Toby and one other worker installed the complete system in 2 long days. They did a great job. Very professional. The materials are all first class. The new system works very good. I would very highly recommend. Better to use a sprinkler contractor than a landscaper who also does sprinklers. There is a lot to it

Start to finish, Bob was fantastic. His man on the ground worked 2 back breaking days to get the job done. I’ve never seen someone manage that scope of work by himself. Remarkable. Would hire again without hesitation.

They do quality work. They were professional and they came when they said they would.

The person who showed up was on time, an obvious expert, and fixed the faulty solenoid quickly. Very pleasant to talk to while he was working.

This was a large job, 17 zones total, plus low-voltage lighting along my front pathway. Bob was prompt in responding, and great to work with on laying out the design. He listened and understood my requirements and desire for an efficient system that delivers water where needed- and nowhere else. The design delivered! The sprinkler system was completed just before the end of Seattle's record-breaking consecutive no-rain days, and my lawn and all my plants were suffering. After less than 2 weeks everything looked lush without excess water running down the gutters. Adrian, who performed the installation, was excellent: prompt, hard-working and always leaving the yard neat and tidy at the end of the day. The work was performed during very hot days with very hard ground with lots of roots running through, but still completed on-time.

Called 3x and left 2 messages. No one ever returned my call. Must be nice to have so much business you can just ignore new customers.

Did not go well at all and we felt we were being "sold" services and goods we didn't need...and ends up we really didn't need them at all. During the visit they told us we had to have an item repaired / replaced because it was broken and non-testable They first told us it would cost about $600, then called later and said it would actually be $1100. We called another company for a second opinion on price and the other company showed up and within minutes did the test and there were no issues or need to replace at all. Lucky we made that other call.

Bob's team was great. They showed up on time, worked hard, and finished a day ahead of schedule. The work area was left neat and clean each day and the crew was pleasant and professional. All of our requests were accommodated.

Alpine was prompt and professional and didn't try to up-sell us on more system than we needed. They also subbed out a company to hydro-seed and who did a great job as well. When we had a problem with one of the lights going out, someone came out and corrected the problem promptly.

A great job! A contractor came to my house as promised on time. He explained what work he needed to do before starting. It took a while to wait for the water pressure to come down to safe range. The contractor notified me the progress while waiting. At the end, he put all the dirt and mulches dugout back to place. I was happy with the work.

Bob provided a detailed quote and answered all of my questions prior to installation. Bob's quote was better than many other companies I also contacted. The crew showed up and was very friendly and respectable. The crew did a high quality and very thorough job with the installation. They did an excellent job putting the lawn and other landscaping back in place as though you would never think any work was performed. Cleanup was great as well.

They do an excellent job. Because it is seasonal they call me when it is time to take care of the sprinkler to remind me. I like this because I do not have to remember to call them. The person who comes out is very personable and explains everything I ask about. I recommend their service.

Bob the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. His technician came out and with minimal help, pretty much installed our whole irrigation system by himself. He worked straight through all day and never even took lunch breaks. I was so impressed with his hard work and dedication and figured the poor guy must be hungry. I picked up lunch for him on both days and he was very appreciative. We are very happy with the quality of our system and the professionalism and great service by Alpine.

It’s perfect and beautiful. I loved what they did. I’m going to have them come out to put more in the back. They do a wonderful job, they are very attentive and they call you back when you have a question. They are very prompt at scheduling.

I hired Alpine to do a Spring system startup. They billed me for the work, but missed fixing a dripper so I had to have them come out again, for which they charged me again. Then, when I turned on the system for the first time, I found that one of the lawn heads wouldn't pop up, and another head was watering the sidewalk, not the lawn. When I called them about this, they wouldn't fix the problems.

We have used this outfit for years now to start our sprinkler system up each year, as well as to put it to bed for the winter. This is the first year we've had to call for a repair (they did not do the initial install of our system, they were willing to take over our existing system). They are always prompt when returning calls. Deloris is a delight to talk to every time we call. Their prices are very competitive, but their labor is untouchable in terms of level of service and care. Their service crew is always ready with money saving tips and smarter ways to water. We initially thought we had a leak, so we dug up the entire system in the font yard trying to find it without any success. After weeks of digging we finally called in the professionals. When the young man arrived (he's been one of our regulars to the house) he quickly informed us that if there had been a leak there would not be any doubt. In other words we would have had a geyser in our front yard. He did not have any problem discovering the issue and then rectifying it. They are very professional and reliable. We really enjoy working with this outfit. We would recommend them to anyone that currently has an irrigation system or is thinking of installing one. They are truly a class act.

Very professional and did the work quickly. Fixed some shoddy work previously done by Aquasense. I will definitely use Alpine Sprinklers again. I also like that they didn't insist on sending 2 men out for every job like other places do.

Called and set an appointment for a bid for our irrigation system. The day came that we scheduled and he did not show up. Called and he said he did not write us down on his schedule.

I could not give them a higher rating because they are just great. They are heaven and stars. They were fast and they knew what they are talking about. The price was reasonable. He had recommendation on how to re-set our system to use the water more efficiently. Basically, they are very knowledgeable and have a fair price. They are prompt and friendly.

