours, we had already paid for expensive hotel reservations for the night to ensure everyones safety, leaving me with that expense already and the problem still there, and the knowledge that they are scheduling out weeks in advance I was forced to go through with the service. The ants are not gone. There was nothing at all done for the rodents. I emailded the company via Angies list a month ago and there has been no reply. I am extreemly dissatisfied--and feel that I was sold a line about what they would do, not given proper information on needed prep, and totally duped! Also the tech was not surprised when I told him that I was not informed about preperations I needed to make or

They were able to schedule my service the same day I called. Miguel was a little late for the appointment, but he was driving down from Bellingham to Kenmore. Miguel worked very quickly and was extremely professional and courteous. The yellow jackets and the larvae were killed completely.The yellow jackets were invading our attic, but I think we caught it in time.

There were no issues with the service. However, they did miss the initial appointment and we had to reschedule.

The yellow jackets were gone as soon as the tech left, and have not returned in three months since. He could not have been more helpful and informative as he analyzed the situation, described what he needed to do, and then performed the extermination/treatment. We're completely satisfied with the work, and give special kudos to United Pest Solutions for scheduling us for the day after we called, even though it was going into the July 4th weekend. The service couldn't have been better, more timely, or better priced.

Great! Very professional, courteous and efficient. Provided recommendations which I could perform myself, while also offering the option for United Pest to perform the work. He did so without being pushy or "salesy", which I appreciated. i would use United Pest again.

We've been using United Pest for two years. We initially engaged them because of rodent and hornet activities. They were at our home the day after I requested service. That day, the technician evaluated our property and treated. I scheduled quarterly treatments, and we've been using them ever since. Each quarter prior to service, United Pest calls to see if the next treatment date works for us. They are friendly and professional. I highly recommend United Pest Solutions.

Ants are gone and they will follow up after 2 months to make sure. No sign of rodent droppings either. So far so good. We are pleased.
