Referred by co worker but was unfortunately out of our area. Easy to contact, would hire if ever purchase home in Tacoma/Gig Harbor.

From the beginning, with the cost estimate from Keith which included photos and detailed descriptions of what was expected things went well. A complete binder was provided showing in detail both the expected work, guarantees, and product descriptions. There was a delay of about 8 weeks in the start of the work due to weather and other jobs. When Jose's crew showed up they came complete with comfort station and waste trailer. They did an excellent job of showing us each thing that could/would exceed the estimate; and there were lots of issues in our roof. They use a digital camera and actually showed us photos of each issue before they began work. In 3 days they had replaced all the decking on the vaulted portion of our roof, added additional venting, replaced shingles, cleaned gutters, and cleaned up the yard. They did a great job and I would hire this company again. They are worth the money invested.

It was an excellent service and terrific communication. The overall quality of the work is EXCELLENT. Jim, Nestor and Ellie are my contact person. They were reliable and great communicator.

From the first phone call I made to make inquries, the experience was great! All the people were professional, courteous, kind, and had a sense of humor. They showed us all our options from basic to higher end roofing products. No high pressure sales. We read the material, made our decisions, called them and they wrote up the contract and scheduled the project. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly, usually a retuen phone call within 15 minutes. Patroit Roofing even has an answering service for after business hours! The workers were very careful both outside and inside our house. Even our dogs and cats liked them. We would highly recommend Patriot Roofing for any major or minor roofing needs. Just great people overall. We are very happy with our new roof.

I would possibly use them in the future.

We are still considering them. Their cost maybe a little too much so we may go with a different company. We'll consider them for sure.

Excellent workmanship, customer service, and value! Having never purchased a new roof, Patriot Roofing was very patient and thorough in reviewing how the project would be completed. The new roof looks fantastic, the job was completed earlier than promised (Alejandro and his crew were simply fabulous), and at the end of each day they did a fantastic job cleaning up. Biggest compliment - I will recommend Patriot to all my closest family and friends.

They did a great job. They found several things that the prior roofer did wrong and fixed the problems. Great communication with us. A few months later a tree fell on the house and they quickly fixed the damage.

We can not say enough positive things about Patriot Roofing LLC!!! They truly care about their customers. From our first meeting to discuss the issues we were having with our roof to the install, they were thorough and creative on addressing our roofing issues. They gave us an honest assessment of the condition of our old roof and spent as much time as we needed to answer questions and come up with solutions to a tricky structural design flaw in our roof. The great experience carried through to the install week. The crew doing the work were considerate, respectful and very hard working. They took time to address any concerns we had throughout the installation process. They took great care to clean up each day and at the end of the project. Steve the the owner of the company came out after the project was complete and reviewed the work to ensure we were satisfied. We will be referring our friends to them when they need roofing services, Patriot Roofing is a great company to work with.

They did an excellent. They cleaned up well, very customer focused. They took pictures for us to see. They were timely.

The entire installation was very professional. The work crew battled the elements including rain and snow. They did a masterful job. They worked hard, were friendly and professional. The clean-up job after the work was outstanding. An inspector came this last week to examine the job done. Today, Steve Campbell (the owner of the company) came by to do paperwork and make sure that we were satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof. It took us six months to get this new roof mostly because of winter coming. It was worth the wait.

They exceeded our expectations. The crew was excellent. They worked hard, on schedule, and did excellent work. Communication with foreman and company was superb.

They were prompt and kept me informed as to the progress being made. They even should me pictures daily. The team was very polite and respectful of my house and property.

It went very well! They were on time and stayed all day. They provided substantial explanation of their work and were very professional. They also provided pictures of some problem areas that may need maintenance in the future. The work was finished on-time, and they did a follow-up inspection as well. I would strongly recommend them!

I can't say enough... from start to finish: The initial roof/attic inspection (taking supporting pictures) and the break down for services job quote; the informational mailings; all the follow-up (keeping me in the loop) communication prior to job start; dedication to doing the best job-workmanship roof installers; followed by project manager reviewing all aspects of the completed project - so remedying any customer concerns and/or tying up any forgotten or "lose ends;" and finally followed-up with a personal visit by Steve Campbell (President of Patriot Roofing) to insure complete customer satisfaction. I made the "best" selection of a quality roofing company I could have made!!!

