Description of Work: I needed carpet repair for an area in my hallway near the laundry room. I had dribbled bleach in several places across the hallway. I contacted Revive carpeting after purchasing a Groupon and spoke with Ron. He was very friendly and responsive. He was going to be doing another job in my area the next week and see we scheduled a time. Ron showed up on time and ready to attack the job. I had extra carpet but it wasn't quite large enough for the area so Ron suggested we could do 5 cookie cuts on the carpet to cover most of the spots. When I say cookie cuts, that's pretty much what it is. Ron used a tool like a round cookie cutter and cut the area of the staines out of the carpet, then used the extra carpet I had and made 5 cookie cuts to fill the holes. I won't get into more detail but Ron was very informative and explained the pros and cons. I am thrilled with the result. No one would ever know that we had repaired the carpet there.

Description of Work: Absolutely first rate firm. We had used a well known local firm for years, but quality had declined over the years. Revive dis a much better job on upholstery and carpet at a substantially better price. Recommend without qualification.

Description of Work: I have used this service twice. The first time Ron came out and did an extensive all day cleaning of all of my carpeting and upholstery. I had "inherited" some really bad carpet in my condo, lots of dark edges and spotting. Ron was a miracle worker with the dark edges and overall did a terrific job. They may be a bit more than a service of another company, but there is NO comparison in terms of the quality of work provided by Revive.

Description of Work: I have had them clean my carpets several times. They have also clean an upholstered velvet chair. My sofa was soiled by the pets. They took care of having the foam cushions replaced, cleaned the fabric and cleaned the rest of the sofa.
