Went through entire system new what he was doing without a fault. Did the job efficiently and quick. Very efficient hard worker.

Found what I thought would be difficult to find leaks in my yard sprinkler system. He performed the work very fast; very knowledgeable person and hard worker.

Very quick , neat efficient job. Done in 2 days where other companies had told us 4. Price was about half of other estimates for similar work. Clean up was excellent. Garden did not appear disturbed. Returned promptly to replace malfunctioning rain sensor.

They do the best work ever. They are very dependable and have very good after market services. They give good estimates and are very timely. They did a good job all the way around.

This was a great experience. I scheduled the work over the phone with a very pleasant lady and we quickly settled on a date that worked. Saul arrived exactly on time and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the work described above. His 15 years of experience really showed up in his efficiency and attention to detail. He tested each zone he worked on to make sure the heads worked properly and the coverage was good. Very pleasant, professional and capable! I can highly recommend Saul and Alpine. Thank you!

I recently purchased a home and after trying to DIY hack job of a sprinklers system for the first summer, I knew I needed a real irrigation system. Bob Darnell came out to do the estimate with his Son.Had a nice chat and after a about 20 mins of scoping out the work I had a competitive estimate. A few days later called him up to schedule out the installation. Bob worked with me and around my schedule to get the system installed and running. The installation guy (I forgot his name, very nice guy) showed up early and worked late. Did an excellent job. It was easy to work with him and his team. I would use them again and highly recommend to anyone. I'll be calling them in the fall to perform blow off and annual maintenance.

They called me the first of three companies whom I called, came quickly and did knowledgeable work--done my owner. Will have them upgrade my lighting at a later date.

My diy sprinkler system was broken and the friends who had originally helped with the install were not available. I needed to find a real company to come in and help me repair my system and make it more efficient. The appointment desk was so helpful and friendly, the appointments were made within a week and the services were completed neatly, quickly and correctly! The first time, Tony came out and went through the whole system, he made tweaks here and there, fixed my broken piping and a leak that was going into my garage. His advice was sound and he helped me make the best decisions without breaking the bank. The system worked better than ever all summer. I recently had them come out again to prepare the system for the winter. Again, a quick, professional job. They had to go in the crawlspace to shut off the valves and were very tidy and clean. I will definitely continue to use and refer Apline!

The representative did not arrive on time. After calling the firm it was determined that the representative had taken the wrong day's schedule. The lady on the telephone was quite apologetic. We then agreed that the service would be performed later the same day. The representative (owner of the firm) arrived later in the day and he was also very apologetic about the mix-up. We then inspected the sprinkler system. He explained that the water would be turned off (for the system) and then compressed air would be forced through each sprinkler zone to remove all the water, thus preventing any freezing water in the system that could burst the pipes. He then took the actions that he had explained, it was quite impressive watching the water geyser out of each spinkler head. Other than the slightly late service call, there were no problems and the work appears to have been complete and effective.

Great. Alpine sent their top guy who is extremely knowledgeable. His hourly rate is high, but he gets a lot of work accomplished. We will definitely employ Alpine again for our sprinkler needs. Great company to work with!

The actual work performed on the sprinkler system was completed to standard, however all dealings with the companies ownership were extremely unprofessional. 30+ days after service, we contacted the company leaving a voice mail message in an attempt to determine a method of payment. The following day we were contacted 12 times between the hours of 08:19 and 17:06 (some calls being less than 3 minutes apart) by the owner to collect payment. Because we were on the road, and away from our home, many of these calls went to voicemail. Many of the voicemails left were threatening and disrespectful. In one attempt to reach us at home, the owner of the company spoke with a 3rd party that was babysitting our daughter. In that conversation, the owner divulged the nature of our relationship with her company, the fact that there was a debt/payment owed to her, and besmirched my character by stating that I was a liar, rude, and implied that I was a bad parent. Later in the day, contact was made directly between us. In those calls, we (my husband and I) were yelled at an not allowed to even speak. In both the voicemail messages and direct phone conversations, the owner of the company was abusive, threatening, and extremely unprofessional. Accusations were made that I was a liar, and that I never intended to pay her. At one point the owner threatened to come on to our property and rip out the sprinkler system that they repaired. She additionally mentioned that the system, and the work that Alpine Sprinkler had done on it, had not yet been certified by the city/county and water company. She claimed that they usually perform this task as part of their inclusive service, but she said that Alpine Sprinkler would not complete this part of the service because of our billing conflict. She additionally threatened to contact the authorities to report that we had an illegal water system because of the lack of that certification that was part of our agreed upon service. I can't express how unhappy I am with the customer service of this company, and would not recommend doing business with them unless you wish to be harassed, threatened, and abused.

