They came on time and did exactly what they said. I was happy with the carpet. I would hire them again.

He was extremely prompt. The work was a little bit more than what his contractor led him to believe but he still stuck to his estimate and even offered to do some extra things. I was very pleased with the finished results and we've recommended him to several people.

Well, we hate to have to give an unpleasant review, but we did not have an "A" experience with this company. Scheduling an appointment was pretty easy, and the service person arrived on time. Our problem was not necessarily with the service itself, but with the service person. This person was a little chatty, which is usually fine, but as he talked more, we found a lot of his remarks to be extremely offensive. Also, the service man appeared to have been recently injured, and was bleeding from his face while he was cleaning our carpets. It was a very awkward experience for us, and we were relieved that it was over when he left.

The service was excellent and they did an amazing job. They did a great job in taking out stains that i thought that they couldn't get out. I thought that I would of had to re-carpet and they saved us from having to do that.

They called ahead when they were a little later than anticipated. They arrived, scoped out the size of the job, gave a quote and got right to work. They were attentive to corners, putting up corner guards. They explained the process and the type of equipment and soap/stain removers they would be using. The carpet was not overly dirty as it was only 4 years old. They pointed out the few spots which they could not remove (candle wax). They were very attentive to getting every corner, including the carpeted closet under the stairs. The carpet looked like new when they were done. They were a little chatty, but I learned a lot about carpet and cleaning during the process.

I think they do an excellent job. The carpets seem to come clean really well and look really nice when they are done. I had them clean this one apartment just a few months ago, and I am having them clean it again now, but it still really did look nice after all this time of someone living there, so they really did do a good job of getting all the dirt off the carpeting the first time.

They came back out at no extra cost to finish some stubborn stains. The owner Sam was great, he knows what he's doing. They came on time and did the job quickly.

We were pleased with their timing. They showed up when they said they would and were quick with the work. The pricing was also reasonable and they were good about keeping us informed about everything.

It went great, and we would use the company again in a heartbeat. They arrived when scheduled, performed the work in a thorough fashion and were very careful not to damage things in the process. It was a little job, but one that the individuals still took seriously.

This experience was fabulous. Emailed requesting a quote - received call back within a couple hours with the estimate - then set up an appointment for a few days later. On time, on quote - Great job on the carpets. Definitely will hire again.

A family owned business. A lady called a day in advanced to confirm the appointment. 2 men showed up on time, did the job. I have not had my carpets clean for 4 years.. all dirt is out! The price is very reasonable. (I got another quota cost over $500.00 )

He did a good job in good time. It was short notice but he came on time and did it quickly.

It was excellent. They got rid of some stains that I had had for quite a while. I believe they helped move furniture and put pads on the legs, so they didn't leave marks.

Arrived on time. Friendly and professional service. Carpet and area rug dried quickly and look wonderful. Will definitely be hiring this company again.

BDD was prompt and did a good job cleaning our carpets. We had some really tough stains and they did a good job of getting them out as best as was possible. The carpet looks way better than when I've steam cleaned it myself and we were happy with the results. The carpet dried pretty quickly and there was very little cleaning smell.

He spot cleaned and got spots well. After cleaning everything, I asked him to do the Teflon. The man was very honest. He asked me how much traffic there is and how much longer we plan to have this carpet (it's pretty old). When I told him our sons are now gone, and in about 4 years we are replacing the carpet, he said the Teflon wasn't worth the extra cost. I appreciated the honesty to save over $50 more. He was a very friendly person. A bit chatty but he got the job done and was very enjoyable!

They were very punctual, and very accommodating in working us in since we were expecting Holiday guests. They listened to our concerns about the grease marks, and assured us that the pre-treatment would get the grease marks out. (We were skeptical, but the grease marks came out, as predicted.) They paid special attention to the areas we were concerned about, yet they didn't make us feel like they were going to have raise the price to make sure the carpet was clean. They even cleaned our our 8 X 5 area rug for free. It was a father and son team. The father was very knowledgeable, and had taken different classes on chemicals and carpeting.

Sam turned out to be a life saver! My family was coming to visit for the holidays and I had scheduled my carpets to be cleaned the night before they were to arrive. The carpet company I had used for 8 years stood me up! I started calling around that night and at 8 PM to my amazement Sam answered the phone! I explained the situation and he agreed to come out the next afternoon. He gave me an estimate over the phone and stuck to it! Sam was GREAT! Very thorough found silverware mysteriously lost behind furniture in the rec room! Cleaned what we thought was a completely damaged recreational room carpet. Making it look almost new! The stairs and landing looked perfect and the whole house smelled fresh and clean. Sam arrived when he said he would and finished in time for us pick up my family on time!

They arrived on-time and they cleaned the carpets in my house. What else can I say? :)

They are very efficient and responsive. They have newer equipment and are very thorough in the cleaning process. I have had friends that needed carpets cleaned quickly and they got to the site and did the job within 24 hours. I have them come to the house about once every eight months.

Was a little late but called (Traffic)..came in was quite friendly , looked over the work area and then went to work. Very through and did not try to sell me a bunch of carpet cleaning extra products. That was very refreshing and a 1st. Charged what was phone quoted. I will use him again, the carpets still look very good after several weeks.

Sam said he would not take on our job unless he could guarantee success. There were overwhelming cat urine odors in just about every corner of the 13-year old house we bought. Some of the spots went through the carpet and pad onto the concrete sub-floor. Sam came out to the house 4 times, once at 8:00 PM, until he and I were satisfied that the odor was gone. To save me some money, Sam showed me how to remove the baseboards, seal them, remove the smelly padding and seal the concrete myself. His thoroughness and personal concern for our plight was amazing! Every other company I contacted said that we either would have to replace all the carpet (over $2000), or that they would try, but could not guarantee success. Big Dollar rates a A++ in my book!!

THEY WERE ABOUT 1 HOUR LATE BUT THEY MADE UP FOR IT BY CLEANING SOME STAIRS AT NO COST. OVER ALL IT WAS VERY PLEASANT WORKING WITH THEM.
