Description of Work: Water was leaking from the upstairs shower through the ceiling in my kitchen and I needed it fixed quickly. I called 411 and they sent out a plumber one hour after I called, no other companies could respond that fast. The plumber troublshooted the leak, and identified the problem (bad value in the shower handle was dripping water in the wall). He ran out to Home Depot and got the part needed to fix it, all in under 2 hours which kept the cost down. I was impressed and satisfied with the level of service and professionalism, definitely would use 411 in the future.

They were prompt, on budget, professional and easy to reach when I needed them. I also like that he brings his mascot, Basin, (a great little terrier dog) with him on his projects.
Description of Work: Ambrose replumbed my pipes to allow for a dual head shower and installed the trim work for shower, and two bathrooms.

The had to dig down 6 feet to repair a bad sewer joint. They were careful with the landscaping and water main. The other company I contacted wanted to use a mechanical digger that could have damaged the water main in the area.

A&B came out within a day to give an estimate and started work within a day. The crew was very professional and did a great job with the work and with the clean up afterwords. An unexpected problem was found with the buried pipes that required more work and a slightly higher price but overall the work was done well. I would hire them again and recommend this firm.

Very well. Ambrose was very prompt both responding to my questions, setting up an appointment, showing up on time, making sure the site was clean overnight (it took two days) and his final cost was exactly what he estimated. He also did some additional work that we didn't talk about in the estimate (replaced some galvanized pipe with copper in the basement) and didn't charge me for it. I'm really happy with the work he did and will definitely call him again.

It was great. They were friendly and considerate. They did a wonderful job and fixed everything - even though there were a few surprises on the way.
Description of Work: We had a backup in the sewer pipe with tree roots that are in the pipe. They dug at the street level to access to pipe, cleaned out the pipe and then installed a clean out so in the future we can access the pipe at street level.

Ambrose was great. Extremely professional we will certainly call him first for future needs.
Description of Work: We had a pipe that was leaking extensively in our garage. It had obviously been leaking for a while. Ambrose stopped by a few hours after I called to inspect the pipe and then scheduled with me to return the next day to fix the problem. He gave me a price range for the fix depending on whether he needed to replace a valve or not. Ambrose returned the next day right on time, performed the work (ended up being the less expensive fix), and cleaned up. He was very professional and quick.