All the workers are skilled. I can't think of a single thing to criticize . Ed May

A call. A meeting. A well done job. Nice people. I'd do it again The same way..

They showed up when they said they would, worked very hard for several days, and finished in record time. They had to run lines under the driveway and encountered large pieces of cement and asphalt that had been used for fill when the house was built. They removed and then replaced paver steps which looked better after they left than they did when they arrived. Everything they dug up was replaced perfectly and I couldn't really tell that trenches had been dug all over my garden. I have an area that hasn't been developed yet as I envision, so they left six ports that we can open up in future when my plans are complete. Their price was competitive with the other bids I received and they were very considerate of my landscape, were very professional, and did an excellent job. When they were done, they tested all the lines to make sure they worked as intended and thoroughly explained the system's programming to me. Bob and his wife are delightful people to talk to and I'd definitely recommend them.

I would like to thank Alpine Sprinklers for being such a professional group. Bob, Kim and the rest of the staff are wonderful to work with and very responsive. I have worked with them several times in the past and will not work with anyone else in the future. In a word - excellent. I use this company for our annual winterization and have always been happy with their work. When I needed this project done I called Bob who came out and gave me an estimate. I didn't get any other bids because this is the only company I would let work on our sprinkler system. Both Bob and I were surprised the estimate came in as high as it did but when I saw the work these guys had to do it was understandable. The labor required was extensive. They did a terrific job with what they contracted to do and they went above and beyond. All of the lawn they had to disturb was replaced nicely. Our sprinklers now work properly. People come and go in this line of work. This is a family owned company that has lasted. I wish I had found them when I originally put this system in, that guy is long-gone. You won't find anyone better than Alpine.

Arrived promptly and took care to clean up afterwards

Called to get an estimate for adjusting our sprinklers. Ended up choosing Alpine to perform work after calling several other companies. Toby came out and checked out our sprinklers. He adjusted several and had to replace one of the sprinkler heads because it was broken. Toby was quick but thorough. After having the sprinklers spraying the cement and the driveway for years it was so nice to have the problem fixed in under an hour. Wonder why we didn't do this years ago! Great experience. Quick, professional, expert service.

Called Alpine in to fix the sprinklers. Not only did they expertly fix what I showed them, they fixed several problems I hadn't found yet. They did it quickly and never tried to up-sell me during the process. I highly recommend them.

Bob (the owner) and his crew did an amazing job! Bob said the job would take 1.5 days to complete and he was right on. He and his crew showed up early (never seen that happen) both days and worked non-stop. His crew was very professional and courteous and the impact on our backyard was very minimal. My wife came home after the first day and was amazed to see the sprinklers on without seeing where the digging in the lawn and flower beds had taken place. Bob's costs were not the cheapest but were not the highest we saw in the bids we received. He provided a two year warranty on his workmanship in writing. Overall, we were very pleased with his work and would highly recommend.

They're AWESOME! They did a really nice job. They didn't want to come out because I'm farther away, but I told them I read their reviews and wanted someone with quality workmanship. They're very ethical and my yard looked beautiful everyday. They had to dig up the yard for new heads and to move heads, and they cleaned up everyday and you never knew they were there. It was beautiful! During the day it looked like a war zone, but at night they cleaned up and it looked nice. They even washed off the sidewalk. They were very meticulous and good with the plants. I know it's going to be a great system. They have pride in what they do!

I received two other estimates that were almost twice as much as the estimate that Bob from Alpine gave me after his visit. I was a little skeptical but found he was a genuine small business owner who enjoyed providing high quality service. His crew of 3 came out within the week. After a little more than a day and a half, they had all of the trenches dug, the system installed and routine testing completed. We were shocked as were our neighbors who commented on how great the lawn looked after completion and the short amount of time that it took. They were nice guys too. Bob came out on Monday and tested everything and went over the whole system. We could not have been more pleased. They did put up a rather large lawn sign advertising while they worked but that was nothing to endure for the results we received. Highly recommended.
