Lakeview ProWash

I got a free estimate with several options of services from a salesperson who came out and looked at the house and explained them to me. We scheduled the actual wash for a few days later, and it looks great! They used a mild bleach solution, then rinsed it and applied a 'restorer.' Because of the bleach, the roof looks cleaner right away. They sprayed water on the house and greens below the part of the roof they were treating, and rinsed them again after the bleach solution was rinsed off the roof to keep anything from being damaged. I also got gutter cleaning and brightening (washing the outside of the gutters). Last time someone did my gutters there was crap splattered everywhere afterwards, but with Lakeview ProWash it looks spotless. I'm really happy with the results, and confident the shingles weren't in any way damaged or compromised. Overall very satisfied, and looking forward to seeing how things look after the colors / cleaning stabilizes in a few rains. It was about $3.5k for everything, but I wouldn't hesitate to do it again! Pressure washing alone would have been > $1k, and pressure washing plus gutters closer to $1.5k (I also had a gazebo and shed they cleaned). Well worth it for the soft wash and treatment.

Good! Stephanie was very professional, exuberant about her job and company, and was excellent in communication throughout the job, from beginning to end. She was able to schedule my job in the same week as when she came out to look at the job and give me an estimate. She sent out an estimate the same day that she visited my house. The crew of 3 guys showed up (although an hour and a half later than expected), helped me move the remaining items near the house that I hadn't removed, got to work right away and got the whole house clean in a little over an hour! They were polite and friendly and stopped their work initially when I had questions about the water pressure and equipment. They were in communication with Stephanie and Stephanie called me to explain the misunderstanding which was just a matter of not understanding that the equipment and wands used, looked like pressure washers, but only put out 140 psi pressure, and did not force water behind the vinyl siding. From start to finish everything went really well. The bid was very reasonable and the customer service was fantastic. The guys who did the work were prompt and courteous. The buildings look great. We will definitely hire them again!

This year they cancelled last minute when we said we would like to pay by credit card or check rather than cash and willing to pay any additional fees associated. I guess they were trying to hide revenue from the state! They cancelled last minute leaving us in a lurch! They are nasty and unprofessional. Please be aware.

It took awhile for moss to die and since no rain called them 2 mo later to see areas where moss still did not die. Came back and took care of it. Nice people!

Job was done, but, they left a muddy mess in my yard which they came back and cleaned up.

I have worked with Jacob for years for window washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and holiday lights for over 10 years. He has always done an excellent job. This is the first time he has had his crew do my house windows and they too did an excellent job today. I would be able to highly recommend them.

AMAZING AMAZING.. I had them power wash my whole house . a white fence in the backyard front yard.. all so all windows and screens,, the day of this service it was so hot, 96 outside, I did not expect them to complete the job in one day, because of the heat,, this company did not only do all the work in one day, they did not even take a lunch break, so they could complete on time, JUST WOW

Great job. Technicians were professional and friendly. It took about and hour and a half to complete. It did take some time to get an appointment as they were booked out and training new employees. Stephanie was very helpful and called me when an earlier appointment opened up. Very happy with everything!

I use Lakeview to install my holiday lighting annually and had them come out to do "soft clean" on my roof to rid it of moss... their approach is much better than pressure washing on the roof. Jacob the owner is outstanding person to deal with and is a pleasure to do business with... Office staff is very personable and professional...

They simply never called me back--after three attempts! Was referred by a neighbor--she said they were fabulous--but we'll never know as no call-backs--EVER. :(

As always, Lakeview is awesome! Stephanie the office manager does great with communication and Jacob does great with the cleaning! Professional, courteous (Jacob & his crew ALWAYS remove their shoes without being asked!), thorough (they go back and fix any spots that may have been missed due to glare), honest, trustworthy! I've worked with Lakeview on numerous occasions over the last few years and they continue to exceed my expectations!

The guys came out to clean roof and gutters. However water was used to clean which I always request not to use because of the potential mess. I also asked for moss removal treatment but was told they now use a soft wash. I declined because of the water. While there was clean up to do due to water, windows and gutter droppings, this company insisted on coming out next day to clean up which they did. Any company that goes the extra mile has to be a A+ company. We have used Lakeview twice and would hire again.

I got a lot of LED lights so they were expensive but it will cost less for them to put them up in future years and they should last a long time. I have dealt with this company before and they are uber professional! They wash windows in the Spring through Fall and then do Christmas lights at Christmastime. They cam on time, were friendly and courteous, did everything perfectly (including fixing on of my gutters), and came back and took my lights down in a timely manner.

Excellent job. Efficient, thorough and careful of things in the house. We have used Jacob in the past and will continue to call on him for window cleaning!

Jacob is AWESOME! This is our second year utilizing his services and we will no doubt be loyal customers in the years to come. We switched to full LED lighting last year and purchased these lights thru Jacob. The pricing was fair and clear and separate from the installation. We love the service!