I had a sprinkler system installed for my outdoor riding arena by Alpine Sprinklers a few years ago. In April I had their tech (who is great) come and help me adjust heads around the arena. He also installed a spigot off the main line of the sprinklers. I noticed it was really, really wet (assumed leaking) so I shut all the water off and called Alpine to get someone out to fix it. Kim the owners wife said it would be a week! I prompted her for something sooner and she relented to a few days sooner. My daughter and I were preparing for a show and needed the arena (watered) for practice/schooling (this is our business) as it was the 80 degree's, dry and dusty and again the water was shut off. I sent an email to let them know I was unhappy I had to shut the water OFF and if something opens up please send someone soon so I don't have to water a 200 foot sand arena by hand! Magically I got a message they would send someone that day. I was relieved so I called to THANK her and she went on a 10 minute hysterical rant about how I was inconvencing them! I could not get a word in as she screamed over the top of me! I just stopped talking. I was kind of in shock when she continued to blame me for messing her schedule up! Wait a sec. I am confused. Who inconvenienced who? When the tech got there he said it was no problem to come fix it as he was close by and it was no problem to install it (spigot) contrary to her saying he didn't have time to install the spigot in the first place. In hindsight she has given me her life story every time I called which drove me crazy. I really don't care about her life story and her horses (but I was polite) I just want to get on with my day. So if you can handle the unstable wife they do a good job installing sprinklers.... Oh and she said they would never be out to do service for me again because I was a pain (I got fired as a client). Now some of the sprinkler heads are not working properly. Very frustrating. I had mixed feelings about leaving a review here but after much consideration and the experience I had with Kim on the phone with the delay in coming to fix the problem and then "ripping me a new one" because I inconvenienced them, I decided to leave the review.

I was told that our solenoid valve was leaking so I called Alpine Sprinkler to repair it. They had an immediate availability on April 4th at about 10:30am. The date and time worked with my tenant so we scheduled the repair. A week later I get an invoice for $712 dollars which included a spring start up, a new controller and various other repairs. I called them to tell them that they sent me someone else's invoice only to find that this was indeed my invoice. Alpine told me that when their technician arrived at the home, he asked my tenant what needed to be done. My tenant told him to do everything because she is selling the house. So the technician gave us a whole new system and did a spring start up. When I called Alpine to discuss the issue, I spoke to Kim. I told Kim that I gave one of her female representatives (I forget her name) specific instructions to repair the solenoid valve. I did not authorize the repairs that they actually did. Kim said that the tenant authorized the repair. I complained that the tenant was not the one paying the bill and I could not understand why they didn't call me for authorization. They told me that I authorized my tenant to make all decisions for me???? I do not believe I would give my tenant the authorization to spend my money. I know that I told their female rep that it was a rental property and that my tenant would be present during the repair instead of me (I live out of state). Kim kept telling me that the tenant gave authorization and that if she was the one who answered my call, they would have never taken the business. Kim also mentioned that they never had a record of my specific instructions of repairing the solenoid valve??? I do not know if the female rep that took my call was new, but why didn't she record what repair I requested? Why didn't she tell the technician what repair needed to be done? Why would the technician have to ask what repair is needed when I gave them specific instructions? Our conversation started well when Kim asked me how we can make this better. We both shared our side of the story but Kim stopped listening. She just kept repeating that my tenant authorized the repair and that I gave my tenant authorization to make all decisions. She told me that they were a family owned, Christian business that would never dupe their customers for business. I do not believe Alpine would purposely dupe anyone, nor did I ever give that impression. I too am a Christian woman (not like that should make a difference) and chose them because of the rave reviews they received. But I am disappointed at the way this was handled. I am not a complainer but when I felt like nothing was getting resolved I got quiet and just listened. I felt like I was a child being scolded by Kim. A few times she asked if I was still on the phone. I really just wanted to end the conversation so I told her I would (reluctantly) pay the bill. Do I think I should pay this entire bill - NO. Do I think I should pay $0 - NO. Would I have liked Kim to be a little more compassionate and understanding - YES. Would I have liked Alpine to take some responsibility for the obvious miscommunication - YES. Would I use them again in the future - NO. Would I recommend them to my neighbors or friends - NO.

Alpine was one of several companies that I met with to get quotes on installing a sprinkler system on our property. Their price was competitive and the owner took the time to walk the property with me and mark where the sprinkler heads would actually be located. He really made me feel comfortable about spending a large sum of money with his company. Everything went well with the installation. The crew arrived on time, were friendly and tireless in their work. This was a hard working group of men! When they left, everything was as clean and put together as can be reasonably expected considering the trenches that needed to be dug for the pipes. Having now used the system for a year, I can say that it was well mapped out. We didn't have any dry spots last summer, nor did we have lots of water ending up where we didn't want it. I'd highly recommend Alpine for sprinkler installation or maintenance.

They were able to meet my time line with a good price. He exceeded my expectations with the work and also recommending a landscaper that did a great job. They will come for a year round service as they came to blow out the system for the winter and I will be having low voltage lighting installed in the spring. They will turn the system on at that time as well. He is an absolutely wonderful person to work with.
