It was a great experience. We called, scheduled, and Ron (owner) was on time. He explained the processes, products used, etc. He moved some of the furniture that allowed easier cleaning of the carpet. The kitchen chairs are dramatically cleaner. He even removed spots left by a different company several years ago. Everything is wonderful and we will hire them again.

Outstanding!! Awesome!! Having my carpets cleaned by Chris from Revive Carpet Services was truly a wonderful experience. Previously I've used the carpet cleaning services advertised on TV. Absolutely no comparison. Revive Carpet Services provides a "deep cleaning". My 18 year old carpets look brand new. We had 2 wiener dogs for 17 years. I felt the carpet in the family room was beyond repair. Chris actually brought this carpet back to life. It's beautiful. I am so grateful that I selected Revive to do my carpets. Chris arrived early, and he worked and worked and worked. It was like magic seeing my carpets turn from dark to light. What made this such a great experience; however, is Chris the person. He truly cares about excellence in his work. He gave me some good tips about how to repair some bleach stains in our master bath carpet. Chris is just the greatest guy. He actually made this carpet experience fun. Before selecting Revive, I had a few telephone chats with Ron, the owner. He has great expertise in appropriate carpet cleaning techniques. This is a family owned business, and Ron takes great pride in his company and his working teammates. I had pretty high expectations based on m dialogue with Ron. I must say Chris exceeded my wildest expectations. My words may seem a bit enthusiastic. They are, because in this day and age, it's so refreshing to get EXCELLENT service at a GREAT price - most importantly from remarkably good and kind people. Thank you, Chris and Ron and Revive Carpet Services. I will always trust my carpets to your tender and thorough care. On a side note about price: when you first get a quote you may think Revive is more expensive than quotes you might get from other companies, especially the specials advertised on TV. However, when you see how thorough the work is and how long it does take to get a deep cleaning, you will appreciate what a great deal you are getting. For years, I used 2 of the major TV national carpet cleaning companies. They were always in and out within 2 hours. Not so with Revive, Chris was cleaning my dirty carpets for a long time. He didn't leave until he was satisfied with a job well done!!!! A+

My husband and I recently purchased a home and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we moved our furniture in. Our old house had no carpets so the specifics of carpet cleaning and finding carpet cleaners was new to me. My experience with Revive Carpet Cleaners was fantastic! Ron, the owner came, to the house prior to our move and measured each space to come up with a quote. He explained the process, and provided a quote with a breakdown for each room so it was easy to see per square foot and step what each space would cost. He was extremely personable, friendly, professoinal, and knowledgeable and I knew this was someone I could trust. It is no surprise this man has been in business for 40 some years as his experience with both the cleaning process and working with people really came through. Ron and Chris, his very nice and also personable and professional worker, arrived promplty and got to work. I was in and out througout the process wich went smoothly and quickly. I had a last minute and somewhat emabarrasing request to clean my husbands beloved office chair, which I felt was ready for the dump. Ron and Chirs were again, kind and accomodating. The results of the clean are amazing! The carpets, including the once gray edges look brand new, and that ratty office chair has new life and sits proudly in view in our front office. The personal attention and extremely friendly and knowledgeable people at Revive Carpet Cleaners was a great experience and a wonderful start to life in our new home.

Revive did a great job. I didn't actually remember the area carpets were as bright in color as they are now!! One of the carpets came home with me from Africa and I thought it was stained for life. Not true. Revive has it looking newer than before. Not a cheap venture, but I wasn't surprised at the cost - about $185. The family room is big - 23 ft x 15 ft - and was heavily stained. I had no expectations that Revive could make it look new, but it is stain free and looks much better. Ron did the work and when he arrived alone I couldn't imagine how he would move the few pieces of large furniture. Obviously Revive has that part down to an art. Even got under the sofa, which the more "commercial" carpet cleaning company didn't do. Ron was on time and a pleasure to work with. Next call - perhaps I'll check out their carpet sales and replace the family room carpet. :O)

I called Revive Carpets to schedule an appt. on 9/23/10 and they scheduled an appt for 9AM on 9/29/10. They arrived a few minutes late, but went right to work.They did an excellent job on very old carpets and were very thorough. They also honored an Angie's list coupon. I plan to hire them again.

Ron came by to give me an estimate. His extensive knowledge was obvious and he gave me a great feeling that he knew what I needed and would deliver. Josh and Brent were on time and went above and beyond to ensure my carpet was ready for the upcoming sale. The y even fixed a loose piece of carpet...just because. Love these guys!

