Description of Work: Obtained eyeglasses from Costco optical. As always, they were helpful in selecting frames, eliminating ones that wouldn't be appropriate for progressive lens and my poor eye site. They informed me new equipment had been implemented by supplier to assure customers would have best and clearest vision possible. When eyeglasses came, sooner than expected by the way, I was informed by a phone call. I have always been happy with the frame selection, service and quality of lenses at Costco optical.

Description of Work: We buy from Costco in warehouse and online. We research prices and quality ratings of major purchases and generally find Costco's online prices to be below other retailers. In store prices vary. Sometimes other merchants in the area offer similar products for less. Costco merchandise is limited to products that sell quickly and in large amounts so items disappear from their inventory periodically and many products we use are not available there. Good source for frozen seafood, meat and poultry, large quantities of produce, and gasoline.

Description of Work: Costco is a "Discount warehouse" advertising low prices on high end stuff. We mainly purchase food here--often good bargains on filet and other steaks, beef roasts, large quantities of local poultry, etc. This particular warehouse has been historically clean and well stocked, in my experience. When my office was in Issaquah, this was a very convenient location and I purchased office supplies here. I like to research their non-food stock on Costco.com and read the reviews of items for other buyer's experience with the product.

Description of Work: The Costco decorator came to my house to measure and match two sets of custom shutters and two pairs of mini blinds. We agreed on a color that matched the trim of the windows. An installer came a week later to re-measure for the shutters. The shutters arrived 8 weeks later and did not match the window trim. I called Costco, the original decorator came out and agreed that she had picked the wrong color. I heard nothing more for three weeks despite endless emails and calls. I finally received a response that offered me a partial refund or a discount if I wanted to buy a new set of shutters. I refused both and have filed a complaint with Costco corporate and Visa and the Better Business Bureau to get a full refund.
