Revive Carpet Services

Once again we called Revive Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners. They've rescued our carpeting from several exciting and active visits from out-of-town grandchildren over the years and restored it after a remodeling fiasco. They're a family business so we can't ever surprise them with a carpet catastrophe that they haven't encountered before or experienced themselves.

They have a minimum to come out so they included cleaning my hall and bathroom area to make up the difference. The technician was corteous and did a thorough job.

Plastic roll pathways backed with adhesive were left in place too long by the remodeling contractor and, when they were finally removed, a sticky residue was left behind on the carpet. Soon, all these pathways collected enough dirt to look an entirely differnet color from the carpet. The carpet-cleaner experimented a bit with various cleaners and techniques and figured out a process to remove the tacky residue without damaging the carpet or leaving any adhesive behind.

They aren't the cheapest, but Revive is one of the best. One of a very few carpet companies that will stretch carpet back when it is pulled or bunched, and the cleaning guys spend the time necessary to really get the carpets the best they can be. Well worth the money - I've used them multiple times and will use them again.

I have use their services before this last service. They are very good in all aspects of cleaning and very professional.

Second time I have used Revive. Called on Monday, they came out on Thursday. Showed up on time, measured and gave me a quote and went to work. Courteous and considerate of our kids and dogs being in the house while they performed the work. Completed all work in the time they had estimated. Results? Wow. Carpet had not been professionally cleaned in about 4 years and they were able to make it look great again. The real eye opener was the couch, love seat and ottoman. Kids and dogs had been rough on them and I was considering just replacing the entire set. We discussed if they could be saved and in the end we decided to try having them cleaned and see what happened. One week later I am still amazed at how clean they are, as if they are new again. Not only do they look clean but they are soft again. I was definitely impressed!

Ron called promptly and scheduled the job within a week. Also confirmed with an email. He called and said he was running a bit early which was great for me the day of the job. He had estimated the work to take two hours when I described it on the phone. He did a great job of explaining what I could expect and how he would do the job. Promptly brought his tools up and got to work. Job was completed in two hours. Looks great and priced exactly as he estimated.

The service was outstanding and the carpets and sofas are looking great. With so many crayon stains we were not sure how the sofa cushions will look, but they worked hard and the cushions look really nice. There pricing is reasonable and the overall experience was great. I will recommend them to anyone needing these services.

The service and attention to detail provided by Revive Carpet was outstanding. It had been several years since we had our carpets professionally cleaned. So, there was quite a bit of dirt/stains. The staff from Revive took the extra time to make our carpets look new again. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service.

It was excellent. He was really nice and did an awesome job. He was able to get out stains that we didn't think could come out. He was on time, called before he came. He didn't make a mess. He made sure to put on booties before he came in.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a pretty good job. They came in shortly after I made the Big Deal purchase. I don't remember paying extra.

My daughter got sick all over the carpet so I needed right away and they were able to come in that day. They said they had a $165 minimum but the guy was very honest and nice. He said he wants me to get my money’s worth. I told him I need my carpets cleaned off scheduled another day and I just need to get it dated up and he said to get my money’s worth. So he cleaned my bathroom, hallway and upstairs. He had the time and was able to do that all for me which I thought was amazing. The guy was very polite. They put the covers on the shoes. They were very respectful. I thought they did a great job. The stain is gone. I think their price is the same as others.

Not a lot of providers on this website do a good jobs because they act like they try to get you to do more services. This gentleman is different. Pleasandt and polite to work with.

Revive was able to fit my client the same week I called and I need to get this home on the market within days. They were very responsive and thorough. I was provided a quote over the phone and the actual cost would have been higher given the square footage but they wanted to honor the quote which they did. This ranks high with respect to professionalism. There were a few stains and Revive was unsure how they would come out. Overall the carpet looks great. They are also knowledgeable about stain types and how best to remove if possible. I was impressed.

He came well recommended by our janitorial service. Although we didn't ask him to clean all of our carpets, he blended in the areas he cleaned with those he didn't clean. We didn't think he could get the ground-in dirt out, but he did! He arrived on time, went right to work, and was very professional and courteous. I am impressed that Ron was so frank and honest. I'm definitely going to use him in six months' time after my family moves into the new house!

It went well and that was a good deal. They came out and there was quick little carpet repair and they did their work. I would rate them very very high. I would use them again.

It was a fabulous experience. Everything was explained completely to me and I was asked to see where there were stains I had pointed out that were no longer there. The carpet was not soggy and was dried by the evening.

The service was fantastic! The person showed up right on time, was very professional and took great care to protect all of the surfaces in my home. He worked to get all of the stains out, cleaned all of the baseboards and got a red stain out of the steps that I did not think was ever going to come out. I would recommend this company to anybody for carpet cleaning service.

We have used Revive Carpet cleaning service for more than 20 years now, and I am still amazed that occasionally, the owner still answers the phone! Just typical of their excellent customer service. They make every customer feel like they are the only customer of the day. As usual, they were right on time, cleaned everything thoroughly, looks awesome! And the worker was courteous and paid attention to details. And all at a price that can't be beat for the service and the work quality. We recommend them highly to everyone!

excellent: On time and very professional. Their minimum service cost was $165.00 and I only needed one carpet cleaned so they asked if I wanted anything else cleaned because one carpet did not cost that much, so we picked a large throw rug and had it cleaned.

I was in the midst of selling my house, having weekend open houses and unplanned walkthroughs. Parts of the upstairs carpet were particularly dirty because a large, heavy bedroom set had not been moved for years. It looked terrible once the furniture was moved out so I wanted to get it done before the next open house. The downstairs carpet had been cleaned regularly, but I wanted to have it spiffed up at the same time. Afterward the upstairs carpet looked good, and the downstairs carpet seemed to be a lot wetter because there were spots that weren't dried by the next morning. When it still looked wet by the 2nd morning (a Sunday) I realized they weren't wet spots; they were dirty brown spots that looked like they were left by the cleaning equipment. I called them back on Monday and the person answering the phone said it sounded like "brown out" (whatever that is) and scheduled the tech to return on Tuesday. He confirmed "brown out" which is caused when the carpet is alkaline. He treated it with something and said to let him know if that didn't work and he would come right back and try another neutralizer. Well...that didn't work either. His third try was successful. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until the house was totally vacant that the stairs were also spotted with this "brown out." I didn't have time to follow up and get them fixed. With all of that being said, I can still say that the tech was punctual, courteous, and very eager to correct the problem. What I don't understand is why I would have a problem like this when every other carpet cleaning job I had had done turned out great the first time.

The gentleman arrived at exactly 9AM, the time promised. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and honest about what to expect for the stretching. The bubbles in the carpet and the dirty appearance of the carpet had me wanting to replace it. We have dogs and unfortunately, hadn't had the carpet cleaned in years. When he finished with the stretching we were so happy with the results. And after he completed the cleaning, it actually looked like we had new carpet installed. I had read previous reviews here on Angies List and so glad with our choice. Would recommend to family and friends alike.

I wasn't there when they did the job but I though it was beautiful and was great.

Showed up on appointed day and was very accommodating when we had an water leak emergency and we had to reschedule. Returned with 2 crew members to move heavy furniture and work on mohair (read "delicate") couch. Was great about moving items out of way and left things beautiful. My husband, who generally would not even notice this type of household project, remarked on how the carpets looked like new. And much to my delight the dogs nasty business has been reversed! I was very happy with their work and attitude.
