They are awesome. They go above and beyond. I had them out before to find the septic tank, and they were very creative in finding the septic line. They located it very quickly and were relatively inexpensive. They were also honest and they don’t make me wait very long for their service.

They did a good job. We have used them before, and they were on time and we thought their price was fair. It is easy to get in touch with them. They also gave us a reference for another company for electrical work on our septic system and to put on risers on the lids.

Punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain what he was doing and educate me on the process. Did a nice job of cleaning up and resetting grass and plants that were disturbed during the process.

It went well. We use McNel's to pump our system, and Stuth Septic Service to do any maintenance, repair, and service of our system. McNel's was less expensive at the time.

StProvider came out to pump and inspect septic system in Maple Valley, WA. Was unable to do the work but was prompt to his appt, very knowledgeable about the septic work that needed to be done and had a recommendation of a quality septic design company ready.

We were having issue with odors from the septic tank and were concerned that it would back up into the house- we called several services and McNel was the only one that could get someone out on short notice. We had used them the past and had been happy with them but on our last service my husband used someone else. Since the last service was performed in 10/12 it seemed unlikely that we need service so soon. McNel did an excellent job explaining what the issue was, why the odors were there and what needed to be done. He cleaned the filter and advised us to get on 6 mth cleaning schedule for the filter which has been troublesome for us in the past. He also advised that the tank was not ready for pumping yet but I had him do it since he was already here. We are now on a 6 month schedule with them for filter cleaning. Very happy with the service and the staff!!!!

McNel Septic came to my house when my septic system caused basement flooding after several other companies turned down the job due to my steep driveway. The technician dug up and pumped the tank, unclogged the lines, gave me useful tips to prevent future problems, made the yard over the tank look as good as new when he was finished, and charged a fair price. I will definitely use them again in the future, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Having the risers installed will make future septic clean outs a much easier task.

MCNEL SEPTIC SERVICE ALWAYS RESPONDS QUICKLY AND THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE. THE LAST TIME THEY CAME TO SERVICE OUR SEPTIC, THEY HAD TO DO EXTRA WORK BY DIGGING TO GET TO OUR TANK, BUT THEY DID NOT CHARGE ANY EXTRA. WE BUILT OUR HOME EIGHT YEARS AGO.
