Costco

Very hard to initially schedule a time or receive call backs but once the time was set up, everything went very well. They had limited product selection but we were able to do all windows but one and the coverings came in much ahead of schedule and installation was very quick and well done. Installation and cordless shades were no upcharge which kept the price down quite a bit.

Both the sales lady and the installers were very professional and the process went very smoothly. My wife loves them!

A friend brought it home on the back of the pick, and we put it on the bed, put the old one in his pick up, and took it to the dump, so there was no delivery done. The price is good, but the service isn't big. I bought the mattress a few years back, and it is still good. You have to track down a sales person, they don't exactly have much help there. You are pretty much on your own.

As usual Costco experience, it provided A+ products and service.

The Costco rep (SRC Windows is the subcontractor for Costco) was punctual, friendly and professional. However, when I called back a week later with my customer reference number to ask about more competitive pricing, the rep had a hard time remembering details and ultimately said he gave me a and quot;best priceand quot;. Unfortunately, Costco was as engaging as Sears, as their follow-up was nonexistent as well. Two days after I decided to go with SIGNATURE WINDOWS, I finally got a follow-up call from Costco with an offer that put them $50 less than the SIGNATURE bid. I did not go with Costco because of their lack of recall and lack of engagement. They are rated very highly in all categories, but their lack of engagement did not inspire confidence to deliver. maybe for somebody else.

Cheri was very helpful in selecting honeycomb shades and emailed a professional and complete proposal to me immediately. Our meeting ran long because we talked too much about other things, but I didn't really mind. Cheri sent a follow up email that my order would qualify for a quantity discount and that a promotion on the products I was ordering would begin in October, so I sent her an email asking her to quantify the savings for me. I never heard anything back. No email, no phone call. Strange!

I just trust them a great deal. Their return policy is very liberal.

Their philosophy in getting the best equipment for the best price is very good. The equipment that I got, the service and follow up have all been excellent. He was professional and he explained to me everything about different hearing aids. He asked about my feedback and what I thought I wanted. I liked the pricing was below what competition is, but the quality was excellent. He had me come back several times on appointments to hear what I was feeling about the aid and to do adjustments. I can call when I have any questions and he will respond to me.

Their contractor did a great job and I have had no problems with them at all.

The eye exam, lenses and the frame were inexpensive. The manager was very rude to me and so I took my business to another place.

I go to Costco because I think the prices are good. Sometimes I have to wait too long. I don't like when they tell me the prescription will be ready within a certain time and it isn't.

Their price is good and they have discount programs where we can save some bucks on prescriptions. They do special orders. They have automated details which we can use from home. They contact the doctors for the reason available and they check with the doctors if there is a new prescription needed. They are good with the safety and precautions like if the name of the medicine has been changed or the label is changed or if it looks totally new then they explain that to us.

They were very helpful after the purchase and I trust them. I know if anything goes wrong, I can take it back. They have technical support that was able to answer our questions.

Outstanding service. Costco subs the work out to an installation firm, but they're so image-conscious that we were confident that Costco's research of the installers was more thorough than any research we would have done on our own. Installers were prompt, clean, efficient, and courteous. Windows look and function beautifully. Price was far and away the lowest of three bids, and no negotiation required. Highly recommend using Costco.

Consultant was very professional, although it took a while to schedule a home consultation. Quality of carpet samples were excellent, although the price was much higher than anticipated.

"Design consultant" came to house. Was prompt and measured efficiently. Was not able to bring all the samples we requested but didn't inform us ahead of time, meaning we couldn't actually look at what we wanted. Said he would arrange for missing samples to be delivered in a few days. Finally arrived 2 weeks later, after several follow-up calls and email. Problem likely not with Costco, but be aware that the "design" service is an outside contracted service and that can be a problem, even though Costco stands behind all purchases as always.

They had a decorator come out and review options with us and measure. Then someone else came out again to remeasure. Installers were great, and the decorator helped getting the styles and colors just right. A bit expensive, but we have a lot of big windows. Overall, they are very lovely.

They were very prompt. When I called for a bid a salesperson promptly called me back to set up a time to come out. At the time of the install I got a call the night before and they showed up promptly the next day. They also did a follow up call to see how our service was.

OH, THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE EVEN FOR CARPET SELECTION. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND WERE PRICED WELL TOO. I'M VERY SATISFIED.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY GAVE. THEY WERE PROMPT AND POLITE. THEY HELPED ME SELECT TIRES THAT WOULD BE BEST FOR MY NEEDS AND I FELT GOOD ABOUT THE PRICE.

PRICE LISTED INCLUDES INSTALLATION, BUT NOT SALES TAX. ONCE I SUBMITTED THE PAPERWORK TO COSTCO, A DECORATOR CALLED WITHIN A FEW DAYS TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE MEASUREMENTS. WINDOW COVERINGS WERE READY IN ABOUT 4 WEEKS. THEY FIT PERFECT, AND THE COLOR IS AS WE EXPECTED.