Arrived on time, worked efficiently, left carpet only lightly wet upon completion. Excellent quality work, removed stains that previous cleaners had not. Not the cheapest service out there, but well worth the moderately extra cost. No more shopping around - will definitely use again!

Revive Carpet Services did a marvelous cleaning job with our older carpet. Chris, his employee, was thorough and determined with cleaning our heavy traffic areas. We will definitely refer them to our friends. We thought the price was very fair for the work that was required.

This was a fabulous experience from start to finish. Got an estimate from Ron (the owner, I assume) over the phone that was pretty freakin' accurate. That guy definitely knows his business. We made an appointment for two weeks out and then on that Saturday, sharply at 9am, Brent, the master technician showed up and got to work. There's another guy that knows his job. Brent was not only an expert at what he was doing, his attitude and demeanor were great. We have a baby, and Brent was very accommodating...starting in the baby's room so we could put her down for a nap later, keeping the noise down as best as he could...just a great guy, very pleasant and very professional. We had a lot of carpet to cover, and Brent finished in record time...but that's not to say he rushed or did sloppy work. No no. He is just good and so efficient...like I said, a true professional. Best part? The actual cost came in LOWER than the estimate...AND they gave us a first time customer discount of 10%!!! That was a nice surprise. All in all, just a great company that does great work at fair prices. If you've looked at Revive's ratings on Angie's List this should not surprise you. I was skeptical before I called them...but believe me, they definitely live up to their 'A' rating.

Fantastic from start to finish. Estimate on phone was very precise. Clarified upon arrival of staff for appointment prior to starting the job. Right on time. Very thorough and effective. Tons of tough pet stains were pretreated and are gone! Great local business with that personal tough. Would use again in a heart beat.

After finding this company on Angie's List, we called for an estimate. The price was right, and the staff was courteous. Ron did a great job on a long neglected carpet. We're pleased.

This service was excellent! I couldn't be happier. Chris made my carpets cleaner than they have ever been and I have a small dog that has accidents on the carpet when I am gone for a long time. You cannot see the "accident" area at all! Chris was VERY thorough and he was very friendly and professional. I just can't say enough about the job and how nice he was. I would use them in a milisecond again! Please hire them, you won't be disappointed!!!

Very professional; great communication; methodical; cleaned up after finishing; removed all stains; careful not to scratch furniture; move furniture out of the way to clean.

Great. They were very professional and got right to work. We have pretty old carpet, and they made it look almost new again. I feel like we saved money on not having to replace the carpets. They also cleaned our little area rug downstairs for free. Nice touch.

Ron showed up on time and competed the task throughly and included some high traffic cleaning in adjacent areas. I really wasn't sure if I was going to have to buy new carpet or not and am thrilled that he was able to remove all the pen ink.

Carpet & pad could not be saved due to the damage done by small dog. Brent explained the options to me and it didn't make sense to do anything but remove the damaged material and plan to re-carpet after a complete drying & sealing process. Wonderful Service. Very professional. I would recommend to anyone needing carpet cleaning services.

Revive arrived on time, did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. The technician was very professional and did extra work to make sure the stains came up. I was thrilled. The priced was very fair for the work involved.

It was fantastic. We had some very dark air filtration lines on the carpet (only installed 3 years ago) and we were having a heck of a time finding a company that promised to clean those. I even hired another company 1 year ago to clean, and they said they couldn't get the dark edges out. Ron came out and inspected the lines, said no problem, gave us a an estimate and got to work. By the time he was done, I couldn't see any dark lines - the carpet looked brand new. There was 1 spot that I asked him to go over again, and he did without question. It looks like new now too. They charge a little more than the average carpet cleaner, but you get what you pay for. I would use them again in a heart beat. Extremely professional and good attention to detail. I thought they were very fairly priced.

Brent arrived punctually, set up quickly and did a very thorough job, especially on the dirty stairs. He carefully cleaned not just the top, but the front of each step. There are no traces of our muddy outdoor cat's year of tracking dirt into the house! We're very happy with their work once again.

While replacing our roof, we discovered a leak the hard way -- lots of water pouring into the house caused water damage and stains to our carpet. I called Revive Carpet Services and Ron came out the very next day, on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about all things carpet. He removed the stains and cleaned an entire floor of our house. Wow! Our carpet has never looked, felt and smelled so good. The name of the company says it all, and I will now be getting our carpets cleaned more frequently. Ron was a joy to have in the house.

They are very good, efficient and clean. They are very nice, pleasant people. Their pricing is fine as far as I know, I don't have anything to compare it to. I will continue to use them in the future.

They did a great job. We have neighbors in the area that use them and think they do a great job too! They have always done a great job. I would use them again if I needed.
