I have used them in the past too. They are fantastic and are one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. I would rate them highly across the board. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The owner and one worker arrived a bit late, but they called to tell me they were overdue, which I appreciated. Both men were polite and professional. I was concerned about the wetness of the carpet, but it did dry as the owner said it would. The carpet looked quite good when they left, however after only a few days, several pet stains came back. After a call to the owner, he promised to come back out and remove them by hand, which he did. The stains have not come back. When he returned to check on the stains, he said he had underestimated the cost of the original cleaning job by about $60. I paid him that amount, as his original estimate ended up being what I paid for the service. I would be happy to use this company again because they got out the stains, they were professional and polite and they came back to fix the problem of the pet stains.

Carpet technician showed up an hour early, and since it was a rental house, there was nobody there. When he called me and I told him that nobody could let him in for at least 30 minutes, he was very polite and said that he would wait. When we arrived we realized in our rush to get there early we walked out without the keys to the house. The Carpet tech was very gracious and said he would continue to wait while we went back home to pick up the rental keys. The off-white carpet had 8 years of use use with one male and two female cats. There were a few stains on the carpet and there was a strong cat smell in the house. We went back to the empty house after two days to check on the carpet and odor and were pleasantly surprised. The carpet looks like new, and the cat smell is gone. We will use Revive again, and we will recommend them to anyone.

Job wonderfully done!! We can't believe how clean our carpet became, very punctual and accurate in time estimation. We moved our clutters to the garage but none of the furnitures. Despite that, everything that's carpeted was cleaned. Highly recommended.

Chris showed up on time was very professional throughout the whole job. Chris was able to clean spots that other carpet cleaners had not been able to remove in the past.

Revive was recommended to me by DA Burns since our home fell out of Burns' service area. I had heard very positive feedback about DA Burns, so decided to trust their judgment. Revive's owner Ron phoned me himself to lay out the exact price of the service based on our square footage and even volunteered to come out and measure it for me. Chris provided our service and was immediately welcome in our home with his cheery disposition and chatty nature. I appreciated the little touches that other companies had overlooked - booties on his street shoes, protective mats, and plastic covers for corners so that his equipment wouldn't scratch/ding our drywall. He was exceptionally patient with my four year old daughter who had a million questions about what he was doing and he dutifully explained the process to her waiting curiosity. There were a couple of extra areas he treated for us at no extra charge which was greatly appreciated. Not to mention that the carpets looked practically brand new when he finished, even lifting stains he himself wasn't sure would come out. Will definitely use them again.

Mr. Eric, from Revive Carpet Services, was very personable and did a very good job. We would recommend him and the company to anyone.

Revive was punctual and professional from start to finish. The owner Ron, came out and gave me bid. The crew arrived promptly and 9 on the schedule date. Their work was thorough and amazing. The crew was very spendy but worth every cent.

I have used a few carpet cleaners and have been satisfied overall. However, I tried Revive on the advice of a friend and we were simply blown away. Our technician was the nicest guy (the owner, in this case), and really knew all about our carpet (the fiber type, for example -- and how that affects cleaning). The job they did was AMAZING -- super thorough and beautiful outcome. I loved that he also vacuumed out the heat registers so that "your furnace doesn't blow dust onto your newly cleaned carpets"! The work he did was so thoughtful and professional.... it's about a month after they left and we are still glowing from the experience (not a feeling I normally associate with getting carpets cleaned!).

The room w/ paints were 100% cleaned and we didn't see a trace of paints at all. The master bedroom got revived as much as they could. The guys were professional and before they started their job, they explained that if the paints are oil based, 90% will come out (100% came out for us!) and that they will do their best to revive the dead spots. After the job was almost over, they also pointed out that it seems like the previous owner used the "Resolve" on carpets to clean spots and when Resolve gets used, the carpet color changes because it has Clorox in it. Overall, the place looked so clean and we are happy w/ their service! When we move again from this new place, we will definitely use them again to clean our home and the new home!

They were great. They were from Angie’s list. They did a great job. I was very satisfied with their work. Their price was comparable. I would use the in the future.

They do an excellent job. The price is a little more but they are detailed and do an excellent job for this.