We are very impressed by all aspects of the process and the final product with Patriot Roofing on the project and gladly recommend the company. Of the three companies we invited to bid on the project, Patriot Roofing's cost was lower mid-range, but they brought a high level of quality and professionalism to the job, with foremost customer care and satisfaction. John Campopiano was a breath of fresh air, making a short but complete pitch noting several times that we should not just believe what he said, but rather we should verify. John's demeanor and comfortable explanation of the process was a selling point. He was the only one to make any mention that we needed to install a new plywood deck over the top of the original shiplap to accommodate the new shingles. Our home is 60 years old; we have owned it for 21 years, and it has seen a few roofing jobs - this is the second one for us; now we know why they didn't last. When we questioned him about the necessity of the plywood deck, as no one else mentioned it, he showed us the manufacturer's warranty guidebook and the page that explained it very clearly. We did our due diligence and verified that fact from the manufacturers web site. We felt that we would be taken care of responsibly at that point. The addition of the plywood actually makes the house feel more solid, quiet, and comfortable. Alejandro was the project team lead on site and arrived on time as expected. He introduced himself and his team members and began with a walk around the property and explanation of the process, asking if it was okay if they positioned their operations at particular points or not--a very nice change from most contractors that show up and do as they like. The company also brought in their own porta-potty to the site. We’re always concerned for the survival of our landscaping ( and the countless hours that have gone into planting and care ). We needn’t have worried as they took particular care not to damage our house or garden. The roofing team worked well together, helping each other out. Because of the trees in the front blocking access, they had to use a specialized truck to deliver the shingles to the roof and carry in all other materials. They made quick work of that and the removal of all old materials without damaging a single living thing. Every day when they left, the job site was cleaned and there were no stray nails left behind. When the crew felt all was complete, Alejandro and the crew confirmed that we were satisfied and then they packed up and left it clean as the day they showed up. They also sent an inspector, Mr. Alarcon, to see that all was done as they promised. To our surprise, two days later, Steve Campbell (the Company President), came to the house by appointment to enquire about our satisfaction with their installation. He provided a packet with 4 1/2 pages of photos of the job, in various stages, showing us how each important point of concern was addressed, such as the valley ice and water shield and starter strip. He also asked us for feedback on any aspect where we felt they could do better before requesting payment--a sign of real customer concern. We couldn’t be happier, that is why we have already recommended Patriot Roofing to others.

. We got estimates from three reputable roofing companies in the area, and chose Patriot because they clearly wanted to the job right. Their quote was neither the highest nor lowest, but was reasonable for the work. John, our estimator, was thorough and great to work with. The roofing crew, headed up by Santiago, was fast, hard-working, and kept everything clean. Santiago did a great job of keeping us informed on progress. Ederardo, who oversees all the roofing projects, came by to advise us on skylight flashing (and saved us some money too). Nestor and his crew did the carpentry, building four very nicely finished skylight wells through tight quarters in the attic. They built a pair of "plastic rooms" inside the house to contain dust and fiberglass and all the other stuff, and it worked really well. When they finished, they just collapsed the "rooms," bagged them and took them out -- the house stayed amazingly clean. Patriot uses a subcontractor for gutters, and the sub was flexible in giving us time to repaint our fascia boards before installing the new gutters. It all went according to plan & schedule, everybody was friendly and hard-working, and we experienced no problems at all. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patriot and if we were to choose again, we'd go with them again.

I got numerous bids from other companies. Michael the sales person with Patriot Roofing took time to explain things to me without acting annoyed like some of the other companies did. I felt dis-respected by some companies because I am a single woman who was negotiating a new roof. Michael never made me feel that way, even after I took a a few months to decide. He sold me by his professionalism and I liked that the company was local. They always kept in touch with me as to the starting date and started the day promised. The job ran a little longer than they originally told me because they had to do more work than originally thought. They had to add a change order and charge me more for tearing off double shingles on part of the roof. They also had to charge more because it needed new plywood decking. At first we had a miss-communication about the charges, but the owner Steve was very responsive to explain things when I had questions. I received photos of everything they did, all the layers of their work as well as the condition of the original roofing which needed new decking leaving no doubt about what was going on. I appreciated that because it was not like I could climb the roof and see for myself. The crew was nice and respectful and I appreciated that every time I was around to look at the progress the foreman stopped and took time to answer my questions and show me what they were doing. They cleaned the yard very well, after such a mess taking off very old shingles, after they left you could hardly tell they were here, except I have a beautiful new roof.

It went very well. With the scope of work that needed to be done, I was afraid, with our extremely rainy winter this year, that this job was going to end up being long and ongoing. As it turned out, we had a good weather break and they were able to do it all in a day and a half. The gutter installers came out, about a week later, and it took them another half day, to complete those. The workmanship was great. It was all done exactly as a roof should be done (no corners cut), and I have peace-of-mind that this roof will last for decades. Their cleanup afterwards was also phenomenal!

