I received multiple quotes (10) and by far Todd was the best. He was the first to respond to my quote and came out the same day to an assessment. He was very detailed and was the only one that went up in a ladder to review the damage from the outside. I started my project during the winter storm and his Team still made it out to my house to start the work. I was very satisfied with the job and will definitely use his contracting services again.

Very professional and pleasant people to deal with. It took them a while to find the right part, but they didn't charge me for the delays and running around looking for parts. I will be hiring Nice N Handy to do some other work needed around the house.

Came to the house exactly when they promised, unlike the cable guy, who requires you to wait around the house for 8 hours before showing up, Nice N Handy was there right when they said they would be. Price was a bit higher than estimated, but that is because there was some additional repair work that was not initially visible. I would hire them again for other minor household repairs.
