MCNEL SEPTIC SERVICE

Description of Work: We have used MCNELS for all our septic needs for several years, regular pumping, repairs and this last time, additions and inspection to prepare our home for sale. They are professional, courteous, and let you know exactly what is being done. We were always satisfied with all of their work.

Description of Work: Pumped full septic chambers, inspected system, and fixed broken filter. Guys were super nice.

Always helpful and answer any questions we might have. Only tell us what they think is correct and do not try to sell us anything we do not need. Love dealing locally.

Description of Work: On this service McNels pumped the system and did some repair work. This was the fourth time I have used McNel Septic Service and every time the service has been excellent. They are efficient, friendly and professional. I will continue to use them for all my septic needs!

Description of Work: I had a septic problem and everything was starting to back up (no draining out) It smelled awful and this company was recommended by owner of Hobart Store. The young man came out on an emergency call and worked a couple of hours and found a very old drain that had never been touched or known about, when that was cleaned and septic drained it worked great. He did not charge for emergency and his price very reasonable. I highly recommend that company!! on time, very excellent work and I have lived her almost 30 years and nobody before ever found that other house drain. cleaned up perfectly. I WILL have them again for yearly septic cleaning. jill

Description of Work: I was given an hour window when the technician would arrive and he showed up during that time frame. He quickly and efficiently set up to perform the service and gave me a thorough assessment of what would need to be done based on how full the septic tank was, which was pretty full, requiring some extra effort on his part. When I advised I was on a budget he said he'd try to keep it within that range. He completed the job in an hour, much quicker than I thought it might be and the final price was just about what I had been quoted when I called to make the appointment. Overal a really good experience, as far as septic tank pumping goes. Also, when I handed him my debit card, he asked if I had been told there was a fee for using cards, which I had not. He advised writing a check if possible to save myself an extra charge which I really appreciated. He even gave a brief tutorial on how to keep the septic system in the best condition possible ie which type toilet paper to use, avoiding liquid fabric softener and powdered detergent etc. Really happy with this service.

Description of Work: Unfortunately their truck was too large to access the tank. Mr. McNel very kindly gave me the name of another service provider he said had a smaller truck to access the tight road. They were very prompt, very kind, and very helpful.

Description of Work: Informed me on the amount of sediment and the liquid level prior to servicing. Still had tank capability left before servicing after approx. 5 years after last service. However, I wanted it pumped out so that I would not have any problem later - preventive maintenance /service. Inspected tank after and assured me the tank was still in serviceable condition. Used their service before and will continue to use their service in the future.
