Ron and an associate came to clean my large sectional couch and area rug, as well as consult regarding a carpeted room that my dog ruined. (Ron did not stay the entire time.) They were friendly and professional from the first phone call through the entire service. They were on time and did an excellent job. I'm very happy and will use them in the future.

Ron came to clean our carpets, two bedrooms and a family room. When he arrived, we discovered he could also do carpet stretching. I hadn't even thought to ask him if he could do this when I scheduled his visit. Our family room needed the carpet stretched badly. While the upstairs bedrooms had been professionally cleaned previously, the downstairs family room had never been professionally cleaned. It was installed more than 15 years ago. Self-cleaning just wouldn't be sufficient this time. When he told us he could do the stretching also, we told him to go ahead. He had to run all the way back to his shop to get his equipment. He didn't even charge us for that time spent. The job he did on the bedrooms was great. There were several smaller spots that he was able to get out with no problem. He was also able to raise the matted carpet somewhat. But the job he did on the family room was nothing short of amazing!!! There were spots and stains all over the carpet, including one larger one (about 6" in diameter) that I had been trying to self-clean up for about 5 years. These were not just regular spots, but ground in spots. And the carpet was somewhat buckled (hence the stretching part) and just looked very dingy overall. When he left, it looked almost brand new again. It was an amazing job that he had to work very hard at. I am so impressed with the job he did, I asked him for several brochures so I could tell my friends. I absolutely would never hesitate to recommend him.

Came in and told me that hallways are harder and that he can make them better but that they won't be perfect. Given that I had prepaid for the service, I went ahead with it anyway. I appreciated his upfront explanation and setting of expectations. Good so far. Unfortunately, the final result was very bad. The wrinkles are exactly as they were before with no improvement. The stretching exposed one end of the carpet near one wall so we now have a gap with no carpet in addition to the original wrinkles. Also, we had to vacuum after the service was done to clean all leftover carpet clippings. I would have expected that he would leave the carpet as clean as they were.

The repairman who came was pleasant and seemed profesional, but he performed a poor job leaving unacceptable seams.

The service was excellent. The worker was right on time. He did the job very quickly, and he did a great job at it. You can't even tell anything was ever wrong with it. I would recommend him. He was very professional and friendly throughout the whole job.

I was very appreciative of Revive Carpet Services immediate support especially since another carpet cleaning company that was recommended by Angie's List Big Deal promotion failed to show up to clean my carpets as scheduled. When I contacted Revive Carpet Services they stated their prices for each area upfront so there were no surprises on the cost of the service. Chris MacGregor from Revive arrived on time and reviewed the process in detail with me prior to starting the job. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and performed a high quality job. My carpets were very dirty and stained from lots of foot traffic and young children. To be perfectly honest, my carpets haven't looked this good since they were newly installed 14 years ago. Thanks so much Chris! I definitely got what I paid for and in this case I am happy the original carpet cleaning company didn't show up as scheduled. I would not hesitate to use Revive Carpet Services again and will gladly refer them to others.

I called on a Saturday and spoke with the owner. To his credit, Ron answered the phone worked with the schedule to get someone out the same day (normally I wouldn't expect this, but it was a slight emergency). To I called a couple of other companies on Angies list and never got a call back from all but one.Our issue was that my son had a bloody nose a week ago and we tried to clean it up using a Brissol steamer (that barely works). It ended up just soaking the carpet and by the day we called the organic material had started building a really strong moldy older. Also what we thought had been cleaned up began to leave a dark residue on the carpet.Chris was the service technician and he called us 5 min before arrival letting us know that he was running late. He explained what he would do, didn't push hard for expanding the area that we originally had wanted done and worked with us so that we could keep it at the same price. He explained what happened to the blood and why the carpet did what it did. Chris was thorough and blended in the area that he that he cleaned with rooms that we didn't have done so that it was not noticeable. We were very impressed with the overall look and the cost that it was done at. A few days later a little bit of the blood re-emerged on the carpet and a red dot appeared on the stairs by the front door. I talked to Ron and he came out personally and removed the red dot (possible ink that was hidden in the padding of the carpet) and the repaired the little bit of blood that reemerged in the carpet.This is why I love Angies List. I've done carpet cleaning before, you get a coupon have the guy come out and before you are done he has upsold the job so that you are now paying twice as you originally thought. Revive didn't do this ... and when a couple of issues happened, they stood by their work and took care of it promptly. I could not recommend them more for the level of service.

Very satisfied with the work performed. Eliminated potential safety hazard and allows use of existing carpeting for a few more years.

I had this large bubble in my family room carpet, and it was also coming loose from the metal tack strips where it met linoleum and tile. The carpet still had usable life, but the bubble and edges looked terrible. I didn't even have to move furniture! Ron had just come from a "master carpet" class to stay on top of technology. He did a super job. My carpet looks great. I would highly recommend their services.

The technician - Chris - and his associate (sorry, don't recall his name) arrived when they said they would. We did a walkthrough to talk about scope of work, etc. They then got to work. They did an excellent job - great attention to detail - such as down the edges of the rooms, protecting furniture, care when moving stuff around, etc. Friendly, professional, first class service.

Ron, the owner, & Brandon arrived on time. They measured the area first to give us a price. A discount was given because they had minimal furniture to move. A little pricey, I thought. But, they were very professional & did an excellent job. The cleaning solution had a very light fragrance, & was pet friendly. I will use Revive in the future.

Timely arrival, good pricing, great job. Readily accomodated my unexpected changes in the orginal plan, expanding the job and time taken to accomplish it, with good humor. Great attitude, and left the carpets clean!

They did not do a good job and I can see the patch. The previous patch I had dine you can not see it. I took out a wall and wanted the hole in the carpet repaired. You can see the seem. The guy that came was very professional and courteous.

We have used Revive every year or more often since we moved into our townhouse 9 years ago, because of their affordable pricing, quality work, and professional people. Ron set up his equipment quickly and quietly and left our 16-year-old upstairs carpeting - including a grungy walk-in closet that we'd ignored for years - looking good as new. The work took less than 2 hours. We will definitely bring Revive back again next year. A few of our neighbors also use them based on our recommendation.

I was impressed with the technique and the results. No odors remained from urine damage and the furniture looks like new. Revive was recommended by two friends who swear by their carpet cleaning service and I'm happy to recommend this company to others for carpets and upholstery too. Fine people; fine work.

Revive arived on time and with warm greetings and a very positive attitude about the job. We had a couple of carpet "wrinkles" stretched out of the hall way carpet and Chris began a long day of cleaning! Chris kept me informed of his progress and was very pleasant to have working in our home. I would highly recommend Revive for the extreme professionalism from the first call to make an appointment to the completed cleaning. I could not be happier!

He was great. He was very knowledgeable and the fact that he knew what he was doing was very helpful. He has many years of experience and I felt like he cared about what he was doing and wanted us to be satisfied. We will use him again the future and recommend him to others.

Wanted to reschedule due to car trouble. When I said no the owner able to come after all. He kept telling me they are the best with a loyal following. Price higher than I've ever encountered for this service. I had guests coming; couldn't look elsewhere. Work was completed. Small furniture moved as appropriate. Two obvious areas missed.

They showed up on time, were very thorough and did a great job. I would rate their customer service highly. They explained everything that they were going to do and outlined potential stains that would not be able to get out before they started. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They did a good job of cleaning the high traffic areas and I will use them again in the future.
