Description of Work: Excellent work. Plan to use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They pressure- washed the house and painted the exterior. They missed a section under the eaves but quickly corrected that. They repainted the front door with a different color at our request and did not charge us for this. Technically, they could have. We paid 10% down last summer in order to get this company in this Spring. We never felt any pressure to pay the balance at a specific time. In fact, we always had to bring it to the company's attention that we were ready to pay the remaining balance.

Description of Work: Prime Coats painted the exterior of my house (two stories front and three stories in back} and did an excellent job,thoroughly prepping the surface, filling nail and staple holes, open joint cracks and replacing shingles where necessary. This was followd by a prime coat and a color coat. Lastly, they did a final touch up of the entire color coat. The workers were pleasant and friendly. The manager Nicole Persson made a number of useful suggestions and was a pleasure to deal with. We are very pleased with the job.

Description of Work: Prime Coats offered an incredible proposal to repaint the perimeter handrails and swimming pool benches at our condominium. The two men who performed the work, Alvaro and Andres, were professional and punctual. The entire project was completed within the time specified to the great satisfaction of the community...all were impressed! We had solicited bids from nine painting contractors (all from Angie's List) and chose Prime Coats on the basis of the amount of the bid and the presentation. Nicole's forthright manner, sincerity and attention to detail were immediately evident and were reflected in her crew's performance throughout. We plan on using Prime Coats often in the future and will recommend them without hesitation.

Description of Work: I contacted Prime Coats because I was looking for a quote to paint the exterior of my duplex. I immediately got an email from Nicole explaining they were booked up for this Summer but offering to help next Spring. The email was professional and Nicole was very apologetic. I was impressed and will try to work with them again in the future.