They were punctual. They cleaned up the yard every night before they left and left it spotless. The project manager was available on sight for any questions that we had. They were very respectful of our property. I would very highly recommend them.

First off, I must report that I am very torn with my review. I believe, without hesitation, that my experience was a bit of an anomaly for Patriot Roofing. I believe whole-heartedly that my review could very well have been all "A's" save for one unfortunate mishap. I had an A+ experience until the final details when we had a break down. In the end, I received an A+ roof and the company took care of every detail completely, and without major hassle. We worked with John for our bid, who was extremely confident, knowledgable and forthright. He pushed us to consider important questions when comparing companies. He was exceptionally professional, and worked above and beyond what was necessary to ensure we were well informed. I appreciated the chip he carries on his shoulder about being the best around. He exuded confidence and was honest about what he saw. We scheduled our roof well in advance to help us with budgeting. No issue for Patriot. They were willing to lock in the price and let us schedule when we needed. That helped ease the tension we had of finding the cash, while not losing out on the pricing that we had discussed. John worked with us to make small changes in some add-on work to help meet us where our budget sat (within reason). Patriot delayed our project day by two days based on other work being done. They were very upfront about tentative start dates. To me that is a bit of an issue regarding punctuality, but I also understand wholly. I had hoped that since we had scheduled far in advance it would work out, but that's not always the way it works. The work crew did a great job. They were communicative when asked questions and portrayed confidence with answers and their workmanship. Our job wrapped up in 2 days and the roof looked great. Our yard, plants, and spaces were clean and appropriately managed. On my review of the work, I found that one significant piece of the project was done with material different than we had discussed, which posed a risk to our air flow and attic ventilation. I contacted John immediately, who was able to get back to me fairly quickly. He and the owner promised me it would be taken care of and that I would hear from them early in the next week to get things arranged. Unfortunately, 3 days passed without contact. When I called to check in, I found that they had scheduled a crew for the next day, but failed to communicate with me. I was concerned on a whole since I hadn't been able to discuss the plan for remediation with anyone from the company. I was informed of some personal issues that had put a major road block in the way. I attempted to ask some questions, but didn't get a good sense that I was speaking with the right person. I felt cut out of the loop in regards to a major concern that I had and on a project that was being performed on my home. I've worked with companies in the past who have mostly disappeared after something didn't go quite right, and my anxiety level rises quickly. I needed a proactive approach and didn't get it right off. I passed on concerns and the owner, Steve, got back to me with an appropriate apology and with some better information. The next day (one week after install), a crew came out, tore off the majority of my brand new roof, swapped the incorrect components, laid down brand new plywood and brand new roofing to finish my job. So, why the "B's?" I have a big issue with communication on a whole and feel that most, if not all, problems between contractor and client are based on communication. It's everything. I didn't get that when I needed it most. But in the end, 90% of the job was phenomenal. I feel confident in the roof I have. I feel confident that the company didn't attempt to correct the issue with a cheap fix. They admitted the mistake, and took care of it in a more complete way than I would have done myself. I'm sure they wound up losing money on my job, but their reputation mattered more. They were able to make up for my concerns and frustrations by taking care of every little detail in a way that didn't point fingers or cut corners. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend them. I truly do feel, entirely, that the lapses they had in my project were an anomaly, and not the norm. I believe the standard for Patriot Roofing is better than what I got, and I can live with that.

I called three times and left a message for them to reach me about a roof leak. They never returned the calls. I got another roofer. They may be out of business.

The estimate took two days for all the contractors we received quotes from. One day to come talk with us and then a second to sit down with an estimate and discuss the details with us later in the week. We were looking for the less common 'tabular' style (not standing seam) aesthetic. We spoke with 5 companies. The good: John was our contact. First impression I was taken aback by his approach and personality at our first meeting but am glad we decided to sit down with him and discuss the estimate. He was very well prepared and as the conversation continued we appreciated his knowledge and presentation. Patriot was one of the few companies that seemed to have a fair amount of experience installing metal roofs, including the tabular style. The product line warranty was not quite as good as some others we looked at. The rest: Patriot had the highest bid but there were some reasons for this and cost was not our only consideration. They were one of the top 3 we were considering. Ultimately the reason why we went with another contract was the product warranty did not cover us for the slope of our roof (make sure to read the product warranties). Also, their workmanship warranty did not include interior damage like other companies. Although, John did note that they would be willing to consider changing that by adding some language around timeliness to report damage. This seemed fair to us.
