That turned out good. They did a great great job power washing the driveway and pavers. Two employees came out and it took them less than 30 minutes. They were polite and professional. They explained everything and they were patient with talking to me. I wished Angie’s List would let me give them an A+.

Very well, communication was excellent. They guys worked hard and at the end came and asked me if there were any finishing touches I wanted. They were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Jacob did and outstanding job and accomodated us durinig the work while my wife had a book club meeting of 12 women. We are very pleased with the work Jacob did and with the quick response in writting for our bid. We will use them again and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

After having to reschedule the appointment date - I was informed that there was an additional charge of $175-225 due to the slope of my roof. Since this was closed to doubling the price - I would like to request a refund

Was told by phone that the service would be an additional $100-200 over the $375 I paid for the deal. I had to schedule several weeks out because they weren't available sooner. Upon arrival, they said it would actually be an additional $350. I told them I was told earlier over the phone that it would be $100-200, and that I wasn't willing to pay over $700 for a service for which I hadn't solicited other bids. We discussed it, and they agreed to do it for an extra $225 over the deal price, for a total of $600. They told me them that my neighbors homes/yards would get slightly dirty, and they they would clean them up. I warned my neighbors at that point. One of my neighbors came out, asking that he ensure that he would clean up their yard so that it looked exactly the same as before he started; he couldn't guarantee that. At that point, he said was not comfortable performing the work. I said he of course should not do it if he felt uncomfortable, so he left. I am left with bad feelings with my neighbor, having had to wait several weeks for a roof/gutter cleaning, not having that roof/gutter cleaning completed, and now having to do additional research to find a new company.

It was fine. I wasn't home when they came. They did a good job. I have no complaints. They charged me tax but refunded that. I didn't do a price comparison.

Lakeview has been awesome every time I've used them! Nita is very efficient in communication and billing, Brennan & Stephen did a superb job cleaning, and Jacob runs everything smoothly! Brennan & Stephan were VERY thorough cleaning my windows & screens, inside & out! They even came back inside when they found a smudge from the outside! They made sure I was completely satisfied with their work! Both of them were EXTREMELY professional- they called when they were stuck in traffic (even though they still arrived within the scheduled time window), they wore booties inside (and were willing to remove shoes completely had I desired), they laid blankets and towels under the ladder & surrounding area while working on the skylights, they cleaned off paint from my recent paint job, and they took care to wipe the newly painted sills carefully! Brennan & Stephan were also very friendly and I felt comfortable having them in my home. I HIGHLY recommend Lakeview!!

Lakeview Window Cleaning's price was very competitive. Jacob, did a very nice job pressure washing our concrete. When some areas were difficult to clean, he applied bleach and went over them several times. It all looks great! He also pointed out a few areas where stains couldn't be completely removed. We had approximately 2500 sq. ft. of concrete to clean, and he had it all finished in less than 3 hours. We'll definitely have him back next year!

The service was easy to schedule. The workers were prompt and courteous. They did a very thorough job including clean up. Our roof looks like new and our gutters and downspouts work well again. We will definitely use their services in the future!

They came out and he told me verbally that the cost was going to be more due to the size of my home. He was nice about it, but the Big Deal stated a house size and I was not aware that the house size did not include the garage. There was also a roof pitch included in the Big Deal that did not match the house. I then did not have the service done.

It was very fast and efficient. And the windows were very clean and clear, along with the clean deck and front concrete.

It went well. They showed up on time and went over the work order. They did inside and out and it all went smoothly. The windows looked great afterward. No streaks.

Excellemt Company! I have used them many times! I called at the last minute when I found out I was having 20+ people over for easter brunch. Jacob agreed to get my windows done on Saturday afternoon before Easter- he saved the day. The work was very thorough and the cost very reasonable. They are great to work with, arrive on time and leave everything in order when they are done.

My husband set everything up and I was not present for the service. Everything looked fine when I got home. It seems it is a better deal for people with bigger driveways and sidewalks.

It went good. They were great. It was a pretty clear-cut service and their price was pretty much the same as everybody else. They did not charge me anything extra on top of the big deal price.

They did a great job, immediate response and scheduled within a few days. Showed up exactly on time, got started quickly and used a scrub brush pressure washing machine that didn't damage the aggregate. I also used them for window cleaning and pressure washing a couple thousand feet of 3 rail white vinyl fencing after the first service was delivered.

Jacob and his crew were punctual, friendly & efficient. He also does an excellent job on our windows & screens, and puts up & takes down our Christmas lights.

In July, Lakeview Window Cleaning applied a free moss treatment to our roof after cleaning our gutters in preparation for the sale of our home. This December, they installed Christmas lights along the entire roof line of our new home. Both experiences were excellent. Jakob does a through job and is a perfectionist at whatever task he completes. I will definitely use them in the future.

It was okay. They didn't do a very thorough job of cleaning the moths out so I still see a few. They cleaned the gutters and then they charged me an extra to remove the moths.

I wasn't home when the work was done, but my son said all went well. I was pleased to pull in, and find such wonderfully clean surfaces!

They did a very good job in a surprisingly short amount of time.