He was gracious and looked around at the rooms that I wanted cleaned. In his opinion the carpet was in great shape except for normal soiling in the traffic areas. He didn't feel that the carpet needed a thorough cleaning and suggested that I wait. He would give me a quote for maintenance cleaning if I wanted him to. I decided not to waste his time having him measure, etc. We did have a friendly chat about his small business and all the experience that they have. I would definitely considering having him come out and give me a quote at a later date.

I am VERY pleased with the quality of service received. Pleasant experience from start to finish. The technicians were prompt, friendly, professional and took pride in the quality of their work. My carpets, chairs and throw rugs look awesome, like new! I highly recommend this company and will most definitely use them again.

I scheduled the cleaning just a few days in advance and they were able to come on the day and time I suggested. Two people showed up exactly on time. They listened to our concerns (pets) and made suggestions about treating problem areas. They measured, provided the estimate and got to work promptly. They even threw in cleaning of an entryway area rug at no additional charge. I couldn't be more pleased with friendliness, professionalism, and quality of work.

Despite the snow our technician arrived and spent several hours carefully cleaning our 17 year old sofa. It had never been cleaned but turned out great. He worked very carefully as the fabric on the foot rests were worn and fragile. He also cleaned the dining room chairs which had the usual stains from 36 years of fine dining. I thought I was going to have to reupholster both the sofa and chairs but they look so good I won't need to for a few more years. The young man was very friendly but professional. He did not even stop for lunch. I do not recommend having carpet cleaned on a cold winter day, however, as it is necessary to run a large hose from the truck into the house. Although every effort was made to plug the opening it still was fairly cold-especially since our job too several hours.

We have used Revive yearly for 7 years since we first hired them to clean our home top to bottom just before we moved in. They're still just as prompt, professional, and fairly priced. No reason even to consider going elsewhere. Every year, we take advantage of their $50 discount for work done January through March. It's a great deal and great work.

I made the appointment and Revive Carpet Services were out the next day. Unfortunately, the same day I made the carpet cleaning appointment I had plumbing problems. The plumbers had to return the same day as my cleaning appointment. I thought it would be fine as the plumbers would be in the bedroom that does not have any carpeting. It was all going fine when I learned the water had to be shut off for a few minutes (which means ten or fifteen.) I asked "JK" if this was okay and he smiled and said "no problem." He had to stand around and wait for the plumbers to finish and turn the water back on before he could return to work. "JK" did not seem at all disturbed. I was a bit agitated and offered to pay him additional money, which he refused. I offered to make him lunch, which he also politely declined. When the water was turned on again he went back to work and did a wonderful job! Great attitude and professionalism. Also, when I made the appointment they informed me there was a $150 minimum charge. I had a $50 coupon which could be applied to orders over $200. When the quote came in at $150 "JK" offered to clean additional rugs to bring my total to $200, thus allowing me to use the coupon and still only pay the $150. I declined as I plan to have my downstairs carpeting cleaned soon and will use the coupon then. Great company to work with and they do a wonderful job too!!!

Service tech had a cancellation and called to reschedule to an earlier time. Arrived at scheduled time, measured areas to be cleaned, cleaned dark areas by doors and several small spots. Made minor repair to carpet edge next to kitchen floor. After vacuuming the next day, all carpet areas look very nice.

Initial phone conversation through the day of work was professional and cordial. The cleaning crew was punctual and completed the work on time. Furniture was moved with care and care was taken to protect walls and door jambs. Results were as expected and cost was as estimated. An excellent experience.

I called to schedule an appointment with Revive on a Monday in mid-December. The owner was able to send someone over that Wednesday, which surprised me as it was so close to Christmas. The appointment was scheduled for 9 a.m. and promptly at 9 a.m. Chris showed up. He was very polite and professional. He took a great deal of time and care to clean the carpets in our home, and I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice they looked when the work was completed. I would highly recommend Revive and will definitely use them again in the future.

Ron from Revive was ahead of schedule. He quickly vacuumed all rooms and rugs. He thoroughly cleaned the rugs in an efficient manner. It would've been nice if he moved some of the furniture.

I don't know yet if the old stains will re-emerge, but I'm convinced that the technician did everything possible to get them out. He was using state of the art equipment, he was well trained, and he was very conscientious. Overall, my wife and I were extremely pleased with this service.
